Beautiful property! Nice rooms! Swimming pools@4!! People there are amazing nice, helpful.

Très bel endroit, grande piscine, bon choix de restaurants. C’est l’fun l’idée de plusieurs petites habitation au lieu de chambres seulement. Nous avons apprécié la qualité de la nourriture du restaurant portugais de la place. Par contre service un peu lent, on avait l’impression d’être oublié alors qu’on était à côté des cuisines. Idéal pour ceux qui restent plusieurs jours. Dans notre cas nous étions que de passage. Donc on a pas su profiter amplement des services offerts. Nous recommandons pour un séjour de 3 joufs et plus!

Great place for a relaxing break. There are good facilities available, 4 pools, 2 good restaurants and a convince store. The accommodation is very spacious and well kept. Its about 25 mins walk from the town centre, along a well lite pathway.

This is in my opinion what I would call a resort . 4 swimming , Resturant at every pool. Beautiful views of resort and pool. Nice people, great room , bath tub, hot hot water 😀

Accommodatie was prima. Alleen de bedden zijn erg hard. De kinderen hebben zich prima vermaakt in het zwembad en speeltuintje.

This is a large property with 2 restaurants. It is dated but comfortable.

Lovely place to stay. 2nd time. Just need to change the towels more often. Only changed once. Small issue. Lovely pools and cash azul restaurant is great and not overpriced.

Perfect place for family three nights away with teenagers.We spent most of the days at the pool by the Casa Azul, lovely breeze, never busy, and handy snack bar for drinks and food right there. Its a little hilly so prob not the best for anyone with mobility issues. Ate breakfast both mornings at the Alfarroba restaurant. (Tip: ordering off the a la carte menu is better value than the buffet but that nay have been because we got the buffet one day as it seemed to be finishing up). Mini market on the site stocks anything you need. Kids played mini golf one evening. The resort is not really walking distance to anything in the heat…maybe had it been cooler and we were there longer, we would have attempted to walk to old town. Ubers were about 6-8 euro into the old town or the strip and were easy enough to get- no waiting. We booked a three bed apartment that was in great condition but had slight sign of wear and tear, mainly with the light in the bathroom not staying on and one plug socket that had come away from the wall. Apartment had everything you could possibly need (washer, ironing board, good kitchen with dishwasher). Bathrooms seemed pretty new and shower had great water pressure. It was advertised as having one bathroom but when we got there, there were two which was a pleasant surprise with 5 people! Tip 2: We ordered groceries and food via Uber eats since it was late when we got there. Overall I was delighted with our time here and the facilities- perfect for us!

We recently stayed in a 3-bedroom villa with a private pool. The villa itself was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our group. While the furniture was a little outdated and could use some refreshing, it didn’t take away from our enjoyment. The real highlight was having our own private pool.

Complexe appréciable avec beaucoup d’espaces verts et un un concept qui ressemble à un village blanc. Arrivés avant l’heure du Check in, nous avons pu accéder aux différentes piscines. A 5 min en voiture de la belle et très animée ville d’Albufeira.

Erg gedateerd en niet schoon. Bedden leken niet verschoond en ook de badkamer was niet geheel schoon, schimmel tussen de voegen. Lekkage waardoor het bed in de slaapkamer doorweekt was. Kregen een geüpgraded kamer, dit ging zonder problemen. Kamer was inderdaad iets beter, en schoner, maar ook hier schimmel op de muren. Prima parkeer gelegenheid, fijne zwembaden en goede centrale ligging.

we were in a 3 bedrooms unit, very clean and spacious with kitchen made it easier to make coffee/tea and breakfast.

The property itself (Villa Oleander) was fit for purpose, lovely size, great pool and hot tub BUT it wasn't clean. There are no glasses for wine/beer. No plastic glasses for outside to use by the pool. Only mugs and tiny slim glasses. All the dishes were dirty and there is a bad ant problem. They were crawling out of the kitchen drawers, the dishwasher and all over the work surface. It really wasn't clean at all. Ee arrived after the supermarket closed so couldnt even buy any washing up stuff and reception staff didnt care saying it wasn't their problem. We found the staff on site to be miserable and reluctant to help. After 3 complaints about the ants we were given a can of ant spray! Food at 2 of the restaurants on site (snack bar and one by reception) was great and staff were lovely. Walking (flat) into the old town took about 25 minutes and its away from main road. Taxis are cheap too. We had a great time as we made the most of it but disappointed as it could have been better if more effort had been made. It's not a cheap villa so avoid and spend your money elsewhere!

This property needs to be knocked down - its disgusting. I didn't receive any keys until 5 pm - the keys were old and grubby just like the room. - Dirty Floors - Door didn't open properly - Bed was unthinkible spings from the 60's - Knocking the door at 9.30 am to get out

A equipa da rececão foi exelente, nos deixou entrar um pouco antes pois estavamos com alimentos de geladeira no carro. O apto tinha bom espaço, estava limpo e cheiroso. Só poderiam melhorar o fogão que era muito antigo e alguns itens de decoração também, no mais tem muito potencial o lugar. Gostamos muito e voltariamos.

The apartment is located directly alongside a dual carriageway. The traffic noise was constant throughout the night. I complained and requested a move, however was told that there was nothing available. The only solution was to purchase some ear plugs! I was part of a large family group and the rooms were not consistent. Some being very modern but others quite dated and it’s a lottery which one you are allocated. The complex itself is quite a distance from the town so taxis are needed if you want to leave or explore.

Excellent apartment in great condition and excellent space. Wasn’t expecting all that, could well mistake for my own 2bed flat, just more spacious! The whole gang loved it. Best one yet!

Ótima estadia, porém é difícil se localizar no condomínio e o wi fi não funcionou muito bem!

We suffered a huge electric storm the night we stayed and water was driven under the sill of a window, soaking a sofa. That apart, accommodation was excellent. However, the complex is adjacent to a busy road and traffic noise was an issue for us. Also well outside of Albufeira. Not a problem in January when plenty of parking was available, but in height of summer would be problematic.

The room was spacious and nice, but the floors were not very clean. A few things in the room did not work (heater in living room and the washing machine). It did not affect our stay too much. The resort itself had many activities to do and definitely worth the money. Service was prompt and polite. Major complaint was the wifi was terrible which we were told was because we had iPhones…

Excelente hotel com quartos amplos

The basic room really outdated but clean . The whole area is gorgeous for holiday . Near to Albufeira old town . No WIFI at your room . Only reception and pool area got free WiFi. This really annoyed.

We recently stayed in a 3-bedroom villa with a private pool. The villa itself was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our group. We stayed here about 10 years ago and the place was immaculate. This time I felt that the apartments were a bit tired looking and in general the resort could do with a clean up. The apartment had everything you needed and was comfortable enough. We had a. Issue with the door not working in afternoons which appeared to be due to the heat which was never resolved. Casa Azul and Pool Bar food was good.

We were only staying for one night, and the clothes dryer was not working. After letting the front desk know they moved us to another unit where the dryer was good but one of the rooms had no working heat and flickering light in one of the bathrooms. Moving rooms with two kids at 10pm at night is not ideal much less to have to do it twice!

Non flexible reception staff and giving wrong things. They did not have internet first and ask to come to lobby! Then we found from nighbour that there is Wasting our time for following our important issues at work and back home

We were so excited to start our trip at Albufiera, the initial receptionist was nice and accommodating, he even let us check in early. Once we got to the room, we knew we were going to be using the sofa bed so we opened it to check it out. When we finally figured out how to get it open; we were greeted with a cockroach running around the entire bed. We finally were able to kill it and tried calling the reception desk and no one answered. So we walked down to the reception center, this place is huge with hardly any signs to show you where to go. And when we finally got there to complain at the reception desk, the younger female receptionist was so rude and stand offish. She asked if anyone was currently in the room and we told her no. We asked if we could get a ride back to pick up our things and she told us no one was available. It was such a long back to our room and when we finally got to the room to get our things, we ran into the maintenance staff leaving our room and as they walked back to their car we literally heard them mocking and making fun of us for being “scared” about cockroaches. Horrible experience.

We were upgraded to an excellent suite - fully modernised, very well-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer,washing machine, dishwasher). Staff very helpful - we arrived early but they arranged for us to get our room at 1pm. Great value.

Foi otima! Unico ponto ruim é o check in ser as 17h e checkout as 10h. Mesmo assim conseguimos entrar as 15h e pedimos pra sair as 11h. A cozinha é completa.

Lovely place perfect for a weeks holiday it has everything you need! Good location to go to old town/new town and close in a short taxi ride

En términos generales tiene una buena relación calidad/precio. No está cerca al centro o las playas. Debes usar el coche para movilizarte por Albufeira, o incluso dependiendo de la ubicación del apartamento que te den, tendrás que usar el coche dentro del Resort.

Lovely place But a lot of walking up steep hills And stairs

Groot appartement, wat sober, leeg van in richting. Wel alles aanwezig. Uitzicht op zwembad, helaas leeg gezien tijd van het jaar. Andere zwembaden wel beschikbaar. Auto noodzakelijk gezien afstanden en hoogte verschil in het park en voor de bereikbaarheid van Albufeira en het strand.

El recepcionista de los pendientes fue un poco impertinente conmigo, sin embargo que de la mañana siguiente fue un encanto….. en el baño había hormigas constantemente, era un goteo continuo, matabas una y aparecía otra. Por lo demás un sitio muy completo, con piscinas, restaurantes y sitios de entretenimiento como minigolf. En general me gusto el sitio.

Great place for a girls weekend to catch up with friends. Spacious accommodation with a fab balcony Just a few things to note. Accommodation units are all individual so you don’t know quite what you will get. Units can be difficult to find as it’s a very large complex. Signage and lighting trying to navigate in the dark is difficult especially as check in not until after 5pm. Holiday was at the end of the season and knowing the apartments were quite a walk from the main town we were disappointed that the restaurants were closed. It would have been good to have been notified about this as we needed to go out of the complex for food. Pool areas were lovely and big shout out to the lovely young lady working the bar and snack bar on here own.

Endroit très chouette bon restaurant dans le club et la villa est juste parfaite

We had a great relaxing time. The one recommended is to put the restaurant open and closing timea more visible for people to see. Reception needs to advise guestsnwhen they arrive.
