I stayed for 10 days. Room Food Service was severely lacking for a hotel that highly advertises their restaurant. The app for food ordering is riddled with issues (making multiple orders "Fail to submit" due to a litany of ALLERGY menus which you have to answer multiple times... and calling downstairs greets you with a grumpy front desk worker who does not want to "walk across" to place the order (if the app worked properly this wouldn't be needed) Ultimately, makes a premium hotel like this more of a "fine" hotel as opposed to "great" Won't be staying again.

Great location, clean and spacious room. Great bar, restaurant, coffee shop + Milk Bar on site. Towels were threadbare, room was next to train tracks…but overall a great experience.
