One night stay for work, free parking on drive. Nice reception from Helen. I was in room 1, which had a little fridge in room with fresh milk within. Room had a desk in it to work at, as well as another chair to sit in. Ensuite was good with large shower. TV on wall was okay, bed was comfortable. The breakfast (included in the price I paid) was good, nice plate of fresh fruit on table and I had the cooked breakfast (which was cooked to order). There were other hot choices available was well as cereals and pastries. The only thing this venue is lacking is decent wifi. It is poor and I had to use my work mobile hotspot to join a meeting in the evening.

Easy to find, Helpful and friendly owners. Free parking. Good choice of breakfast. Very good size room and very clean. Small fridge in room with water and milk which was a great idea. Tea/coffee tray with tea pot. Easy walk into town. We would stay again if in the area.

This place was and is, absolutely amazing. Nothing lacking with loads of extras. Attention to detail in the rooms and attention to the customer being 2nd to none. I stayed for 2 nights whilst attending a wedding locally and the weather got progressively hotter throughout the day. On returning to 41 King Edward Avenue I found a fan had thoughtfully been placed in my room. There was a small bottle of fresh milk in the rooms mini fridge ready for me. The room was very well appointed and the bathroom was a small but perfectly formed space offering a huge shower with both overhead waterfall and handheld shower heads. The parking on the off street drive a another bonus. The host, Helen, was great nothing being any trouble and wanting your stay to be a good one. Thank you Helen you made my stay extremely pleasurable, here's to next time.

The owner was was very friendly, welcoming & helpful. The guest house was beautifully decorated & furnished & spotlessly clean. The shower in my ensuite bathroom was very spacious & easy to access. The breakfast in the dining room was delicious with plenty of choice. There were fresh flowers on each table which I thought was a nice touch. I only stayed 2 nights as I was attending a family wedding in the area but would have been happy to stay longer. If ever I need to visit Aylesury again I would want to stay at that guest house.

My first business trip away from home in 2024 and it was lovely. Good reception from host, lovely room (room 2) with huge ensuite bathroom. Wifi was okay (not strong signal). Was provided with decaf in my room on request. Cooked breakfast was lovely (included in price)

We couldn't fault our stay. The house was lovely and clean. Our room was very well equipped from a mini fridge for the fresh milk provided, to a sewing kit in a drawer. Breakfast was plentiful and a good variety of cooked options were available along with the cereals, fruit and yogurts on offer. The property was also in easy walking distance to the town. Would definitely recommend.

The house and the owners are very friendly and the stay was comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and i always started the day off well as a result. The rooms are clean and well stocked, there is a TV , kettle with tea and coffee and milk in a fridge , my room had a shower and toilet ensuite. Great place to stay and well worth using if youre in the area.

Helen was friendly, helpful and laid back. She went out of her way to look out for me in the street when l was in difficulty looking for the house. I love the ambiance of the house. The bed was comfortable, the house was clean and tidy. The shower room has two shower heads. The breakfast menu has a wide of range of choices. I will stay there again next time I’m in Aylesbury.

It's impossible to find any fault with this wonderful place. Helen and her husband go out of their way to help. They gave me a packed breakfast as I had to leave early. The first day's breakfast the 'chef' kindly added in some potatoes with my fry up that were not on the menu. We would stay here whenever we are in the area again. If I could give more than 10 I would do. I'd also like to add that everything is 5* quality, nothing broken, no cheap furniture or shower gels, excellent throughout.

A fabulous stay in an extremely clean and well appointed house. A great breakfast that was plentiful and made with top quality ingredients. The host was so accomodating too and so I've no hesitation in recommending this B&B!

Our stay was perfect, the owners made us very welcome, we had early starts in the morning and we were given a packed breakfast to take with us, we couldn’t have asked for more, so much so we will be booking for next year.

I was treated excellently! Helen was the most amazing hostess. I am already looking at staying again. I can’t recommended this place enough! Tasty breakfast every day and bed was comfy. I stayed for a week and didn’t want to leave! Thank you so much to Helen and Pasquale.

We had a nights' stay for a wedding and very grateful we could access our room earlier to dress. Our host was super helpful with my enquires, very welcoming and easy to talk with. A very lovely lady. My daughter was very impressed with the house so that alone would have awarded them an extra star. With so much going on over the weekend it was good to find this place to stay at a reasonable price

It's impossible to find any fault with this wonderful place. Helen and her husband go out of their way to help. They gave me a packed breakfast as I had to leave early. The first day's breakfast the 'chef' kindly added in some potatoes with my fry up that were not on the menu. We would stay here whenever we are in the area again. If I could give more than 10 I would do. I'd also like to add that everything is 5* quality, nothing broken, no cheap furniture or shower gels, excellent throughout.

One night stay for work, free parking on drive. Nice reception from Helen. I was in room 1, which had a little fridge in room with fresh milk within. Room had a desk in it to work at, as well as another chair to sit in. Ensuite was good with large shower. TV on wall was okay, bed was comfortable. The breakfast (included in the price I paid) was good, nice plate of fresh fruit on table and I had the cooked breakfast (which was cooked to order). There were other hot choices available was well as cereals and pastries. The only thing this venue is lacking is decent wifi. It is poor and I had to use my work mobile hotspot to join a meeting in the evening.

A fabulous stay in an extremely clean and well appointed house. A great breakfast that was plentiful and made with top quality ingredients. The host was so accomodating too and so I've no hesitation in recommending this B&B!

The house and the owners are very friendly and the stay was comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and i always started the day off well as a result. The rooms are clean and well stocked, there is a TV , kettle with tea and coffee and milk in a fridge , my room had a shower and toilet ensuite. Great place to stay and well worth using if youre in the area.

This was a really good place to stay and such a wonderful find for repeat visits when I’m in the area again. A must have for breakfast is the homemade pancakes with bacon, maple syrup and delicious glacéd sliced apples, simply wonderful.

What an incredible stay. We have stayed in 5 star hotels and this is by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. There was so much attention to detail and these little touches were so personal. The choice and quality of breakfasts were superb. Helen was a tremendous host and accommodated our late arrival on the first evening. I would totally recommend a stay here and we will certainly stay here again when we return to the area. Thank you very much Helen for a tremendous stay.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed dinner at the pub just a short walk down the road. They offered two meals for £15, which was excellent value. Our host was a lovely lady who made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. We’re so glad we chose to stay here. The bed was a little firmer than I’m used to, but everything was spotlessly clean and tidy, and the facilities were of a very high standard. If my daughter does another police ride-along work experience evening in the future, we would definitely stay here again.

Great room with cooking faculities, staff were super helpfull and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location which is a short and pleasant walk into Cambridge centre. You get what you pay for at this hotel which is an all round luxurious hotel experience.

The property was well located and with free onsite parking. The room was a good size with en suite and very very clean. Helen was lovely and very attentive. The breakfast was perfect, well cooked and very tasty. Would recommend very highly.
