The front desk personnel were so friendly. They were great answering questions that we had. Pool is on the smaller size. There were some stains on some of the furniture. The faucet was also coming away from the wall in the shower.

The room was amazing. The two negatives for me were: 1. the pillows were so soft I felt like I was being suffocated. There should be an option for different pillows. 2. They only had one bike in the gym compared to three treadmills, and of course, the one bike was broken.

The hotel was clean but our room smelled horrible. Could not decide it if was mold or sewer. No body wash in the shower Front desk was helpful in getting into a room ASAP for a wedding. We did not use the free breakfast.

Very happy with our stay. It was a stop over on our trip from Santa Fe to The Black Hills. Easy access to I25. Multiple dining options near by. Immaculately clean lobby and room. Very comfortable king size bed. Nice breakfast. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Nice bed and pillows, quiet and tempurature control was good. We did have to ask to have our duvet changed because it had a couple stains and the bathroom sink did not drain well. The staff was very friendly!

Out of all the Marriot hotels we stayed on this trip this was one of our favorites because it had a table to sit for 4 people and a stove if you need it. What I’m seeing in all of the hotels during this trip is the dirtiness of the floors in the lobby areas and elevator. I’ve been in some hotels where you can see staff mopping every day. Disappointing for a Marriott chain

I didn’t like that I paid for a room and would not get the price matched I requested and got denied by several agents after explaining why I requested it due to a wedding. I got there and the first night the rooms ac did not work and the room was warm the size of the room was reasonable for the price I paid . Saturday morning day of the wedding-event we got moved to another room where it was smaller and pretty much the same ac worked in the morning and evening it stopped.

We really liked the room. Clean, lots of towels, large closet, pullout couch/seating area, desk, extra pillows and blankets, microwave and refrigerator! Beautiful sliding barn door to the bathroom. Very nice

We stayed one night because it was close to a work party location. The room was clean, quit, and comfortable. Their breakfast provided a variety of options and check in/out was seamless. We enjoyed our stay.

I’ve stayed here before and it was about perfect. Actual it was. This time was just as good except the room was a little dingy compared to the other two times I stayed. The tv also had a dark tint to it, the picture did. But I’m sure they would’ve changed it. If I asked him to on this occasion, however, I was too tired and just stayed in the room. Overall, I’m just nitpicking, and it was again a good stay and I will be staying here again.

It’s absolutely ridiculous that you need to have $160 plus the payment for the room on your credit card in order to stay there. I reserved the room on a credit card and paid in cash for the room I was going to but I wasn’t allowed to stay because I didn’t have $160 on my credit card. That’s ridiculous.

I was very disappointed about breakfast, I picked because there was breakfast but it ended at 9 so when we went down to eat they said it was over. I would have stayed closer to event if only id known. Not to happy I won't stay there again.

We just moved here to Colorado and we had our dog with us. The room was spacious and convenient and quiet and beautifully kept! Was conveniently near a lot of restaurants and businesses and not far from our new house. The staff was very helpful and courteous and very engaging. Would stay here again! The breakfast was quite nice and had a variety of choices for every taste! They even had dairy free milk!

Our first room, the key cards didn’t work. Back to the front desk so they moved us. Our second room had no bath fan. Light by bed was out. No clock radio or any clock whatsoever. The trim was missing from around the bath vanity and the fan was super dirty. The first day every single trash can was over full. They offered for us to move to a new room? But seriously? Fix this! Y’all should be embarrassed.

The room was clean, minus the red stain on the floor. It was a very nice room and made for a good stay. Staff was very friendly. I’d definitely stay there again.

Nice room. Staff responded quickly to a plumbing problem and it was resolved. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay in the Ft. Collins area with walkable variety of restaurants.
