Muy buena relación calidad precio. Limpieza extrema, cama cómoda. Lo único un baño minúsculo pero para un día suficiente. Deberían avisar en la página que el check-in es en otro hotel cercano, si no lo sabes puedes perder bastante tiempo buscando. Al no tener personal en el local algunos huéspedes se creen que están en casa y hacen demasiado ruido. Cerca hay parada de bus y tranvía. Varios locales para comer o desayunar en los alrededores

Room was clean, staff were friendly, great location in terms of travel (but can be noisy, not the fault of the hotel at all!) Bathroom was compact but fully functional. Check in out of hours is across the road from São Fran but absolutely no issues with checking in. TV, Aircon, cleaned daily. Direct Metro into Porto (Trindade) and short walk from the beach.

Lovely and clean,and a great location,but the stairs are a pain,with luggage (2nd floor) and the rooms are just too small. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Very cute property and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. There is a restaurant right down stairs and it can get a little loud with the diners outside so if you want it quiet this might not be the spot for you, they also should provide the name of the receptionist area when they message you with the check in instructions cause we had some trouble finding the place to check in when the uber dropped us off.

No geral correu tudo bem. O alojamento é ótimo. Só um pequeno pormenor, que aquando da reserva não me foi informado. Acabei por ser informado por um cliente também lá alojado. O check-in seria num edifício um pouco ao lado. Mas fora isso tudo ok. Recomenda-se.

I did not know that you had to check in at another address 100 meters away. Not a big deal, but with many bags, it was cumbersome, especially needing to go across tram lines. Would be nice to have water bottles replenished each day.

Me and my friends all had the most amazing experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful with all of our questions and requests. The cleaning of the rooms was impeccable and the overall quality made a wonderful impression on our stay here.

Unterkunft ist neben der Metro daher kann es ab 6 Uhr lauter werden. Aber generell war das Zimmer war super und würde wiederkommen. Bad könnte noch etwas sauberer sein. Seifenspender getropft, an den Fliesen waren noch Haare, am letzten Tag gab es keinen Duschvorleger mehr..

Room was small but we asked to upgrade and were able to get a larger room at a small cost. Very close to beach, bars and transport. Cafe underneath was very handy and pleasant.

Good location and only a short walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants nearby. The bakery downstairs is convenient for coffee/breakfast. Room was very compact but enough space to store my luggage and comfortable for a short stay.

O quarto era extremamente pequeno e claustrofóbico. As fotografias publicadas não correspondiam à realidade, mostrando áreas que simplesmente não existiam, como uma cozinha e um espaço com mesa e cadeiras. A insonorização era praticamente inexistente. Ouvia-se tudo: passos no corredor, luzes a acender, pessoas a subir e descer as escadas. A experiência foi muito abaixo do esperado. Não recomendo

Fantastic location to stay in Matosinhos, but tiny rooms like a cell. The room had a clean, comfortable bed and a good tv, but no window, nobedside tables or lamps. The only lighting came from a skylight, one bright led in the entryway, and the bathroom. Inexpensive compared to a hotel, but nothing close to hotel service.

The staff (Bruno) was really really nice and helpful. Greatly appreciated his help. Thanks ! Room was very clean and recently renovated… but The room and bathroom were very small. And the window is facing a wall :(. Quite unpleasant. Isolation is bad, and so you can hear TV or any noise/loud voices of other rooms.

Tres joli et atypique avec beaucoup d’espace avec les 2 chambres en duplex . Propre et très bien placé (au pied du métro et proche de la plage). Nous n’avons pas touché à la voiture! Si nous devions trouver un point négatif ce serait l’isolation phonique (on entend la rue et le tram une partie de la nuit)

Good location and only a short walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants nearby. The bakery downstairs is convenient for coffee/breakfast. Room was very compact but enough space to store my luggage and comfortable for a short stay.

Pour un séjour à Porto cet hébergement est top ! Il est au pied du métro et des arrêts de bus menant à Porto. Il permet de faire les visites de Porto et de profiter de la plage !!! La boulangerie en bas de l'immeuble permet de prendre de délicieux petits déjeuners !

The location of the hotel is great to stay.In the center very close to the shops and also the beach. And also the ambiance af the hotel is very nice buy unfortunately because its an old place,the floor makes noise when you walk. Therefore in the hall or in the room when you or somebody walks it makes noise alot. And also because its on the main road its very noisy.

Es war eine tolle Woche in Porto. Die Unterkunft hatte genug Platz für zwei Erwachsene und eine Kind. Der Strand ist nah, gutes Essen, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder machen.

Room was small but we asked to upgrade and were able to get a larger room at a small cost. Very close to beach, bars and transport. Cafe underneath was very handy and pleasant.

Muy buena relación calidad precio. Limpieza extrema, cama cómoda. Lo único un baño minúsculo pero para un día suficiente. Deberían avisar en la página que el check-in es en otro hotel cercano, si no lo sabes puedes perder bastante tiempo buscando. Al no tener personal en el local algunos huéspedes se creen que están en casa y hacen demasiado ruido. Cerca hay parada de bus y tranvía. Varios locales para comer o desayunar en los alrededores

Very cute property and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. There is a restaurant right down stairs and it can get a little loud with the diners outside so if you want it quiet this might not be the spot for you, they also should provide the name of the receptionist area when they message you with the check in instructions cause we had some trouble finding the place to check in when the uber dropped us off.

I stayed in a property 1/2 block away from the main property. It was fantastic! Two queen beds, one in a private bedroom. Super clean, comfortable beds and pillows, nice sheets, great shower, huge kitchen which I didn’t need but it was nice, all up-to-date. This would be a great place for a family of four including a room that would let kids run around. Both TVs were really great with lots and lots of channels. It has some interesting Decor that was fun like a cabin. But what was the best part? The BUFFET in the main building! It was amazing. Holy Cow! The coffee machine had 8 types of freshly made coffee. I had the Americano. I wish I had stayed here the whole time I was in Porto. I will next time. Highly recommend for everybody. Met a lot of nice people, some were walking the Camino, great conversations. It was lovely. A+++

Splendida la sua struttura, ottima pulizia, eccezionale la posizione.

It was a bit noisy at night time, but that just added to the lively atmosphere! The ladies chatted all night till 3am - no soundproof walls. Unfortunately, the linens weren't quite ready when we checked in, but maybe the laundry facility was just a bit behind schedule. Despite that, the place was clean. The breakfast was good, and the front desk staff were absolutely fantastic!

When booking this room it indicated there was a 24 hour reception. However when I got to the hotel in the evening, the door was locked and no one appeared when I rang what looked like a buzzer. It was dark and there was a photo on the door indicating that a sister property was 100 metres away. I could not find the other property based on the photo provided. I eventually found it after wondering down the wrong streets. The instructions on the door should have read to cross the intersection on the same street and on the same side of the street. In addition the advertisement should indicate this property does not have 24-hour reception and you may have to go to a nearby property. In addition an email should be sent at least 24 hours in advance advising of this along with explicit directions on how to find to the other property. And that reception will give you entry codes for the front door and your room. The room itself was very small with 8-10 inches for walking at the foot of the bed and about 12-18 inches on the sides of the bed. The bathroom was very small with a tiny sink and almost no room on the vanity. The shower was a decent size. I had to walk up 2.5 narrow flights of stairs and this could be an issue if you have limited mobility or carrying luggage. The room was clean
