Everyone at the property was so nice and helpful. I love how easy it was to communicate with them, from arranging transportation to booking tours. Our hostess made everything super easy and convenient. We felt extremely safe at this property. We opted for breakfast and everything was delicious. The rooms are nice and clean, they even have laundry service available. Great place, highly recommend.

사장님 포함 직원들도 너무 친절하고 룸 컨티션도 매우 좋았습니다 호이안 올드 타원까지 걸어서 5분이라 위치도 좋고 호텔에서 자전거도 무료로 빌릴 수 있습니다 다음에 또 호이안을 오게 되면 여기에서 머물고 싶어요

旧市街まで徒歩５分で、新市街のような騒がしさや明るさがなく、落ち着いた場所にあります。近くには美味しいフォーの店やお手頃なマッサージ店多く、過ごしやすいです。スタッフは非常にフレンドリーで、おすすめのレストランや体験、空港やダナンまでの送迎の提案をしてくれます。実際に行ったフォーとバイミンミーの店はとてもおいしかったです。また部屋のアップグレードもしてくれました。部屋にはドライヤーもあり、シャワーの水圧も悪くありませんでした。ペットボトルの水やウェルカムドリンクももらえます。エレベーターも付いています。非常にコスパよくスタッフの方もよかったので、次回ホイアンに行く機会があればまた泊まりたいです。

The staff, especially Oanh, are so lovely & helpful! They really want you to enjoy your stay and time in Hoi An and it’s surrounding areas. The hotel is located in a quiet area just a short walk (5 mins or so) from the old town. It’s such a little gem! The rooms are nice, clean & comfortable. The only downside is that there isn’t a lift for guests so if you struggle with steps I would suggest asking for a room on the lower floor levels. Just a 1 minute walk from the hotel is a good restaurant (Boi Com), so if the weather is poor or if you don’t want to head out, it’s a good option. Thank you Oanh for looking after me during my stay!

The BEST HOTEL I have stayed. I travelled from Da Nang to Hoi An and the hotel arrange my pick up from my hotel. They also can arrange transport to the airport (they were always on time!) I arrived in the hotel and was greeted by the lovely Hien who had arrival drinks to offer. She also suggested places to visit around Hoi An. LOVED my room which had a balcony, bottled water is provided too. They can also arrange laundry for you if needed. The area I would say was relatively quiet even if it is only walking distance to Thu Bon River where the lantern boat rides and market are. I felt safe walking back at night because there are shops and restaurants across the street that are opened until late. Breakfast was included during my stay and I received next level hospitality, I have tours booked in the morning (before breakfast time) and they would prepare the breakfast for you even at an earlier time! They make the breakfast fresh!!! Best breakfast I had during my travel in Vietnam! If you want to go around aswell they do have bicycles that you can use for free :) Highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay at this hotel when I come back in Hoi An!

Staff amiable, consistently helpful and resourceful. Walkable distance to many shops and eateries. Free bike ride. Amenities: impeccable. Tasty styling in the decor, near high tech room niceties… room service every day… a five star bathroom and on and on It would be a 6 star if there were an elevator in the building

ホイアンの街の中心にすぐ近くですが騒がしい場所からは少し離れております静かなので場所が最高です。部屋もきれいで広く(アップグレードしてくれたようで、一人旅なのにベッドルームが2つ!)、シャワーのお湯も安定して出ます。朝食は2つを前日に選んでおくスタイルでどれも美味しかったです。ただデザートが2日ともスイカだけ、というのは少し淋しいけど。自転車も限られたのはとても良かったけど、整備が出来ていないものもあるようなので、きちんと整備してくれたらと思う。でも総じて良い宿で、快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございます。

Ambiente curato e famigliare, il personale è molto disponibile e cortese. Abbiamo soggiornato in una family room, molto spaziosa e comoda. We had an outstanding stay at Square Villa. It was easily one of our favourite accommodations during our trip to Vietnam. The owner was incredibly kind. After helping us with a very easy check-in on arrival, she congratulated us on our anniversary (which we noted we were celebrating in our reservation) and threw in a free breakfast for us. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated to give a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The location itself is also very close to Hoi An Ancient Town. On our second night, the owner gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room (not sure why...perhaps it was empty?). This room was lovely as well, and we felt very appreciative. Overall, we loved our stay at Square Villa and would stay there again without a doubt!

Everything was good there. The room is really nice and clean. Morning breakfast were very tastefull. The staff is fantastic, they gave me good advices, they provides services like taxi or trip, always with kindness.The hotel is very close to the old city, near everything you need. I won't forget this place.

The Square Villa was a lovely stay! The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was always cleaned promptly and our requests were met right away. The location is also great- it is near the Japanese bridge and night market. There is a super cute coffee shop a block away which was the best we’ve had in Vietnam. We would definitely recommend staying here!

늦은시간 비행기가 도착하여 새벽 체크인을 하게 되었는데, 주무시다가 나오셨는데도 너무 친절했어요! 하룻밤이 아쉬울정도로 룸컨디션도 좋았어요! 깨끗하고 쾌적해요! 아침 조식도 너무너무 맛있었어요. 위치도 좋고 친절하고 깨끗한숙소입니다!

Checked in for 3 days with my wife and was so pleased with the hotel and especially the room , very clean and spacious enough for two people. Great breakfast included and it was great to try some local dishes. Staff were so polite and helpful, organised a trip for us arranged our onward transfer and even arranged a SIM card for my wife’s phone .

ダナン・ホイアン旅行中に、4か所に宿泊しましたが、価格、客室、清潔感など総合的に見て、こちらのホテルが一番満足度が高かったです。お部屋は広さこそ控えめですが、必要十分な設備が整っており、まだ新しいこともあってとても清潔感があります。バルコニーからの景色も開放感があり、滞在中とても心地よく過ごすことができました。またホイアンを訪れる際には、こちらを利用させていただきたいと思います。

家族的なのんびりした雰囲気のプチホテル。設備はエレベーターも在り安心。部屋も良く清掃されていて清潔。アメニティー類も充実。ホイアン観光中心地から10分程と適度に離れるため、むしろ快適。隣には品数豊富な食堂。道路の向かい側には薬局。近くにはミニマート在り。夜は静かで、早朝5時ごろに散歩に出ると、近所のおばさんたちがニッコリ笑顔を返してくれる。そんな所。アレコレ求めずに田舎町の小さいホテルを楽しむならば、お勧めです！

室内はコンパクトながらセンスが良く、清潔でとても過ごしやすかった。無料のミネラルウォーター、インスタントコーヒーとティーパックがあり、テラスでゆっくりお茶を楽しむこともできた。部屋数が少なく、落ち着いた雰囲気だったのも気に入った。朝食も複数の種類から選ぶことができ、通常8時からのスタートにもかかわらず、7時からでも対応してくれありがたかった。主要な観光スポットへは徒歩10分圏内で行くことができ、とても便利。スタッフは皆、朗らかで感じが良く、こちらは拙い英語だったが、丁寧に接客してもらえた。またホイアンに来る機会があれば、次もぜひここに泊まりたい。

Staff and owner was fantastic, very helpful with local knowledge. Great location, walkable to all dinning and shopping. Room was exactly like in the pictures, very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again. Perfect for our family of 4.

The reception staff and owner could not have done more for us for our one night stay. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable with a fridge! I asking distance to the old town with lots of food options on the doorstep. Lovely additions was balcony overlooking the street which was lovely for evening beer and morning coffee! Will come again, and soon!

The reception staff and owner could not have done more for us for our one night stay. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable with a fridge! I asking distance to the old town with lots of food options on the doorstep. Lovely additions was balcony overlooking the street which was lovely for evening beer and morning coffee! Will come again, and soon!

호이안 하루 투어 하려고 숙박했는데, 발코니도 있고 방 상태도 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 직원분도 매우 친절 하시고 청소를 계속 하시고 계시더라구요! 주변에 맛집도 많고 올드타운이랑도 도보로 갈 정도로 매우 가까워서 좋았습니다.

Checked in for 3 days with my wife and was so pleased with the hotel and especially the room , very clean and spacious enough for two people. Great breakfast included and it was great to try some local dishes. Staff were so polite and helpful, organised a trip for us arranged our onward transfer and even arranged a SIM card for my wife’s phone .

ダナン・ホイアン旅行中に、4か所に宿泊しましたが、価格、客室、清潔感など総合的に見て、こちらのホテルが一番満足度が高かったです。お部屋は広さこそ控えめですが、必要十分な設備が整っており、まだ新しいこともあってとても清潔感があります。バルコニーからの景色も開放感があり、滞在中とても心地よく過ごすことができました。またホイアンを訪れる際には、こちらを利用させていただきたいと思います。

The BEST HOTEL I have stayed. I travelled from Da Nang to Hoi An and the hotel arrange my pick up from my hotel. They also can arrange transport to the airport (they were always on time!) I arrived in the hotel and was greeted by the lovely Hien who had arrival drinks to offer. She also suggested places to visit around Hoi An. LOVED my room which had a balcony, bottled water is provided too. They can also arrange laundry for you if needed. The area I would say was relatively quiet even if it is only walking distance to Thu Bon River where the lantern boat rides and market are. I felt safe walking back at night because there are shops and restaurants across the street that are opened until late. Breakfast was included during my stay and I received next level hospitality, I have tours booked in the morning (before breakfast time) and they would prepare the breakfast for you even at an earlier time! They make the breakfast fresh!!! Best breakfast I had during my travel in Vietnam! If you want to go around aswell they do have bicycles that you can use for free :) Highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay at this hotel when I come back in Hoi An!

Staff and owner was fantastic, very helpful with local knowledge. Great location, walkable to all dinning and shopping. Room was exactly like in the pictures, very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again. Perfect for our family of 4.

Everyone at the property was so nice and helpful. I love how easy it was to communicate with them, from arranging transportation to booking tours. Our hostess made everything super easy and convenient. We felt extremely safe at this property. We opted for breakfast and everything was delicious. The rooms are nice and clean, they even have laundry service available. Great place, highly recommend.

Hoa, the owner of Square Villa was very friendly and helpful. She will go all the way to make our stay a memorable one. All our transport and attraction tickets are arranged by her with a very good price and made a happy trip for me and my family. This a quaint hotel 5 minutes from the ancient town and night market. The staff was outstanding, accommodating and always checking on us to see if we needed anything. They helped us book motorbikes for our incredible journey to the Hai Van Pass and the Baha hills. They arranged or cab/shuttle to the airport. Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and very comfortable. The location is close to everything and walkable. Hoi An was our favourite part of our 3 week journey through Vietnam.

Clean room, great location , great breakfast and excellent hospitality! Thank you Hoa, Huong, Sang for great service! Special thanks to Sang. I asked her to recommend me a place to buy lychee. She arranged and personally went to collect and send to hotel on her Off day! And that was 5kg of lychee. I really appreciate that! Definitely Square Villa!

We loved our stay at the Square Villa Hoi An, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, recommending many things to do in the area and was able to get us better pricing for some of our excursions and activities than we were being quoted online! Location is excellent very close to the main attractions yet tucked away to be peaceful and quiet when needed! Definitely consider this location for your visit!

걸어서 2~3분이면 올드시티다니기 좋은 거리였습니다. 친절한 사장님과 직원도 좋았고 엘리베이터가 있어 짐 옮기기도 좋습니다. 아침 조식은 체크인할때 미리 정하면되고 식사는 간단하지만 맛있습니다. 올드타운, 야시장 다니기에 아주 좋은 위치입니다.

旧市街まで徒歩５分で、新市街のような騒がしさや明るさがなく、落ち着いた場所にあります。近くには美味しいフォーの店やお手頃なマッサージ店多く、過ごしやすいです。スタッフは非常にフレンドリーで、おすすめのレストランや体験、空港やダナンまでの送迎の提案をしてくれます。実際に行ったフォーとバイミンミーの店はとてもおいしかったです。また部屋のアップグレードもしてくれました。部屋にはドライヤーもあり、シャワーの水圧も悪くありませんでした。ペットボトルの水やウェルカムドリンクももらえます。エレベーターも付いています。非常にコスパよくスタッフの方もよかったので、次回ホイアンに行く機会があればまた泊まりたいです。

The villa is perfectly located,5 minute walking from Old Town, it was renewed recently. Room super clean and according to photos. The people are great, special mention to Sang, who is really nice , proposing things to do and taking care of all your needs. I highly recommend Square Villa!

The Square Villa was a lovely stay! The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was always cleaned promptly and our requests were met right away. The location is also great- it is near the Japanese bridge and night market. There is a super cute coffee shop a block away which was the best we’ve had in Vietnam. We would definitely recommend staying here!

YouTuberさんの動画を見てとても良いと紹介されてました。絶対ここにしようと、でも中々空きがなかったけれど一泊つづ別のお部屋で取れました。清潔で静かで日本橋の近くで立地条件もとても良かったです。またホイアンに行ったらここに泊まりたいです。フロントの方も笑顔で素敵でした。

The BEST HOTEL I have stayed. I travelled from Da Nang to Hoi An and the hotel arrange my pick up from my hotel. They also can arrange transport to the airport (they were always on time!) I arrived in the hotel and was greeted by the lovely Hien who had arrival drinks to offer. She also suggested places to visit around Hoi An. LOVED my room which had a balcony, bottled water is provided too. They can also arrange laundry for you if needed. The area I would say was relatively quiet even if it is only walking distance to Thu Bon River where the lantern boat rides and market are. I felt safe walking back at night because there are shops and restaurants across the street that are opened until late. Breakfast was included during my stay and I received next level hospitality, I have tours booked in the morning (before breakfast time) and they would prepare the breakfast for you even at an earlier time! They make the breakfast fresh!!! Best breakfast I had during my travel in Vietnam! If you want to go around aswell they do have bicycles that you can use for free :) Highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay at this hotel when I come back in Hoi An!

We loved our stay at the Square Villa Hoi An, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, recommending many things to do in the area and was able to get us better pricing for some of our excursions and activities than we were being quoted online! Location is excellent very close to the main attractions yet tucked away to be peaceful and quiet when needed! Definitely consider this location for your visit!

Everyone at the property was so nice and helpful. I love how easy it was to communicate with them, from arranging transportation to booking tours. Our hostess made everything super easy and convenient. We felt extremely safe at this property. We opted for breakfast and everything was delicious. The rooms are nice and clean, they even have laundry service available. Great place, highly recommend.

걸어서 2~3분이면 올드시티다니기 좋은 거리였습니다. 친절한 사장님과 직원도 좋았고 엘리베이터가 있어 짐 옮기기도 좋습니다. 아침 조식은 체크인할때 미리 정하면되고 식사는 간단하지만 맛있습니다. 올드타운, 야시장 다니기에 아주 좋은 위치입니다.

Everything was good there. The room is really nice and clean. Morning breakfast were very tastefull. The staff is fantastic, they gave me good advices, they provides services like taxi or trip, always with kindness.The hotel is very close to the old city, near everything you need. I won't forget this place.

Clean room, great location , great breakfast and excellent hospitality! Thank you Hoa, Huong, Sang for great service! Special thanks to Sang. I asked her to recommend me a place to buy lychee. She arranged and personally went to collect and send to hotel on her Off day! And that was 5kg of lychee. I really appreciate that! Definitely Square Villa!

Checked in for 3 days with my wife and was so pleased with the hotel and especially the room , very clean and spacious enough for two people. Great breakfast included and it was great to try some local dishes. Staff were so polite and helpful, organised a trip for us arranged our onward transfer and even arranged a SIM card for my wife’s phone .

This little boutique hotel has everything we needed while vacationing in Hoi An. Owned and operated by a small family, we enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was a combination of either western or local vietnamese cuisine. Their banh mi is better than many other restaurants or street stalls. The staff is always helpful in booking/reserving transportation for us, answering our questions regarding site seeing excursions.

ホイアンの街の中心にすぐ近くですが騒がしい場所からは少し離れております静かなので場所が最高です。部屋もきれいで広く(アップグレードしてくれたようで、一人旅なのにベッドルームが2つ!)、シャワーのお湯も安定して出ます。朝食は2つを前日に選んでおくスタイルでどれも美味しかったです。ただデザートが2日ともスイカだけ、というのは少し淋しいけど。自転車も限られたのはとても良かったけど、整備が出来ていないものもあるようなので、きちんと整備してくれたらと思う。でも総じて良い宿で、快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございます。

Large rooms, very clean, excellent helpful staff, good breakfast, lot of amenities including free bicycles and umbrellas dor use. Locatiin is great, walking distance from main attractions. Hotel also helped arranged aurport transfres with very reasonable costs. The only downside was the shower, which was not working properly, although staff fixed on second day. Also, the shower did not have curtain and water was overflowing into the bathroom which was very annoying. Overall pretty good and comfortable stay.

I wish I had 10 stars to give!! This is hands-down, the best hospitality experience we’ve ever had. Location was exactly where you wanna be when visiting. on a relatively quiet street that has shops and restaurants and a short walk from the touristy old town. This boutique, family run hotel offers everything you’d expect from a western top rated hotel of similar size. Our hosts were extremely attentive to our needs and comfort. The breakfast options were delicious and made to order. Excellent Wi-Fi in the rooms along with Netflix and streaming compatible smart TVs. Modern and extremely well maintained rooms with everything you need. I couldn’t say something negative about this place if you paid me. We’ve been traveling for 2 months in the far east and this hotel checks all the boxes! Beyond the hotel and the services included in this booking, our hosts went above and beyond to connect us to local tours and tailors and helped with transportation. They also have bicycles available for complementary use. And Rent motor scooters. They acted as personal concierge’s during our entire stay. It really was a hospitality experience that went above and beyond. We can’t wait to come back!!
