The stay here was excellent!! My husband and I came to watch the Barcelona vs Madrid soccer game and they even offered a shuttle service to and from the AT&T Stadium. They also have a laundry room which was great, they even have complimentary tide pods and dryer sheets. Will definitely stay again!

I was Concerned the gym would not provide enough equipment to allow me to get a decent workout. However, when I got in there, they had a full rack of rubber covered Dumbbells with a full range from very light to around 80 pounds.

The staff was excellent. I was a little disappointed that there were no towels in the pool area and that you had to go to the lobby for ice. The hotel is clean and the breakfast offering was nice.It was great to have a seating area with a TV. The extra room was appreciated.

Christina ( I hope I spelled your name correctly) helped fix the reservation after a sudden change in plans! De-stressed a vacation! The front desk staff was friendly and we were checked in quickly. Bed was comfy. Pool wasn’t working otherwise I would I have been in that.

The hotel is in a good location. The staff was very friendly. The room was pretty comfortable, but I noticed some spots that weren't the cleanest. The room was right next door to the elevator, yet I didn't hear it one time during my stay. The breakfast was good. There was a good variety. I would recommend.

Front desk was very welcoming. This hotel is super clean with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Located close to eating places and the Parks mall in Arlington which is a great mall too. Will stay here again when traveling to this area.

It was very clean and smelled clean and fresh. It’s hard to find a hotel in that area at that doesn’t have at least a slight marijuana smell. The staff were pleasant. The breakfast as great too. Will definitely stay again when we’re in that area.

Friendly staff. Not so clean room. I noticed a stain on the carpet & I saw a tiny bug crawling on the bathroom floor. Bedding was minimal. Had to request extra everything. Shower had a crack in the side wall. I believe it's a 2 star so not shocked at all. Room wasn't expensive.

the shower wasn't fully clean; there was a hair in there and thats all you need to icky. and I could tell some of the surfaces were not recently cleaned due to dust settled. and when I was trying to make my breakfast plate, the agent kept cleaning in front of me. I appreciate the maintenance and tidiness but just give me a moment to get out the way and dont follow me to the next station please.

I was given 2 separate rooms after the 1st room was dirty and uncleaned. YIKES!!! So scary to walk into a room with unmade bedding!!!! 2nd Room also unclean with a dirty wash rag hanging over the shower curtain bar. Front desk staff then extremely rude and ordered me off the property when I requested the name of management to confirm the fact I would not be charged for my reservation after deciding to not "risk" a 3rd room! Until further pressure this information was withheld. This happened on a Sunday and I was told I could call back on the main number of the hotel on the following Tuesday! A total failure tor this corporation and franchise owner!

Our room had AC issues and very poor airflow. The room was sticky and uncomfortable due to this. The night shift employee that assisted us was fantastic, though. She was incredibly attentive, and though they were fully booked that night, she went out of her way to find us fans to assist with airflow to help the room be at least a bit more comfortable. Outside of that, room was average. Hotel was clean.

The service was awesome. The room was clean and quiet. The mattress was a bit too hard for my liking. The breakfast was okay, we didn’t even get to eat there as they had ran out of food., bummer. Overall, great stay and will stay there again.

Our first time stay here, we were very happy at this location, very clean and comfortable, tremendous staff very friendly and breakfast was exceptional, nice variety, our room was very comfortable nice bed and sofa and a plus two TV's, quiet and pleasant would definitely stay here again.

The AC in my room was inaccurate the gauge read 65 but the room was nowhere near that. Throughout the night I would get hot and uncomfortable. It's a decent hotel definitely not worth $160 a night tho.

Got to our room and it wreaked of smoke. Front desk was great and got us a new room right away. Second room was cool at best even tho AC was cranked down to 64. Musty smell and humid in the room. Room never got cool

Excellent check in fast and courteous. Room was huge and clean, a/c worked great and the shower was amazing! Room was quiet even though a large amount of youth sports teams were staying at the hotel.

The staff was amazing we are from 3 hours away and come to the area often for doctors appointments my husbands finished way earlier than expected so I called to see if we could check in early and the front desk receptionist was so kind and allowed us too. It was very clean from the moment we walked into the building and up to our room. We will definitely stay here again.

It started as a very nice stay. The check-in process was quick and easy. The online app was easy and it didn’t take me long to have my room and be settled in for the night. My issue starts during the following morning, I woke up at 3:30 in order to have my laundry washed and ready for a tight schedule. I went down to the main lobby to speak with the attendant at the desk to ask about the location of the laundry facility and to buy laundry detergent. No one was at the front desk. I called back in 30 minute intervals to see if I could get someone to answer the phone at the front desk. I went back down to the front concierge desk at 5 AM and left a posted note with my phone number and room number on it and requested that someone call me back. Never happened. Time passed until it was 630 and I finally got someone in the lobby to answer the phone. I asked for the location of the laundromat and was politely given directions. Knowing now that I at least had an attendant at the front desk, I purchase laundry detergent and finished my laundry by 8:30. I was 2 hours late leaving the hotel. Otherwise breakfast was really good and the lobby was clean. The facilities are really nice and it’s not my intention to get anyone fired by submitting this complaint, but I think that they need to do better

Early check-in was a life saver as we’d just gotten off a 13 hour flight from Tokyo having sat next to two crying children the whole flight. Very much needed to get into a clean room and bed quickly which the staff made happen.

The assistant general manager was incredibly welcoming and assisted in our stay at a level I haven’t seen before. As someone who runs a business, I was very impressed at how personable and accommodating he was. 5 stars.

Horrible check in experience. I made a reservation 3/21 at 8 pm. I was coming from an over 8 hour drive. I arrived at the property past 4 am which I understand is a late check in but being that I paid for the entire night, I thought I would be able to get my room. The “gentleman” at the front very rudely laughed at me when told I wanted to check in and very rudely told me I couldn’t check in and I could check in at 3:50 max. I’m not sure if this is a company policy, hotel policy, or his own policy that he made up. Hotels are meant for travelers and people travel at all hours. After traveling for over 8 hours, the last thing I wanted to do was to be rejected and in a rude manner. There’s ways of properly saying things. To top it off, there was maintenance in my room so I was unable to rest prior to my event that brought me to Arlington. I come to the area often and rest assured this will be the last time I stay here. Avoid such an ugly experience and DO NOT stay here.

The staff was incredibly nice. There was an issue at check in (not their fault) and the staff was very accommodating and understanding until I got everything sorted out. I was 1500 miles from home so I really appreciated the patience of the staff-especially Christina! Overall I give the experience an A !

The hotel was good; however, the clerk at the check-in was ver unprofessional! He wouldn’t acknowledge the customers that would come in and every time we went out; he was chatting with someone on the phone. He had them on speaker phone and you could her talking! Definitely the wrong person to be checking people!

Will definitely be staying here again. We had an excellent stay. The staff is incredible. Shout out to Rachel at the front desk. Very helpful and courteous. The hotel is extremely clean and very quiet. Highly recommend!

Front desk was very welcoming. This hotel is super clean with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Located close to eating places and the Parks mall in Arlington which is a great mall too. Will stay here again when traveling to this area.

The area convenient for the hospital. Appeared very clean. Did not Like the ice machine not working on all floors. Was told they are too expensive to fix. Also, some inconsistencies with breakfast. Some days the waffle machine was out , Other they didn’t put it out. I asked why. They didn’t know. One day no jelly to go with toast .

No one up front to greet, hallways smelt bad. Didn’t have an inviting scent anywhere in property. Breakfast texture and taste of all food was rubbery and fake.

The service was awesome. The room was clean and quiet. The mattress was a bit too hard for my liking. The breakfast was okay, we didn’t even get to eat there as they had ran out of food., bummer. Overall, great stay and will stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and recommended an area close by with a lot of restaurants. Breakfast was like most hotels, but the biscuits were great. Also offered cage free eggs and turkey sausage. Very comfortable beds. Great price also!

On every website that accepts some sort of credit card, it says major credit card… As I was checking in to this specific Fairfield, reservation made over a week ago, I was going to scan my card, and the lady informed me they cannot accept or do not accept chime Cash app Venmo. It was exclusively just to their hotel not every Marriott does that only theirs. I travel all the time and I get paid through my card direct deposit and that’s where my money is. I don’t need a bank account. I don’t need anything else because I have my chime card. There was no exception, not even the fact that I was from out of town, nothing! I always use my chime card for everything, including car rental rentals. The chime card will pass as a major credit card! Supposedly the little girl upfront called the manager, and the manager even denied it. I did indeed call upper people, and they need more courtesy to customers because there was not one single sign in that lobby that says they do not accept those cards! Such a big waste of my time!
