Loved staying here, great bed and breakfast! Anne was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple and good, took some leftovers to-go for road snacks. Would stay here again!

Our host Andy was so kind and gracious. Loved chatting with him. His garden and yard are beautiful. Room and bathroom was comfy and very clean. Enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. Warm croissants. Yum! Would definitely come back.

Adequate for a two night stay. Pleasant and helpful host. Big room, but ensuite bathroom was very small. No cooked breakfast, which was not a bad thing, however the portion sizes for continental breakfast were small. Not walkable into the centre of Inverness, a car is needed.

What a wonderful place to stay in Inverness. It was a nice break in staying in hotel rooms and having a living room, a bedroom and a full bathroom. The windows were amazing for air and to see the stars. So much space and absolutely loved the Heiland Coos artwork on the walls and pillows! Wish we could have stayed longer. We will have to come back!
