The apartment is amazing, it has a very good space for you or your group, good kitchens and the laundry room. However, the parking options are not as closer as you would like, the area sometimes feels alone, and the garages I found was some suspicious

Clean and spacious property. But there are no enough amenities such as coffee and rinse. Also the rooms have no windows and no sound proofing at all. Only window at the living room is too close to the street and pedestrians could see inside if there’s no curtains. I had to cover the window during the entire my stay at this property. In addition to this, on the way to the walk to the old Quebec City, even though it’s a day time there were many homeless people on the streets. One advice for those who bring their vehicles, there’s one huge parking lot 3 min away from this property. And it’s way reasonable rates than the parking fee that the property offered.

Hotel muito bem localizado, amplo e extremamente confortável. Cozinha totalmente equipada. Tudo novo. Tinha ate um terraço. O box do banheiro era pequeno. Amenidades disponíveis. Supermercado próximo. Camas espaçosas. Check-in um pouco confuso. Falaram sobre a possibilidade de pagamento no local, porem la nao foi possível. Dificuldade para subir com malas, pois nao ha elevador. Pontos turísticos bem perto.

Bonjour, nous avons eu quelques difficultés malgré le stationnement payant réservé, toutes les places étaient prises. Notre loft donnait sur la ruelle. Tôt le samedi matin vers 7h, les camions de poubelle et recyclage sont passés à une heure d’intervalle. C’est un quartier aux prises avec des itinérants et les autres journées il y avait des gens qui dormaient là dehors et qui se chamaillaient et qui criaient le dimanche et le lundi matin. Sinon la chambre était très bien équipée et confortable.

The suite was very nice as well as huge. The kitchen was will equipped. The couches and TV and WiFi where great. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the edge of the walled old town. For the price it was amazing. The of site parking is about a block away an there was no street parking in front of the loft when we arrived. When we left we had no problem getting street parking in from of the loft. There was some street noise that we heard within the unit (the windows did little to block the noise).

Our huge one-bedroom loft was very restful and spotlessly clean. The kitchen and bathroom were equipped with everything we needed. The king size bed was super comfortable. From the loft, figure about 20 minutes walking often uphill to reach Old Quebec City's upper town. We suggest starting your visit with the lower part of the old city on the waterfront to avoid having to walk up and down a lot. In this part of town you will find the Musée de la civilisation, many art galleries, restaurants, bistros, antique shops and souvenir shops. When finished with the lower town, simply climb the staircase in the Petit Champlain district to reach the upper part of Old Quebec (Chateau Frontenac, Promenade Dufferin, Quebec Legislature, Plains of Abraham, Citadel, cathedral, etc.). Enjoy!

I was very pleased with my decision to stay here. The space is huge for the price you pay. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The rest of the loft included a kitchen, dining area, oversized bedroom and, up a few steps, an oversized living area with two sofas. I’d recommend the owners provide directions on how to operate the tv / cast to the TV. The area outside can be loud at night.

En face d’un bar bruyant, donc de la musique de Dj jusqu’à 3am (aurais aimé être avisé avec mon bébé de 2 mois. Plein de mouches à fruit morte dans le fond du congélateur. Gaufre prise dans le grille-pain (qui ne fonctionne pas d’ailleurs). Et pour finir, l’endroit est dans un quartier disons non recommandé de Québec.

I loft sono grandi, confortevoli e ben attrezzati con cucine e aree living, molti dei quali notano un arredamento moderno e servizi utili come il Wi-Fi. Gli inconvenienti comuni sono il rumore della strada e tra le unità, l'aria condizionata che non arriva nelle camere da letto in alcune unità e alcune docce piccole o deboli.

Great place to stay especially for families. A playpen was provided which was very appreciated! You do get a bit of noise between floors amd from the street. I reccommend bringing blackout curtains if your littles need a dark sleeping space. Otherwise plenty of space to lounge and the kitchen is well stocked except could use a bit more kitchen cloths! About a 20 mins walk to old Quebec.

The apartment was big. We had a good 2 nights' stay. There was a washing machine and dryer which were very useful after coming from other cities, however, there was no detergent provided. We had to purchase our own and left the remaining in the apartment. There was only one air-conditioning unit in the apartment and installed in the living room. We have to open our rooms to make the cold air go inside. We requested for electric fans and only one was provided but it was ok since I brought a mini electric fan. Their customer service responds quickly with our queries. The apartment is well located and near a Metro supermart. Overall, our stay was ok except for some minor issues mentioned above.

Stayed for 5 days. Had the ground floor loft facing the street. Huge space, great appliances, and pretty much all you need. Odd pink coloured accenting. Overall, an excellent place to stay. Easy walking distance to the Chateau Frontenac area and even to Grande Allee if you are up for a little more of a hike. Area seemed safe. Only complaint would be there is not much in the way of soundproofing - you can hear everyone walking in the suite above you, people going in and out of the building, and one night late night partiers decided to bang on the front windows. In the end though I would recommend going here.

Stayed for 5 days. Had the ground floor loft facing the street. Huge space, great appliances, and pretty much all you need. Odd pink coloured accenting. Overall, an excellent place to stay. Easy walking distance to the Chateau Frontenac area and even to Grande Allee if you are up for a little more of a hike. Area seemed safe. Très bel hôtel/appartement dans St-Roch. Le loft est vraiment très grand et très confortable. Les codes pour entrer dans le building sont envoyés à l'avance alors c'est très facile de rentrer dans l'appartement. Je reviendrais certainement à cet hôtel pour mes prochains voyages à Québec, surtout pour rester dans le coin de St-Roch.

Appartement spacieux et bien agencé dans un quartier animé, proche de toutes commodités et du centre historique. La raison de notre mauvaise note est que nous avons demandé au proprietaire de l’appartement s’il etait possible d’effectuer un check out tardif. Ils nous ont repondu que cela couterait 50$ (la moitie du prix d’une nuit complete). En leur demandant si on pouvait rester jusqu a 17h au lieu de 15h, ils nous ont dit “non” malgre que l’appartement n’etait pas loué la nuit suivante car toujours disponible a la reservation. Un manque d’esprit commercial qui fait tache de nos jours…

Apartamento incrivel e muito bem localizado em Quebec, espaçoso, cama king, cozinha equipada e uma sala de estar incrível! Checkin as 16h poderia melhorar sendo as 15h, essa é minha unica sugestão.

Hotel muito bem localizado, amplo e extremamente confortável. Cozinha totalmente equipada. Tudo novo. Tinha ate um terraço. O box do banheiro era pequeno. Amenidades disponíveis. Supermercado próximo. Camas espaçosas. Check-in um pouco confuso. Falaram sobre a possibilidade de pagamento no local, porem la nao foi possível. Dificuldade para subir com malas, pois nao ha elevador. Pontos turísticos bem perto.

체크인 당일 이메일을 늦게 확인하여 access code 관련에 오류가 있었지만 그래도 메일로 바로 주고 받으며 체크인할 수있었습니다. 체크인, 체크아웃이 완전한 비대면이라 당황스럽긴 했지만 2박 숙박하는 동안 편안하게 묵었습니다. security deposit $300 CAD 인데요. 사용한 제 카드가 debit card라 그런지 payback 받을때까지 12일 소요 됐습니다. 다른 호텔들은 그냥 단순 승인으로 걸어놓았다가 취소되는 시스템이었는데 이 호텔은 좀 다른 시스템이었습니다. 전반적으로 호텔 바로 주변에 metro market 이 있어 필요한거 장볼 수 있었고, 카페랑 식당들도 있습니다. 도보 8분거리에 gare de palasis가 있어 좋았고요. 또한 도보 15분 정도면 퀘벡 주요 다운타운으로 갈 수있었습니다. 호텔 자체가 아파트먼트 타입이라 가족이랑 와도 좋을 것 같습니다.

Our huge one-bedroom loft was very restful and spotlessly clean. The kitchen and bathroom were equipped with everything we needed. The king size bed was super comfortable. From the loft, figure about 20 minutes walking often uphill to reach Old Quebec City's upper town. We suggest starting your visit with the lower part of the old city on the waterfront to avoid having to walk up and down a lot. In this part of town you will find the Musée de la civilisation, many art galleries, restaurants, bistros, antique shops and souvenir shops. When finished with the lower town, simply climb the staircase in the Petit Champlain district to reach the upper part of Old Quebec (Chateau Frontenac, Promenade Dufferin, Quebec Legislature, Plains of Abraham, Citadel, cathedral, etc.). Enjoy!

Bonjour, nous avons eu quelques difficultés malgré le stationnement payant réservé, toutes les places étaient prises. Notre loft donnait sur la ruelle. Tôt le samedi matin vers 7h, les camions de poubelle et recyclage sont passés à une heure d’intervalle. C’est un quartier aux prises avec des itinérants et les autres journées il y avait des gens qui dormaient là dehors et qui se chamaillaient et qui criaient le dimanche et le lundi matin. Sinon la chambre était très bien équipée et confortable.

Loved the place. First floor was nice. Several dining options nearby as well as grocery and liquor store. A bit of a walk to Old Town but not unreasonable. Nicely stocked kitchen, Ikea like furnishings, clean and quiet. Some homeless around but not any more than other big cities and never felt unsafe. Definitely recommend.

I booked this on Hotels.com so we showed up at it and found out we couldn't get in because we didn't fill out a lengthy check in process and I didn't check my E-mail to get the access code. First you have to fill out the worst made check in online that is the same info you have already put in with Hotels.com. Then after a talk through the intercom (because there is no one at this hotel), you have to check your E-mail to get the access code. I'm on vacation, I'm not checking my email, nor am I even logged into my email. Then we get inside and immediately the light breaker pops. So after a call with an AI person, I simply found the breaker box and fixed it myself. I also fixed the shower door that was off the track, and I enjoyed the welcome card that was from a previous guest that was empty. I should send a hefty bill for the repairs I made. The apartment itself is great, however there is zero instructions on how to use the three different climate controls ect. This is a great apartment with 1 out of 10 management.

Location had well equipped kitchen , plenty of towels in the bathroom, comfortable beds with adequate blankets and pillows. Apt clean and comfortable. Back of Apt looked out over alley, which got a little noisy in the early mornings. Grocery market and restaurant nearby.

Un beau grand loft sur la rue St-Joseph. Près de tout les endroits intéressant à Québec. Le seul défaut est que l’insonorisation peut être déficiente. Le premier soir, il y avait un party dans les environs qui était bruyant. Tout s’est replacé par la suite. Pour le stationnement, l’application clicknpark nous a permis de trouver un stationnement tout près à prix résonnable.
