The Frenchie

Nice place and friendly staff. Convenient location to the downtown area and local restaurants---all very walkable. We stayed in the "Potting Shed". Not what I was initially expecting....because it really was a "potting shed" at one time! Nonetheless, the decor was pretty darn cute and the bed was great. Super nice staff at their onsite restaurant for guests. Will return for a future visit.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such an amazing stay at the Frenchie! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the main house on the first floor, and the room was absolutely beautiful. The rooms and the entire property are so thoughtfully designed that every space feels photo shoot ready. It’s the perfect spot for a romantic getaway for two, but it would also be so much fun with a group of friends. The location couldn’t be better. We walked everywhere, with great restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping all just steps away. A couple of things to keep in mind: because the main house is historic, you can hear pretty much everything happening in the room above you. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for us, but if you’re a light sleeper, it’s something to be aware of. The other downside was the cost of food and drinks on the property. Cocktails were around $20 or more, which felt a bit expensive. Overall, it was an incredible stay, and we would absolutely come back. If you’re looking for a beautiful, charming hotel in an unbeatable location, the Frenchie is a fantastic choice.

Wonderful hotel. Round Top is the home of one of the most renowned antique festivals in the country, and the decoration in this hotel reflects that. No cheat or generic furnishings or decor. Everything shows great taste. Congratulations!

This is the most charming property. I stayed in the main house in a beautiful room on the ground floor. Everything is so well maintained, you feel as if you are living in your own lovely farmhouse. The owners have thought of everything - from the honor bar where you can grab a seltzer water or a snack to the delicious coffee you can make to kick off your day. I also love the pool area! Loved it all -- and can't wait to go back!
