Ms Annie checked us in and she was amazing! So friendly and gave us a lot of great tips and information. The pool cushions were never put on and we had to ask for them and the staff didn’t seem happy about that, room was nice, would stay again!

We loved the Hotel and staff were amazing. Pool is wonderful but the boards around the pool are all cracked and damaged and very hot to walk bare feet on. They definitely need to upgrade same. Otherwise a fabulous Hotel and absolutely beautiful staff.

很可愛的精品飯店，員工都非常親切且樂意幫忙，這次和家人一起訂了兩間房，family room（四人房）和studio suite，不同的房型在不同樓層，分別在三四樓四人房的床是標準雙人床，且空間稍微小一點，但家人是三個人入住，所以也還Ok，行李箱都可以打開。雙人的suite當然是空間非常足夠，床和枕頭都很符合我們的喜好很舒服。早餐選擇雖然不像大飯店多樣，但該有的都有味道都很不錯，泳池夠大，還有小小孩也可以開心玩水的70公分池，池畔也可以隨時點到現作的餐點飲料，椰子咖啡蠻好喝的，較一般越南咖啡廳買的不甜，也有供住客免費租借的腳踏車（後座有附孩童座椅👍），離會安古城大概五分鐘車程，飯店對面還剛好是個小公園，有一些溜滑梯、盪鞦韆等設施，雖然有些陳舊也有故障的，但大部分都還堪玩，有空地讓孩子跑來跑去玩玩溜滑梯也滿不錯的。要說缺點的話就是浴室蓮蓬頭水壓稍小，花灑的位置在花灑的後面，所以如果水太熱必須先穿過花灑才能調整，也就是熱水很容易灑在身上😅除此之外，整體來說都滿不錯的。

Anio Boutique is a very nice hotel with excellent staff, very nice rooms, a great breakfast, very nice pool and spa facilities. It is a 15 minute walk from there to old town so that is a bit inconvenient, that and the bicycles could use some servicing. Otherwise, a fantastic place and I am glad I stayed there.

호텔 주변은 로컬 분위기 올드타운 보다 조용해서 편히 쉬었습니다 호텔 셔틀 타고 조금만 나가면 올드타운 있습니다 호텔이 깨끗하고 시설 잘 되어 있고 직원들 모두 친절합니다 조식도 괜찮고 수영장 옆 야외 테이블에서도 식사가 가능해서 좋았습니다

A cosy hotel with nice staff. The service was non intrusive but they were always there when you needed them. The room was clean and spacious. There were a couple of pools, a spa and a small restaurant which was separate from the breakfast room. The breakfast was varied and the fresh pastries are a must. Easy access into the main area by a 10 minute cab ride.

Friendly staff here and great service. The hotel staffs Silvia,Flora and Lucky really help a lot when we stay here. They also got a free shuttle to beach and old town area.

I was very happy with this hotel and would highly recommend it! The breakfast buffet was healthy and had a good variety. Staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel itself is aging but it is very well kept. The rooms, beds, linen were very clean and crisp. Room service cleaned everyday during our 4 day stay. The bathrooms are slightly dated but were super clean. The pool area is great to hang out at and well maintained.

閑静な公園に面した素敵なホテルでした。清潔で可愛らしく、広々としたお部屋で快適でしたし、何よりスタッフの皆さんのホスピタリティの高さが光っていました。 滞在期間に台風が直撃してしまったため、予定より1日早く滞在を切り上げなければならなかったのが残念でした。Expediaを介しての予約だったので、1日短くなった滞在分の返金はシステム上難しいということで、代わりに60分のスパマッサージをプレゼントしていただきました。 当方都合の予定変更にも関わらず、素敵な心遣いに感激しました。こちらのような誠実で優しいホテルに泊まることができて、本当に良かったです。 またホイアンを訪れる際には、是非お世話になりたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

The hotel is spotless, the beds incredibly comfortable, and the pool—perfectly chilled, offered the ideal escape from the heat of Vietnam. Breakfast was a daily highlight: fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety to suit every taste. The location strikes a great balance—peacefully tucked away from the hustle of Hoi An’s centre, yet still within easy walking distance to the heart of town. But what truly sets Anio apart is the people. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable. From the moment we arrived to the moment they waved us off in our taxi, we felt completely cared for. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They went over and beyond to help us. Unfortunately the room was just a bit tired and outdated. There was mould around the shower. I notified housekeeping and they tried to clean it but couldn’t get it all off.

Staff were amazing at this property. Very helpful, friendly and eager to ensure you were taken care of. From check in we had a thorough introduction to the local area and recommendations for places to visit. Very useful was a transfer service to the main town area which is otherwise a 20 minute walk or a roughly 50k VND taxi. Sadly a few things about the property we didn’t like. Firstly it didn’t appear well sound insulated. You could hear the maid trolleys in the corridor. And secondly, the shower setup was not ideal. The shower was a rain head above the bath in its own cubicle. However with steps up to the bath and nothings to stop the water from splashing onto the steps you had to be very careful getting in and out. If you’re slightly infirm I would take a look at the room pictures and make an informed choice. However the rest of the amenities in the room were very good. Particularly the air conditioning which was excellent and when used with the ceiling fan it kept the room nicely cool. Overall I would recommend this hotel and consider staying again.

Particularly the air conditioning which was excellent and when used with the ceiling fan it kept the room nicely cool. Overall I would recommend this hotel and consider staying again.

很可愛的精品飯店，員工都非常親切且樂意幫忙，這次和家人一起訂了兩間房，family room（四人房）和studio suite，不同的房型在不同樓層，分別在三四樓四人房的床是標準雙人床，且空間稍微小一點，但家人是三個人入住，所以也還Ok，行李箱都可以打開。雙人的suite當然是空間非常足夠，床和枕頭都很符合我們的喜好很舒服。早餐選擇雖然不像大飯店多樣，但該有的都有味道都很不錯，泳池夠大，還有小小孩也可以開心玩水的70公分池，池畔也可以隨時點到現作的餐點飲料，椰子咖啡蠻好喝的，較一般越南咖啡廳買的不甜，也有供住客免費租借的腳踏車（後座有附孩童座椅👍），離會安古城大概五分鐘車程，飯店對面還剛好是個小公園，有一些溜滑梯、盪鞦韆等設施，雖然有些陳舊也有故障的，但大部分都還堪玩，有空地讓孩子跑來跑去玩玩溜滑梯也滿不錯的。要說缺點的話就是浴室蓮蓬頭水壓稍小，花灑的位置在花灑的後面，所以如果水太熱必須先穿過花灑才能調整，也就是熱水很容易灑在身上😅除此之外，整體來說都滿不錯的。

We chose Anio because we were sold on the stock pictures online however we were disappointed at arrival to find the property and room darker and more rundown in reality. The room was comfortable and furnished with all essential amenities. The service was good overall with friendly and attentive staff. The pool was nice and adequate while the included breakfast buffet was tasty had a good variety. Considering this was a more expensive option in comparison to other similar accommodations in Hoi An, we would likely opt for a cheaper alternative that's closer to Ancient Town on our next visit.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They went over and beyond to help us. Unfortunately the room was just a bit tired and outdated. There was mould around the shower. I notified housekeeping and they tried to clean it but couldn’t get it all off.

I was very happy with this hotel and would highly recommend it! The breakfast buffet was healthy and had a good variety. Staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel itself is aging but it is very well kept. The rooms, beds, linen were very clean and crisp. Room service cleaned everyday during our 4 day stay. The bathrooms are slightly dated but were super clean. The pool area is great to hang out at and well maintained.

I would absolutely stay at Anio again. The hotel is clean and new. The pool and breakfast are amazing. They have a free shuttle into the old town or to the beach. When we decided to take a grab to the old town instead it was under $2. Because it’s not right in the old town it was nice and quiet. The employees at Anio are all so helpful and kind. Snow, Dolphin, Phoebe were all especially welcoming. They also offer private transport to and from the airport for a very reasonable cost. Would absolutely recommend.

Absolutely amazing stay, the staff and service was beyond fantastic and helpful. They helped organize private tours to Ba Na Hills and marble mountain/lady Buddha for such a great price. Beautiful scenery and the pool was so relaxing. A MUST stay in Hoi An!!! Will absolutely be back ☺️

What a beautiful hotel in Hoi An! Our family loved staying here and would recommend staying again. The staff were so friendly and polite, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The staff here was so polite and informative! They made sure we knew what amenities were available to us and helped connect us to any tours or transportation we needed. The hotel offers free breakfast and free shuttle which was so convenient. Hana and Mr. Dolphin made our stay feel fun and safe!

호텔은 경적소리없이 조용한 곳에 위치해있어요 룸도 너무 예쁘구요 후기에 많이 올라오는 수영장뷰도 예뻐서 테라스에 한참을 앉아 있었어요 창문을 열면 잔잔하게 들리던 부드러운 음악소리까지 참 좋았습니다 조식도 맛있어요~ 3박을 묵는동안 유일한 한국인 가족이었는데 직원분들은 친절하게 저희 가족을 맞이해주셨어요 특히 떠나는 날 그랩탈때까지 저희가족을 챙겨주셨던 남자직원분 너무 감사했어요!! 처음 떠난 호이안 여행을 이곳에서 함께해서 정말 행복했어요

A quiet and calm space created with carefully curated thoughtful design touches throughtout.We loved our stay at the Anio and only wish we could have been here longer. The pool area was a highlight and provided a great way to relax. The staff were super helpful and always on hand with recomendations for the local area. The hotel is located a few minutes from the center of Hoi An and very convenient to get to and from.

호텔 주변은 로컬 분위기 올드타운 보다 조용해서 편히 쉬었습니다 호텔 셔틀 타고 조금만 나가면 올드타운 있습니다 호텔이 깨끗하고 시설 잘 되어 있고 직원들 모두 친절합니다 조식도 괜찮고 수영장 옆 야외 테이블에서도 식사가 가능해서 좋았습니다

A cosy hotel with nice staff. The service was non intrusive but they were always there when you needed them. The room was clean and spacious. There were a couple of pools, a spa and a small restaurant which was separate from the breakfast room. The breakfast was varied and the fresh pastries are a must. Easy access into the main area by a 10 minute cab ride.

Cute boutique hotel that was great value for the money. Conveniently located between the old town and the beach for us to go running on the rice fields early in the morning. And then we used the hotel shuttle or a Grab to get where we wanted during the day.

Hotel bien situé dans HoiAn. Le parfait compromis entre proximité du centre ville et calme. Le buffet petit déjeuner inclus est extraordinaire !!!

A Truly Memorable Stay at Anio Hoi An Our stay at Anio was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is spotless, the beds incredibly comfortable, and the pool—perfectly chilled, offered the ideal escape from the heat of Vietnam. Breakfast was a daily highlight: fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety to suit every taste. The location strikes a great balance—peacefully tucked away from the hustle of Hoi An’s centre, yet still within easy walking distance to the heart of town. But what truly sets Anio apart is the people. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable. From the moment we arrived to the moment they waved us off in our taxi, we felt completely cared for. Special thanks to Flora, Ms Hue, Ms Van, Mr Dolphin, and Mr Ken—you turned a great stay into a special memory. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Anio, and next time, I’ll be staying even longer.

We stayed four nights in five days here. Absolutely five stars in all areas. ~ spotlessly clean ~great breakfast! ~ great restaurant food at a good price. ~ great location. We look forward to going back and staying at the Anio again….

I was very happy with this hotel and would highly recommend it! The breakfast buffet was healthy and had a good variety. Staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel itself is aging but it is very well kept. The rooms, beds, linen were very clean and crisp. Room service cleaned everyday during our 4 day stay. The bathrooms are slightly dated but were super clean. The pool area is great to hang out at and well maintained.

We had a wonderful stay at Anio Boutique Hotel Hoi An and would happily stay here again. The hotel is very well maintained, and looks exactly like the photos. The atmosphere is peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The location is excellent – just a short ride from Hoi An Ancient Town, yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet away from the busy streets. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of both Vietnamese and Western options. The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the hotel’s spa and had a very relaxing experience. The complimentary bicycles were a great bonus, allowing us to explore the nearby rice fields and cycle to a coffee workshop. Overall, Anio Boutique Hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Hoi An. Great service, nice surroundings, and a perfect balance between convenience and tranquility.

Clean, spacious room and washroom. Felt very comfortable. Breakfast was good, they had bacon so I’m happy.Felt it was a little bit out of the way, did not feel there were many shops around but then again I’m not very familiar with the area and they did have bicycles and there’s always grab to cycle down to old town. They also had shuttles from hotel to old town and to the beach.
