This house needs immediate remediation for mold & mildew. It even started growing on the fresh clean sheets after one day. I have pictures of the whole house with mold and mildew. You cannot breathe in there and it is a horrible health risk Especially for everyone who has breathing problems or asthma or compromised immune system. Angel, the property manager was very rude and very dismissive like we were overreacting even after sending her the pictures. She got maintenance to come out with a little spray bottle of bleach to check and it was like putting a Band-Aid on a stab wound. I could go on and on about the horrors with Angel but luckily we've called another Property Management at the company and got Sydney and she was amazing and put us in a nice unit and took care of us and did all the things that Angel said could not be done so to Outer Banks REALTY, but the house has problems that the owner needs to take care of and Outer Banks. REALTY needs to deal with the rudeness of Angel.
