We came we looked we left without staying

Der Empfang war super und freundlich inkl. Welcome-Smoothie. Das Zimmer selbst war in Ordnung und hat seinen Zweck erfüllt (ist eben ein Hostel und kein 5Sterne Hotel). Besonders gut war die Lage des Hostels sowie der schöne Innengarten und Aufenthaltsraum! Würde ich wieder buchen!

Pros: coffee/ tea and fruit, welcome drink were a nice touch Cons: hospitality of the staff was lacking, digital check in system didnt work and the front desk/ employee didn't help. 3rd floor dorms and pods had poor noise reduction, ground vibrated with every footstep, sliding doors felt like things were being slammed, noise carried everywhere and people didn't respect quiet hours, loudly running and chatting through the halls at 4am. Reached out to hotel per their sign to help address it but they ignored the calls and messages

workers is very friendly I liked and room 👌❤️❤️

Op de slaapkamers mag de afzuiging wel uit gezet worden en bij de badkamers mag de verwarming wel aangezet worden. Ontbijt mag wel wat uitgebreider worden. Personeel was vriendelijk Tycho was zeer vriendelijk 😊
