Sunny Home W/ Private Heated Pool Hot Tub & Rec Room - Close To Beach Access

No dishes were clean or they were broken .We had to wash EVERYTHING be for we used it !!! The toaster hasn't been clean since it came out of the box it was absolutely disgusting!! There were shoe inserts from previous guests still on top of the tv stand. Also, there were nails, roofing nails all over the place all over the decks all over the pool area and in the pool , one of the guests stepped on one and bled all over the pool area. I have pictures to prove it. At some point a charcoal grill was installed and it wasn't installed correctly, we had to reset it cause it would have fallen over while using it .A few beds were not even made up and their was a pile of broken sheet rock on the top deck . Draws in the fridge were broken. .The pool area was great and the beach is right across the street. Great location

Vacasa needs to be fired or Homeowner needs to pay attention to all the repairs. ZERO FOLLOW UP. Leaks and zero competence to fix Broken washer for weeks and probably still broken dishwasher \ half use of fridge no shelves blood on sheets sand in sheets tv's missing tv's not loading weak wifi or old tvs so much more. They were advised by multiple weeks of tenants. Made no difference I AM PURSUING SOME REFUND YOU SHOULD TOO if problems we all had. Really unfortunate. House is in an amazing location and has good bones. Need to go back to a local realtor with quality control and owner involvement.

Location was outstanding. Loved beach access being so close. Pool and hot tube was clean and well maintained. Enjoyed the ocean view from deck and living room!

Perfect vacation.

There were 2 stacked washer/dryer units in the house. Neither dryer worked. One was just dead and the other made a noise that would drive you out of the house. I called Vacasa within 24 hrs of check-in and explained the situation. Every day I called or texted them again. No response from any local repair shop. We had 8 people and 5 days without a dryer. With no way to dry our clothes we couldn't use the washers either which was totally unacceptable. I will never use Vacasa again. In addition, the oven didn't work properly, most of the TV remotes had dead batteries, one of the dining room chairs was ready to collapse and unsafe to sit on, there were hardly any drinking glasses, no dish towels and a bunch of the ceiling lights were dead. It was a big disappointment to say the least.
