Best Western Premier Hotel at Fisher's Landing

Room was clean and nice. Staff were very helpful and polite. Only downside to was that our room ran out of hot water during the first shower of two occupants. Could have been due to full capacity but unknown for sure and it will not hinder our next visit. Will stay here again when visiting Vancouver Washington. Great hotel clean and well maintained.

There was zero hot water around 6 pm, then at 9 pm, then the next morning as well around 7am and 10 am. I have 4 boys and we were at a baseball tournament and the water was cold every shower. I talked to the lady at the desk and her response was, we are really full and that happens when a lot of people take showers at the same time. I said well we took showers at all different times and that made no difference. She said sorry there is nothing we can do, there are just a lot of people staying here right now. We stayed two weekends in a row, carpet had a huge burned iron mark on it first weekend, next the carpet was coming apart in areas. Other than that pool was great and things were clean.
