(Português) Ótimo hotel, quarto limpo e de ótimo tamanho. Wi-Fi funcionou perfeitamente durante toda a estadia. O ponto bastante negativo ficou por conta da funcionária encarregada de arrumar o ambiente para o café da manhã. Por dois dias consecutivos - 6 e 7 de junho -, o horário não foi respeitado, com atraso superior a 20 minutos. Quando começou a trazer os itens , a funcionária o fez de forma indolente, um por um, deixando claro pelas atitudes que não queria estar ali trabalhando. Se isso não bastasse, ao me dirigir à recepção para perguntar sobre o café que ainda não estava disponível, a funcionária simplesmente respondeu que já ia ser servido, com uma expressão que quis naturalizar o atraso como se aceitável - e até esperado! - fosse. (English) Great hotel; the room was clean and a good size. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout the entire stay. A major downside, however, was the staff member responsible for setting up the breakfast area. On two consecutive days—June 6 and 7—the scheduled time was not met, with delays exceeding 20 minutes. When she finally began bringing out the items, she did so sluggishly, one by one, making it clear through her attitude that she did not want to be there working. To make matters worse, when I went to the front desk to ask about the breakfast—which still wasn't ready—she simply replied that it was about to be served, wearing an expression that treated the delay as normal—as if it were acceptable, or even expected!

No sábado e no domingo os itens do café da manhã foram disponibilizados com muito atraso (o que acabou inviabilizando o nosso desjejum por que tínhamos horário). Esse atraso absurdo e repetido nos dois dias foi compatível com a impressão passada pela funcionária responsável de que não estava nem um pouco interessada em estar ali trabalhando, trazendo um item de cada vez no carrinho e totalmente desinteressada em prestar um bom serviço ou causar boa impressão. Conduta que distoou dos demais funcionários do hotel. Lamentável! (English) On both Saturday and Sunday, breakfast items were made available with significant delays (which ultimately made it impossible for us to have breakfast, as we were on a schedule). This absurd, recurring delay mirrored the attitude of the staff member in charge, who seemed completely uninterested in being there; she brought items out one by one on the cart and showed no desire to provide good service or make a positive impression. Her behavior stood in stark contrast to that of the other hotel staff. It was truly disappointing!
