Everything was perfect except for the checkout. The front desk was absentminded that she forgot or ignored our requested limousine service to the airport and made us waited at the lobby for freaking 45 minutes until I finally followed it up. We got to the airport 2 hours before our flight!

Staff said we could check out at 3pm then said 1pm. Then said couldn't check out late back to twelve. Then said ok 3 pm was fine. Then came knocking on the door at 1230. Found ants in bed bi me several times and swimming pool was dirty so kids couldn't swim. I guess you get what you pay for.

Caught a good deal! Cannot complain too loudly! Lunch could have been better. Not because of the food but because of the FLIES!!! Aggressive, attacking, and waaay too many, to allow us to eat in peace. Plus flies are nasty!😐 We had the double bedroom with balcony. The rooms, although older, were quite spacious and had some modern equipment (TVs) but for the most part a bit dated. We were disappointed that the live band did not play as was scheduled on Friday... so, no live music or band. Again, for the price, room size, and quick overnighter, we cannot complain too much. but for review purposes, the place could use some upgrades

Staff is friendly and The outside and lobby were beautiful but the actual room was just ok. The videos and photos of the room were definitely different. This was definitely our least favorite hotel in all of the 5 we booked in Manila but it was convenient to where we needed to go. The wifi for the CC machine was not working properly and could not process the CC’s I brought from US and had to put pesos down to hold deposit for room even if booked through Expedia with CC. All of the hotel is non smoking but When we got to 1 of the 4 rooms the 1 actual room smelled of smoke. But staff quickly gave us another room so they were very accommodating. The spa is not a spa but “massage” I wanted to jet out of there as soon as we opened door. Some positives newer hotel not with casino, convenience of location to driving northern Manila, free breakfast, newer hotel, friendly staff.

We stayed at a deluxe room with two doubles. Very spacious and clean. The bathroom was also big and enough space for two people. The toilet had a bidet which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was decent but not a lot of options for vegetarians.

We didn’t end up staying at this hotel. Here’s why: Upon arrival, there was no room immediately available, and we experienced a short wait while one was prepared. Although this was not a major concern, we encountered additional issues shortly thereafter. The rooms were spacious and generally clean. The bathroom floors and very slippery esp. when wet. The floor tiles need to be scrubbed, slimy feel is present when wet. I like to place except for the bath room floors. Staff were kind and courteous as well. Nice quiet place near cafes and restaurants.

Location is good. Room is very spacious. Cleanliness needs a lot of improvement -- we had the floor cleaned when we arrived because if felt sticky. After being mopped, floor became sticky again when it dried up. Chairs have stains. The desk has sticky stains too. Refrigerator is not clean. The bathroom has only one drain, which is in the shower. The shower is not fully enclosed and there's also no shower curtain -- so the bathroom / toilet area stays wet unless it is mopped or water is pushed to the shower area. We stayed for 3 nights. We noticed that dirty plates from room service are not collected promptly (like dishes have been in the hallway for more than 24 hours). Housekeeping staff are nice, but some staff in the reception are unfriendly. There were loud young guests during our stay who loitered in the hallways and fire exit. Staff dealt with them only after complaining a few times.

The hotel was better than i expected. Having 2 family rooms to accommodate the family doing the storm was a great experience. Good vibes, safety and security at the entrance was excellent. The rooms are a little outdated but its well worth the stay and price. I will be booking here again. Excellent view as well. Great attitude from the entire staff. One of my favorite location in Pampanga.

The room was okay, but the shower had an unpleasant smell, the sink was clogged, and the door wasn’t soundproof, so you could clearly hear the noise from outside. On my second night, I couldn’t sleep because the guests in the room next to mine were having a party, which shouldn’t be allowed in a hotel room—especially when the rooms aren’t soundproof. There are other guests in the hotel, not just them. When I called the front desk, they said they would tell them to quiet down, but nothing changed. They were still shouting, the TV was loud, and it even sounded like they were throwing things. It’s not a good place to rest, especially if you want some peace and quiet to think. Sorry to say, but this is my honest review and experience at this hotel. For me, if you’re looking for a place to relax, this is a no.

Everything was perfect except for the checkout. The front desk was absentminded that she forgot or ignored our requested limousine service to the airport and made us waited at the lobby for freaking 45 minutes until I finally followed it up. We got to the airport 2 hours before our flight!

The hotel was better than i expected. Having 2 family rooms to accommodate the family doing the storm was a great experience. Good vibes, safety and security at the entrance was excellent. The rooms are a little outdated but its well worth the stay and price. I will be booking here again. Excellent view as well. Great attitude from the entire staff. One of my favorite location in Pampanga.

The room was okay, but the shower had an unpleasant smell, the sink was clogged, and the door wasn’t soundproof, so you could clearly hear the noise from outside. On my second night, I couldn’t sleep because the guests in the room next to mine were having a party, which shouldn’t be allowed in a hotel room—especially when the rooms aren’t soundproof. There are other guests in the hotel, not just them. When I called the front desk, they said they would tell them to quiet down, but nothing changed. Hevea Hotel did not receive the notification from hotels.com (or neglected to check it). Upon arrival, they didn't know I was going to check in, there was no room ready and it took 40 minutes for them to scramble and get a room ready. I had to reach out to hotels.com support for them to give the hotel a call so they honor my stay. This property had the best breakfast service I have received while on my trip. I did not stay long enough to rate the room makeup service. The rooms are huge. I love that as a big guy. The lobby was impeccably clean and tidy. There were many people on duty to take care of anything you requested. Checking in and checking out went phenomenally well. Great place to stay with a family. Secluded from the main strip but close enough to get around the city. It got warm overnight because our AC might’ve needed a bit of maintenance but we stayed for a night so there was no point in complaining. Overall, a great place to stay and breakfast was delicious!

This was definitely our least favorite hotel in all of the 5 we booked in Manila but it was convenient to where we needed to go. All of the hotel is non smoking but When we got to 1 of the 4 rooms the 1 actual room smelled of smoke. But staff quickly gave us another room so they were very accommodating. The spa is not a spa but “massage” I wanted to jet out of there as soon as we opened door. Some positives newer hotel not with casino, convenience of location to driving northern Manila, free breakfast, newer hotel, friendly staff.

The hotel staff were very prompt and efficient in addressing my concerns. I would have given the hotel a five star if not for the restaurant. Many of the items in the menu were no longer available so we had to choose from very limited options: burgers and nachos. The burgers were served cold and the bread tasted old and stale. It also took quite some time for our order to be served. Having said this, I will still book at this hotel the next time I am around that part of the Philippines. I would just stay out of their restaurant.

Caught a good deal! Cannot complain too loudly! Lunch could have been better. Not because of the food but because of the FLIES!!! Aggressive, attacking, and waaay too many, to allow us to eat in peace. Plus flies are nasty!😐 We had the double bedroom with balcony. The rooms, although older, were quite spacious and had some modern equipment (TVs) but for the most part a bit dated. We were disappointed that the live band did not play as was scheduled on Friday... so, no live music or band. Again, for the price, room size, and quick overnighter, we cannot complain too much. but for review purposes, the place could use some upgrades

Lastly, when we moved to the room we brought the towels in the old room because we were thinking that there’s no towels & I’m glad there’s towels, when I checked out they are charging me Php200 for the towels, I told them I wouldn’t pay for your UGLY towel & you should be the one paying me for the inconvenience. BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HOTEL
