The staff (Matthew, John and Rhonda) were so nice, friendly and helpful, Mainsail should be very happy to have them helping guests. Literally on the beach with loungers, kayaks and paddleboards available to use with no additional fees. We hope to be able to stay there again, have been coming to AMI for many years and this location is really perfect for couples or families, highly recommended!

Staff of Rhoda and Matt were both pleasant, helpful, hard working and made us feel well taken care of and safe. This was a beautiful unit, first floor, right on the beach with a lovely deck. Nicely decorated and well appointed kitchen. We were there for a family Thanksgiving, we had a wonderful time. We rented a golf cart and the property had a place for charging, we explored the island and had delicious meals out! I would highly recommend and we will be back. Staff was very responsive and accommodating! Spectacular sunsets!!!

Unit 1 has a great layout with plenty of rooms to spread out together and to have privacy. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and the kitchen offered an abundance of space to prep and cook with ease. My family loved the location and assigned parking. There is no traffic to worry about hearing. Just steps away from the beach where chairs were provided. Customer service was excellent. John and Matt were helpful and friendly. We highly recommend Mainsail for a worry free and fun vacation experience.

This condo was an amazing! The place was clean and ready to use. It was steps away from the beach and you have your own parking spot, which is necessary with a restaurant sharing the same parking lot. The staff (Matthew and Rhonda) went above and beyond to service us. I would highly recommend this place and I would stay there again.

Very clean property. Nice amenities such as lounge chairs for the beach, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. It felt more like a hotel than a condo due to the great service from the on site management. The condo itself was modern and comfortable. The parking was the only drawback, and only because there's a busy restaurant next door which made coming and going in the evening an adventure.

We loved the unit and being able to walk right out to the beach. The unit fit our needs and was in a great location on the island. The only thing was there was mold in the bathroom next to the queen bed and we would recommend hand bars in the bathroom for elderly.

Everything Mainsail Says they offer: They do! Wonderful lay-out, clean, fabulous desk staff! ONE thing we would share - the mattresses are super soft - tough for most guests (The King bed was so soft, you roll in the middle.) We made the best and used the couch a few times — but that was it. We are coming back next year. We loved the location, the staff, multiple fun restaurants and places to grab fresh fish. It’s casual but a wonderful neighborhood Thank you!

Extremely clean, all you would ever need or want. The location is in on a quiet street. Literally steps to the beach from your door. Umbrellas and ample lounge chairs provided for the beach. Free for use are several kayaks and stand up paddle boards. Bikes on property available. Pool was lovely, very clean with cozy lounge chairs. Staff of Rhoda and Matt were both pleasant, helpful, hard working and made us feel well taken care of and safe. Our room was beautifully furnished, well laid out, quiet, had any thing we needed. 10 out of 10! Can not wait to return to this gem!

This was a beautiful unit, first floor, right on the beach with a lovely deck. Nicely decorated and well appointed kitchen. We were there for a family Thanksgiving, we had a wonderful time. We rented a golf cart and the property had a place for charging, we explored the island and had delicious meals out! I would highly recommend and we will be back. Staff was very responsive and accommodating! Spectacular sunsets!!!

This condo was an amazing! The place was clean and ready to use. It was steps away from the beach and you have your own parking spot, which is necessary with a restaurant sharing the same parking lot. We enjoyed using the provided lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach. And also enjoyed spending some time at the pool/hot tub. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful beachfront getaway.

Absolutely stunning condo unit. The finishings were beautiful. It has a very costal vibe. The view from unit seven is absolutely breathtaking. The sunsets are an added perk. You’re on the beach in less than 90 seconds. Matthew the manager is outstanding and is willing to help in anyway. We have never left a vacation rental and said that we were certain to book again that exact unit again. That changed with this vacation. The entire condo complex is perfection.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 6 just returned from a 6 night stay at Mainsail Beach Inn. We had a wonderful time at our 3 bedroom oceanfront rental. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had all the necessary supplies needed for us to prepare meals, although many of our meals were spent out in various restaurants on the island. We enjoyed the pool onsite and also the gorgeous beach that was just steps away from the building. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We would love to come back and stay at Mainsail Beach Inn again sometime!!

My husband and I travelled from the Philly area with 3 granddaughters (5,7,9) and our daughter and loved The Mainsail! Sunset views could not be beat and accommodations had a a beautiful beachy vibe. Location was perfect.
