Nice modern and clean close to everything! Wish it had a working ice machine and a full pop water machine on site! All in all it was a great place to stay!

Very clean and within seconds stroll to water, shops, restaurants. Adorable cafe and fire pit. Comfy beds! Very nice. Will be back.

PROS: Right off the main drag of Sister Bay, so very convenient location. Clean, tasteful furnishings if a bit spartan, very comfortable beds, good shower/water pressure, cafe with lovely baristas and good food and coffee/tea (I will definitely take advantage of that in future..no wait) CONS: Another guest had to help me figure out which room I was in by guessing and how to get into said room. I had called with arrival time and the manager seemed in a hurry to get off the phone telling me my welcome e-mail had been sent. I didn't get it until 20 hours later for whatever reason. The room could have used a better lamp for reading. While beautiful, the bedside lamp was more for ambience. Would be perfect on the dresser. Could use towel racks by the sink. The high wall unit for A/C had a very bright light when the room was dark. I had to cover it with four layers of towel. Probably the worst part is that the walls are so thin that I could hear the conversations of the guests on both sides of my room. Some 3/4" drywall and insulation would have helped in the construction. Lastly, on Saturday a very loud and scary fire alarm went off for a good 10-15 minutes. As there was no one on the property I had to look up the number of the place and call it several times, but the connection was never clear. I ended up having to call 911, not knowing what else to do. I can say it's the only Inn I've ever gone to that has no assistance present. And no ice for my drink. :(

Great location! A few areas would suggest some improvement! They have some nice places to sit outside to sit and have a drink but they do not have an ice machine available for guests. That should be a given that the property provides an ice machine. Second, no coffee offered in the room for guests. I get that they probably want guests to buy coffee at the little coffee shop they also run on the property but very limited hours, Sunday morning it said they opened at 8:00, no one was there. Last, the office has very limited hours in general. One other small item was the soap dispenser in the shower did not work, I would have gone to the office to ask for another bar of soap or have them fix it but again, office was closed. For the price per night the property charges, these should be staple items provided.

Goose & Twigs is a small inn, with updated, clean rooms and a comfortable atmosphere. It is situated less than a block from the harbor and shops in Sister Bay, and there is ample parking at the property. There is also a coffee shop attached to the property. We had a nice stay at Goose & Twigs and I would stay here again in the future!

This property is located in a great location. Just off the main road, but close enough to be able to walk to restaurants, stores, and the marina. Our room had a nice porch to sit and enjoy some wine.

The property was very nice, clean, updated rooms. Nothing fancy, just nice. Bed and pillows were too soft. Nice little deck outside the room with flowers.

Super cute property within walking distance of the lake, shopping, and dining. Had a nice fire pit area and plenty of parking. Would definitely stay here again

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Immaculately clean, beautifully stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was even more comfortable than ours at home! We couldn’t be happier and would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing stay.

This property is walking distance to shops, restaurants etc in Sister Bay. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Our 3th stay. Highly recommend.

Clean with very nice quality amenities in the room. Had a great nights sleep on the most comfortable bed! Walking distance to all of downtown Sister Bay. Beautiful property, impeccably clean, and perfectly located. Our wedding anniversary weekend was fantastic. Thank you!

It was just ok I’ve never stayed at a hotel where I never saw one employee even check in was done without an employee. When I asked for cleaning they made the bed but didn’t give me new towels. There was a number of huge stains in the carpet that you have to fix you can’t rent a room with huge gross stains. No one told us that the coffee shop was closed

Off season but high rate. No housekeeping and when returning in the evening the property is completly dark. Sustainably on electricity is unsafe especially with stairs. Coffee shop marketplace closed for season. That’s okay but rate is way too high. Many other housing options for better amenities are available.

I liked the self-check in through the app, could go right to the room and go in. The room was super nice, clean and the bed was super comfortable. Couldn't ask for a better place. Price was also very reasonable.

We stayed Thursday night, September 21st for 1 night. Everything was closed up. We had to check into the room using a digital code, since the lobby was closed . The proprietors ran this hotel remotely. No dining or food service, the coffee shop was closed for the season, no lobby coffee since it is closed, no chair to sit on inthe room, rooms were not soundproof, I could hear the people next door talking and coughing.....not happy with this hotel at all for the price I paid. I want a refund!

Right in the middle of Sister Bay so great location for shopping and restaurants. Room was quite spacious with a big shower and the sink is just outside the bathroom which was great. Would definitely stay there again.

Tiny room and bathroom. Advertised it’s great amenities and services—there are none. Door stuck and took lots of effort to open. Both remote controls had dead batteries. Only two thin towels. Shower floor was slick- almost fell multiple times. Shower curtain and base didn’t keep water in the shower. Definitely not worth over $200 per night. Only positive was it was located in downtown Sister Bay.

The room was cute and spacious. We had a little trouble figuring out the heat at first, but once we did, the temperature was good. I appreciate the location, close to several restaurants and shops. My youngest was excited about the folded swan-shaped towel in the bathroom! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Major problem and key app. Coffee shop closed all winter-not listed on ad. Nice place but need a different key system

Hanna and Gustavo provided fantastic customer service considering the fact that I was all over the place, they were patient and kind! Cafe was so perfectly convenient, the dirty chai latte was like a warm hug. Goose & Twigs had an overall positive and happy energy, close to all things Sister Bay! Well done Goose & Twigs! We will be back!

We just returned from our wonderful stay at The Goose & Twigs. Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast both mornings at the Cafe, which is on-site. The food was delicious and the service was great. All the staff were kind, friendly, helpful and made the stay enjoyable and relaxing. The location was perfect. A block from the Main Street in Sister's Bay. We could walk to all the shops, marina, restaurants, and the bay. The parking at the hotel was helpful, no searching for a parking spot. We will be back for sure and will share this gem with friends and family.

Wonderful place, clean, up to date and modern! Right in the heart of town! Just wish the coffee shop was open each morning. Walking distance to downtown! Husband and I were looking forward to it! But multiple coffee shops open in sister bay that are right around the corner.

First time staying here. Walking distance to many shops & restaurants! Although the coffee shop is closed this time of year ( Nov/ Dec ) there were plenty of other places to get coffee, plus there was coffee in the room. Gus the owner was very nice, I will definitely stay there again!
