Hampton Inn & Suites Lenoir

I I reserve the room especially for the indoor pool and told them it was for my granddaughter to go swimming then when I got there they informed me the pool was too cold to swim in so we did not stay and now I'm fighting them for my refund

Our stay was definitely a 10! The hotel was conveniently located and parking was excellent. Our suite was spotless. The ladies running breakfast did an outstanding job! The food was fresh and the serving stations were clean. They were extremely friendly and pleasant.

We loved the staff, clean room and indoor pool.

Very clean. Kept up. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice staff. Very friendly at check in desk Parking great but could use a couple more handicap spots. Good breakfast. Sunday morning was noisy with doors slamming shut as people were leaving to probably go check out. I loved the fact the doors did lock automatically. A little inconvenience of only one elevator working. Over all I’d give it an A.

Perfect hotel no complaints, friendly staff, quick check in, clean room, great breakfast...only one suggestion..indoor pool was too cold maybe turn the heat up a little ...when its too cold for kids it must be cold!

Upon checking in today at the hotel we were told the pool isn’t open, due to them needing a heating element for the pool. It’s been out for weeks according to the staff. The only reason we picked this hotel was for the pool. My kids were excited for it. Very disappointing and I feel we should have been told up front.

The staff there is among the friendliest and helpful of any I've encountered. The room was comfortable. My kids loved the pool. We also utilized the common area when we had a few guests come visit. We'll be back.

This is a good hotel choice in Lenoir! It’s super convenient to everything in town and has spacious rooms. The pool was out of service while we were there which was somewhat inconvenient. Our tv only had a few channels that came through. None of those happened to have cartoons which made it a bit tough having two kids with us but that’s a very minor issue! The beds are very nice! Would stay again!

Staff was awesome!! Stayed 3 nights and had to get the digital key sent twice. Pool was down for maintenance the entire stay. Didn't eat breakfast there but it smelled great.

Parking was convenient. First room the bed very uncomfortable. Second room bed was comfortable but shower not clean and some bathroom supplies not filled.

Nice staff, good breakfast, however, room was dirty, floor not vacuumed, bathroom barely touched, bed sheets had foreign strands of hair .. someone rushed through the cleaning job or was not trained how to properly clean the room.

We stayed 2 nights and while the hotel appeared to be full, it was quiet, extremely clean and the staff were all very nice. The full breakfast was delightful and served by pleasant staff. We would definitely stay here again.

For the most part the hotel was very clean. The room was clean but the bathroom was not. There were several black hairs in the bottom of the tub and on the shower wall. There was also someone’s dried up teeth whitening strips under the stink. Gross!

Our door keys to room 303 did not work. It took 20 minutes after arrival to get to our room because the front desk clerk was not there and had to walk people to their room individually. This delay caused the hot meal we brought to the room to be ruined. We also discovered mold and dirt around the shower door. We had to leave soon thereafter but were given key cards prior to our departure which we tested and found to work. We returned at 9 PM with another hot meal, however, the key cards no longer worked. We had to make 6 trips from the room down to the front desk before the clerk determined that the maintenance man would have to be called to let us in (bad door lock battery --"we had the same problem with this room lock a few days ago," we were told). In the meantime, our second hot meal of the day went cold and was ruined. Our belongings and my desperately needed medication for diabetes was locked in room 303, out of reach. We were given room 305 as a replacement after making the 7th trip of the evening downstairs, however, I was busy trying to find a hospital to go to for my medication, so we didn't immediately see how dirty room 305 was. Room 305 had dark, greasy stains on chair arms and seat, mold and dirt in the shower and around the corners of the floor. It also had multiple hairs of previous guests on the shower and bathroom walls. A brown substance was smeared on the hair dryer bag in the bathroom, and a very questionable white substance was dried and smeared on sofa

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The pillows were terrible. But overall it was a good stay. I would probably stay there again.

Not sure of the age of this hotel, but it was very nice, our view from our window unto a lovely golf course was great, quiet, clean. We will return again if in the area of Lenoir, NC

The only issue was the mattresses were very hard and the pillows were so soft that they did not sustain your head unless you used two or three pillows. But the room was clean and comfortable in size.

I stay at a LOT of Hampton Inns. This was perhaps the nicest. The front desk was extremely helpful and nice. The hotel itself was clean and modern. The fitness room was robust with SEVERAL machines and weights. Breakfast was great; lots of options!

Great stay! Centrally located for us. Room and amenities were perfect!!

It was so loud. I was in the room beside the kitchen and they clanged pots and pans from 4 am until I checked out at lunch time. Beautiful hotel and kind staff but I guess I had bad luck with that room.

This hotel was very clean and a pleasure to stay at. I had a issue with my vehicle and the Maintanence Manager was incredibly helpful! He brought out a few tools for me to fix my issue. He was extremely helpful and let me know to call him if I needed anything else. The entire staff was very welcoming! Excellent experience!

The room did not have a bathtub as requested and when the mistake was reported to staff they were extremely rude and unprofessional.

My stay here was amazing, so much so that I felt it only right to come leave a review, which I never do. From start to finish I was highly impressed with this hotel. It was so clean, quiet, and everything looked new. But the staff is what I enjoyed the most. We were I. Town for a dance competition so we had lots of excited kiddos, sawn at the front desk went out of her way to make us feel welcome at 10 pm when we sat down for a very late dinner, offered us plates for our pizza and even insisted on cleaning up after we left. The breakfast crew in the morning was on point! Everything was full, clean, and quick. The breakfast crew all had big smiles, were very patient with the kiddos, and even stopped to ask our girls how they did at their competition the night before. I really loved this stay and would go out of my way to stay here again. Bonus, I love the 3 o clock check in and 12pm check out, those extra two hours not offered by many other hotels made a big difference for us when we needed to get ready for our competition.

Place seems to be understaffed so had trouble servicing the rooms sufficiently.

Hampton Inn was an excellent place for my family and I to stay the weekend. Rooms were clean, lobby was welcoming, the breakfast was fresh, and the customer service was excellent! I would recommend this hotel for anyone to visit!

One of the best stays I’ve had at a hotel in awhile. Super friendly staff and very clean.

Check in was on 7/26 and we arrived around 2:50 pm. We reserved the room for 2 nights (7/26, 7/27, check out 7/28). The clerk checked us in, gave us our room keys, and we went up to our room. We chose the Hampton Inn because they are pet friendly. 7/27 we did some sight-seeing around Lenoir and then left later to see the concert that we were in town for. When we arrived back at the room later that night at approx.12 midnight and our room keys would not work to gain access to our room. Outside the door we could here the phone ringing continuously without ceasing. I waited at the door while my husband went down to the lobby to find out what was going on. I could only imagine my seizure prone dog being tormented inside while that phone rang, over and over again. After about a 1/2 hour, my husband returned with a manager who let us in, telling me that she had entered the room earlier. Apparently the mgr on duty when we checked in had not checked us in properly and they said we were not even supposed to be there. They were in the process of giving our room to another couple. I said little, although I was livid at the fact that they had entered the room after checking us in, seeing our belongings in the room, and rather than calling our number on the reservation, they incessantly called the room phone after knowing there was a dog in the room (she had visibly seen the dog when entering). We accepted the apology and they took 1 night stay charge from the bill, but then charged us.

The location was decent for what we planned to do. If you want to go to Sugar Mountain, its an hour drive, FYI. The room was clean and spacious. However, housekeeping definitely did not do their best. The body was container was empty, and when asked to get new towels, the front desk receptionist tells us that housekeeping will be there starting at 12pm to cleam everything and replace towels. I waited 4 hours for our room to be cleaned, and they never replaced the body wash container, didnt remake the pull out couch and just left the sheets for me to make the bed and disnt leace a comforter. We stayed 3 nights and only needed one day of service and they couldn't even thoroughly clean our room without me complaining twice that our room was yet to be cleaned.

Me gusto mucho este hotel, es un hotel nuevo y la decoración es moderna!! Muy limpio y ordenado. El desayuno bien completo, todo excelente. Tiene buena ubicación esta relativamente de Blowing rock a 25min, al frente de Aldi y varios restaurantes. Lo recomiendo 👍 La unica observación que daria del personal ,que fueran un poco mas simpatica!!! Creo q es cultural, son muy serios

Whenever we are in Lenoir, NC, we stay here. The staff is awesome, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The eggs and sausage leave a lot to be desired. They should go back to bacon and scrambled eggs. Lenoir is a small town, so everything is close by. It is a little difficult turning left out of the parking lot to get to everything, but there are back roads to get where you want to go if you know your way around.

Not sure of the age of this hotel, but it was very nice, our view from our window unto a lovely golf course was great, quiet, clean. We will return again if in the area of Lenoir, NC

I was a little disappointed about this stay. I had reserved a 2 bed room. When I checked in I was asked to switch to a king room to help out with the fact the property over sold issues. I agreed and then when I got the sheets on the pullout were super dirty. We went to breakfast and a lot of food was not restocked. When I got home I saw on my credit card statement I was overcharged by like $149. It took me 3 phones and over. Hour to get it back.

5 stars all around. Extremely welcoming staff, and yummy breakfast service (fried chicken, biscuits gravy, cheese omelet, yogurt, cereal, waffles) with 24hrs coffee. The pool is indoors but with access to an outdoor patio to dry off (thank you whoever designed this). The room was comfortable and very clean. The value we got for our stay would lead me to recommend this location any day.
