The hotel itself was pretty, and the buffet was surprisingly excellent. There’s a putt putt course there, but they don’t even turn the lights on at night. So don’t plan on using it after the sunsets. The Mexican restaurant that you have to have a reservation for isn’t really worth the time or effort. The main buffet is beautiful and has tons of options. Very family friendly. We stayed in one of the Casitas, they packed so much furniture in there you can barely move around it. Overall, it was a decent stay.

This resort blew me out of the water! What a beautiful place to stay, I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, thank you for the nice stay! I definitely would come back and stay longer next time. The resort has everything you want and the maintenance of the property is well kept. So clean!!! Our check in was also very amazing, we got upgraded to a bigger and nicer room for free! Thank you to all the staff who made our stay the best!
This resort blew me out of the water! What a beautiful place to stay, I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, thank you for the nice stay! Great hotel. The staff are so attentive & welcoming. The food is varied and good quality. Lots of drinks options. The rooms are spacious and bright. Entertainment was great. A few negatives.. the shower handle was broken. You had to go to reception to get a new towel which you need a shuttle for and not available until 10am. Sometimes a long wait for the shuttle. Also had to pay deposit for towel which seems unnecessary. Overall had a great experience, would definitely recommend.

Tolles Hotel mit erstklassigem Programm für Kinder. Fast jeden morgen gab es Kinderschminken am Frühstücksbuffet und immer viel Programm am Pool. Sehr weitläufige Anlage mit super Badebucht! Transfers zwischen Zimmer, Strand und Rezeption gab es durch regelmäßige Golfkart-Busse. Das Essen und die Cocktails waren super. Insgesamt war es ein perfekter Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder!

Die Anlage und Zimmer sehr sauber. Sehr viele Eltern mit Kleinkinder. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das essen ist sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Anlage ist groß, vom Poolbar oder Strandbar braucht man weile berghoch zu laufen, es gibt kleine ShuttleBusse, die die Gäste zur Rezeption und Hauptrestaurant bringen, allerdings fahren sie wann sie wollen und ziemlich wild, in allen sinnen des Wortes.
