It was our first time in Peru. We had a great experience at Dazzler by Wyndham Lima San Isidro location. The staff was great, very helpful anytime we had questions. The hotel is beautiful, it has a beautiful roof top pool with pretty views. It is in a great location, walkable to pretty much everything you need. Understandably most people there spoke Spanish and we did not. The front desk was always so helpful when it came to helping us translate things etc. The staff was all bilingual. Ikar was especially helpful. He was so nice and professional. Always available to help us out with no problems. I would definitely stay here again!

THE POOL AND JACUZZI ARE CLICKBAIT!! They were closed the whole time we were there and they did not post it in their website even though they argued with us about it being there when we had already checked. The food buffet is quite small compared to other hotels of the same type. The room sheets had stains when we first arrived. The neighborhood is not walkable, nothing fun around, you have to take a cab to go anywhere fun. The evening staff were stuck up, the overnight staff however were very friendly and welcoming. IF YOU’RE BOOKING THIS JUST FOR THE POOL AND JACUZZI DO NOT RISK IT!!! They told my cousin when she called that it would be open and then it was NOT!!!

Ambiente bastante agradável. O café da manhã, apesar de ser o mesmo todos os dias, era gostoso e bem feito. A piscina e a jacuzzi eram muito pequenas. Não dá vazão à demanda.

I love to stay in this hotel. Near to everything. Safe area. Katia and all the staff are wonderful. I offered some ideas to the restaurant, and they appreciated them. It was my third visit to Dazzler in San Isidro, Lima, Peru. I will be back. Nice swimming pool and gym. Thank you to the staff. They really made my stay very confortable.

The property was great and clean. Breakfast was great as well. Location and area was really nice. The only downside is the gym and the pool were very small and it had to be reserved to be used, I found that inconvenient. Only got to use the gym 2 or 3 times. Also around the pool was dirty with bottles and cups of alcohol and no one ever went up there to clean.

I stayed at Dazzler by Wyndham Isidora in Lima and was extremely disappointed with the experience. Poor Maintenance: The room had no consistent access to hot water, and the refrigerator didn’t work at all. One of the electrical outlets short-circuited and damaged my personal items—an alarming safety hazard. Cleanliness Issues: The linens on the bed were visibly dirty upon check-in, and cutlery in the restaurant was often unclean. Terrible Service: The front desk staff lacked courtesy and seemed disinterested in resolving issues. The restaurant service was just as poor—breakfast was chaotic, with long waits and missing items. Simply getting a clean cup or plate was a struggle. This hotel does not reflect the standards expected of the Wyndham brand. I would strongly recommend reviewing more reliable options before booking.

The bathroom in our room had mold in the ceiling, the walls in the bedroom were dirty with black marks. The seat by the desk was cloth material and it was stained. The entire hotel needs maintenance. The front agent was not friendly and very slow. The service wasn’t professional.

The room was spotless. The hotel is very nice and well located. Breakfast was outstanding and the overall experience is great. I highly recommend this for tourism and I’m pretty much sure that it’s also a good business spot.

I like the food, good location, friendly staff, open 24/7. I didn’t like that key deactivate a lot, room is not clean well x example bathroom grout is black but other than that is fine, I will recommend this hotel.

Je suis déçu par cet hôtel pas digne d’être un 4 étoiles vis à vis des prestations proposées. La chambre (701) présente bien au premier abord mais les murs sont sales, une odeur d’humidité se dégage. Dans le couloir aussi une odeur désagréable est présente. C’est dommage car la chambre est bien équipée avec un lit énorme et confortable, des canaux internationaux et une salle de bain très pratique et moderne. Mais les chambres ne sont pas suffisamment bien entretenues. Le personnel n’est pas plus aimable que ça et pas toujours poli (un bonjour ne fait pas de mal). Le petit déjeuner est très simple et manque de diversité et de qualité. À noter tout de même un plat péruvien différent tous les matins. Pas de chocolat chaud si ce n’est sur demande. Belle prestation concernant la piscine et le jacuzzi sur le toit avec une magnifique vue et une eau chauffée. L’hôtel est très bien situé. Je reviendrai peut-être pour le rapport qualité/prix mais j’attends des efforts surtout sur le professionnalisme du personnel, l’amabilité et plus de sensibilité sur les petits détails.

We've stayed here several times already. We like the location and the staff is very nice but the breakfast needs to be improved, our room this time had an a/c leak, the mini fridge was not working the first night. The staff did attend to it quickly, the carpet on the 7th floor is very stained and it smells horrible. Needs to be cleaned. Overall, I believe the hotel needs some TLC

It's in a great location, with stores and cafés nearby and easy access. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and loved the staff in the dining room every morning at breakfast. They were very kind and friendly! The staff at reception, not so much. We missed the welcoming smiles as we walked past reception. They made very little eye contact and weren't as accommodating or warm. The water in the shower wasn't that hot, either. However, we had a good stay.

Al momento de llegar a las instalaciones estaban haciendo reparaciones de piscina y jacuzzi, nunca tuve acceso a esto tampoco al gimnasio debido a las reparaciones, existió diariamente problemas con el internet en mi habitación, por ende no podía trabajar desde el escritorio o cama, si bien es cierto, el tecnico subió varias veces pero los problemas persistian.
Al momento de llegar a las instalaciones estaban haciendo reparaciones de piscina y jacuzzi, nunca tuve acceso a esto tampoco al gimnasio debido a las reparaciones, existió diariamente problemas con el internet en mi habitación, por ende no podía trabajar desde el escritorio o cama, si bien es cierto, el tecnico subió varias veces pero los problemas persistian.

All the staff were helpful, particularly the front desk. WiFi in the rooms was good, and room was clean. Only two hangars for clothes and our room was a bit noisy. Breakfast was decent, but seemed understaffed as they were always out of plates, coffee cups, etc. Overall a good stay

Loved the size of my room (king room), plenty of space. Lovely contemporary furnishing. Loved the bathroom, loads of space for toiletries and really good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was quite average. Limited hot options but adequate enough.

The hotel is beautiful, it has a beautiful roof top pool with pretty views. It is in a great location, walkable to pretty much everything you need. It was clean and had everything I needed for the trip. Environment is safe and shopping/ dining options were many around the hotel. Pool was cold so I never used it, hot tub was ok. The check in was annoying, I arrived by 8am and was asked to pay the price of a night for an early check in starting from 10am. I of course refused and waited until 3pm to check in which was really inconsiderate after an 8hr flight. Most hotels try to accommodate you from around 10am if there is an available room at no additional cost. They charge for everything even shower caps and if you have a guest visiting for the night, expect to pay extra. Bad attitude by some staff, otherwise, a decent hotel

This hotel is beautiful and lovely rooms, it took a LOT longer than I thought to get to/from airport and also into central Lima due to traffic. Something to keep in mind depending on reason of trip. Hotel is lovely, quiet. Check in staff were exceptional/friendly/helpful 10:10. Check out staff were infuriating! I ended up only staying the day due to a flight change, when it came to check out I waited/took nearly 20min! The taxi charged me for waiting (had just thought hand key card in and leave). The staff member asked me 4, yes 4 times if I’d had anything from mini bar(each time answer was no). In the end I got frustrated as didn’t want to waste time and get to airport. Seriously two completely set of staff from check in to out.

Avoid at all costs! Context: We spent 10 days in Peru. We had been in Cusco and even had stayed at Dazzler in Miraflores a week before. Also, for a family emergency we had to shorten our stay at this hotel from 3 nights to one. When we arrived we asked the staff to help us with the car elevator (as we did at Dazzler Miraflores where they were extremely helpful). The staff just pressed the button and didn’t help despite the elevator to be extremely small so the compact SUV I rented barely fitted. When I tried to check in there were 3 people at the front desk. One of them asked me for my passport and handed it to the only person that was on the phone. I had to wait like 5 minutes until he finished the call and he had the worst attitude. I then proceeded to tell him if he could help me because I needed to shorten my stay. He didn’t even try. He just told that I had to fix it through Expedia (what Expedia did was contact the Hotel anyway) or directly through the hotel reservations call center and didn’t provide the reservations center. His attitude was the worst. We then went to our room and tried to rest for a while. It was about 6 PM and we were just resting in our room when some maintenance people knocked on our door saying that they needed to go into our room to change the TV system. Why would they give us a room that they knew was maintenance people would go in an hour later? It was really unpleasant. Avoid this place. Stay at Dazzler Miraflores instead.

The staff was very friendly and responsive quickly to our needs. We had a room on 15th floor with a beautiful view we felt right at home a room with three comfy beds, very clean, great water pressure, toiletries included hair dryer, Anything I asked they were very quick to respond and provide, plentiful yummy food for breakfast. I can say was one of the best stay and safe place 4blocks away from a Mall anything you need. Uber safe. My daughter had some kind of stomach bug a medic was sent to us directly and staff kept asking of her well being, much apprecited, will definately return to this place. Thank you

The worst check in experience ever. When I booked, I let them know my flight was coming in early signs 5am, never heard bavk for them, so I assumed an early check in was possible at that time. So when I arrived at the property, they stated early check would not begin before 10am, but I could buy a room for the night, which cost twice as much as I paid. I decided to wait until 10 to check in. Well come 10 am, they have no rooms left, so what happened to the room you tried to sell me 5 hours before. Several people had already checked out before then, so as early as 8am. It takes them several hours to change over a room, as I wasn't able to check in until after 1pm. I want the only one waiting on an early check in either, there were at least 4 other couples needing rooms. Based on this I wouldn't recommend if needing an early check in.

O Hotel tem uma estrutura e quartos sensacionais Localizado numa area de embaixadas e prédios comerciais é segura porém não muito boa para quem deseja conhecer a pé. Tem alguns restaurantes bons, mercados e farmacia perto mas em geral precisa sair de Uber o Taxi. Pessoal do Hotel atencioso, café de manhã bom. Acredito que só faltou uma máquina de café com mais opções. Tinha só café passado e também senti falta de ovos feitos ao gosto (algo muito barato e agrega confort) e mudar um pouco os acompanhamentos por exemplo variar a salsicha por bacon ou presuntos fritos. Passei 6 dias e sempre foi muito similar. Garçons alguns dias bem atentos outros meio na correria abastacendo. Acho que atenção dedicada nas mesas mesmo sendo buffet ajudaria a se sentir melhor. Ex. Repor o café na mesa que algo simples e já me foi oferecido em outros restaurantes em Lima mesmo sendo Buffet. Em geral Hotel muito bom e na recepção me ajudaram com tudo o que precisei inclusive extensão de estadia.

The hotel and the room was lovely. The staff were very helpful when I had trouble getting transport to certain places. Glad there was an included breakfast. I arrived 4 Hours early for check in from the airport. The room was ready but I was told I would have to pay $30 to go in early. I didn’t pay much more for the room in total so for 4 hours I thought that was too much. It would have been a nice gesture to let a very tired person get in early to have a shower if they could have. The area is nice and quiet but far from any public transport. Luckily Uber is fairly cheap and even long journeys don’t cost too much but if you’re on a budget might be something to think about.

This was a great stay. Room was large with a large tub. Breakfast was ok, not enough of a variety. I didn't like how one staff member looked over me to help someone else who was after me. When I brought it to her attention that I was next to be helped, she just responded, "oh". There was no empathy or apology.

Check in was quick. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Food at the restaurant was tasty. The food offering was very limited and was mostly finger foods. The bar was poorly stocked. The service was incredibly slow with priority given to table set up and other non customer facing activities. We purchased the only red wine they had (at gouging prices) and had to ask repeatedly for our wine. When the wine came it was already poured in glasses and had to ask 3 more times for the bottle to return to our table. The bottle was not opened in front of us and should never have left our sight; the cork was pushed into the bottle making pouring messy. Serving staff are in desperate need of server training and customer service skills. Breakfast was included with the room however since we were leaving early we asked for take away breakfast. They wanted to charge us $5 USD each. Beware that you must also order your breakfast before 9pm and once placed it cannot be cancelled. We opted to have daily breakfast and other meals at nearby restaurants to avoid the poor service preferring to pay rather than take what was "free". There are several more examples of policies that are self serving at this property; 6 pairs of underwear and socks were sent out for cleaning and the invoice was a little over $60 USD. Poor service, gouging and general unfriendliness of the staff make this property impossible to recommend. Never again for us.

The room was spotless. The hotel is very nice and well located. Breakfast was outstanding and the overall experience is great. I highly recommend this for tourism and I’m pretty much sure that it’s also a good business spot.

Loved the size of my room (king room), plenty of space. Lovely contemporary furnishing. Loved the bathroom, loads of space for toiletries and really good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was quite average. Limited hot options but adequate enough.

El front desk muy desorganizado, se ve desordenado, el personal es amable, pero en general están colapsados. El desayuno es pobre, no se condice con la categoría de hotel. El restaurant malo, hay peleas internas entre el personal, se olvidan las comandas, se equivocan al cobrar. La carta del room service no tiene opciones saludables. La comida es cara para la calidad que ofrece. No hay opción de recargar agua en ningun lado, algo que muchos hoteles de esa categoría, al menos 1 agua de cortesía brindan. La habitación muy bien, muy cómoda y bien aseada.

The breakfast was really poor. No fresh bread rolls or cakes to finish the breakfast off. The things on offer were not replenished very well and on a number of occasions I had to ask for items to be replenished. Also I didn’t think the breakfast area was that clean. Other hotels provide a bottle per person per day. There are no plates for the weight-lifting machines in the gym. The pool was not attended and some tables were dirty. We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in a room on the 13th floor. On our third night, we called the front desk at 9:00 PM due to a constant humming noise coming from above. They assured us they would turn off the unit causing the sound within 15 minutes. At midnight, the noise was still going, so we called again and were given the same promise. By 3:00 AM, we had to call a third time, only to be told that no technical staff was available to shut it off. This was incredibly poor service. The next day, we demanded a room change and were moved to a lower floor. If you are planning to stay here, make sure to request a room on a lower floor. The rooftop HVAC/aggregate unit connected to the swimming pool generates a lot of noise, especially at night. As for the food, breakfast was very basic, and all the juices were heavily watered down. We did have dinner at the hotel one night, which was actually a much better experience.

By 3:00 AM, we had to call a third time, only to be told that no technical staff was available to shut it off. This was incredibly poor service. The next day, we demanded a room change and were moved to a lower floor. If you are planning to stay here, make sure to request a room on a lower floor. The rooftop HVAC/aggregate unit connected to the swimming pool generates a lot of noise, especially at night. As for the food, breakfast was very basic, and all the juices were heavily watered down. We did have dinner at the hotel one night, which was actually a much better experience.

The Hotel was amazing , I like the district it was located in and the actual room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The roof top was nice as advertised. Lima is a top tier city . My only complaint would be the security deposit at the end of my stay , that happen to be the same cost of the room . So I’m not sure when I’ll receive that back but , either I over looked that part but it came as a surprise to me , so don’t be surprised through my experience. 5/5 other than that , if I don’t get my deposit back 2/5.
