Let me start by saying that every employee was very kind and always helpful. The hotel itself is visually appealing as you can see in photos. My wife and I stayed for four days and only learned once we arrived that the spa is indefinitely closed which was disappointing. Also, we’ve been spoiled by great breakfast everywhere we’ve stayed traveling around Asia. The breakfast at Chicland was a big let down. By our last day we opted to walk across the way to pay for breakfast. We ate at the rooftop bar and again, the food, although very beautifully presented, was mediocre. I hate to leave a negative review but hope that it will help travelers make a more informed decision.

Prime spot on the beach within an easy grab ride to the main Danang Area. The rooms were modern and well appointed. The roof top pool and bar were a lot of fun. Recommend as probably the best beachfront option.

stayed for a long weekend in Da Nang and chose the Chicland due to being modern, on the water front and eco credentials - and it looks cool. Not dissapointed with comfy spacious room, ever helpful staff and excellent facilities. The spa is out right now, but that was all. Excellent brekfast and roof bar.

Havde forventet at det var meget bedre til prisen. Det har en flot tagterrasse med pool. Fitness rummet har ikke aircondition, og er således ikke af meget værdi. Dog er stranden tæt på og flot at løbe på og flere steder at træne. Det er mange mærkelige lyder blandt andet fra AC, men det tænker man ikke så meget på, grundet endnu mere larm fra gaden. Passer måske ikke så godt til familier, men bedre til unge som skal feste. Får klart minus for morgenmaden, der ikke var specielt imponerende. Vi havde et rum med køkken, men det kunne man ikke bruge, da det manglet udstyr.

Best beachfront hotel I've stayed in My Khe Beach. The staff is friendly and helpful. From the doorstep to the lift and reception, they made sure you feel welcomed. The rooms are well done. Clean and spacious. Super comfy bed. Nice huge balcony and great soundproofing, blocking out traffic and wave noises. The pool overlooks the sea. Breakfast buffet is extensive and has variety of choices.

Nice hotel, housekeeping had to be reminded to clean our room several times by 5-6 Pm. We also used their laundry service they charged us extra because they couldn’t dry something and still returned it to us wet! They also charged us for water that confused us because there was water all over the room staying complementary… felt a bit taken advantage of if you don’t pay close attention. For the price I paid $2200 you would have expected exceptional service rather than adequate.

The front desk staff provided excellent service, and I want to express my gratitude to the bell man on level one for their assistance during my stay. While there was a slight hiccup with housekeeping, where the room attendant used water to dilute the shower gel during cleaning, rendering it unusable, I was impressed by the swift response from the housekeeping department. バルコニー付きオーシャンビューの部屋に3泊しました。落ち着いた内装、スタッフさんの笑顔サービス、朝食全てとても良かったです。ただそれが台無しになるくらいの点があります。宿泊中毎晩夜の12時前くらいまで、目の前の海辺ではイベントなのかお店なのか、窓を閉め切っていても内臓に響くほどの爆音と振動、マイクを使ったDJのような声がなりつづけていました。バルコニーでゆっくり過ごす目的でしたが、夜は部屋でゆっくり過ごす事すら難しかったのが本当に残念でした。その点以外は本当に素晴らしかったです。

You are right in the middle of the tourist beach front. There are lots of wonderful restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. The staff is very polite and accommodating. If you have any questions or need help they were there to help.

I enjoyed the modern amenities of the building and the balcony in my room. The workers that are working the reception/check-in are not friendly at all and have an attitude like they are doing me a favor by staying there. They were not helpful at all and when I asked about any tours available from the hotel they said look it up yourself you can find it online.

Prime spot on the beach within an easy grab ride to the main Danang Area. The rooms were modern and well appointed. The roof top pool and bar were a lot of fun. Recommend as probably the best beachfront option.

Best beachfront hotel I've stayed in My Khe Beach. The staff is friendly and helpful. From the doorstep to the lift and reception, they made sure you feel welcomed. The rooms are well done. Clean and spacious. Super comfy bed. Nice huge balcony and great soundproofing, blocking out traffic and wave noises. The pool overlooks the sea. Breakfast buffet is extensive and has variety of choices.

Let me start by saying that every employee was very kind and always helpful. The hotel itself is visually appealing as you can see in photos. My wife and I stayed for four days and only learned once we arrived that the spa is indefinitely closed which was disappointing. Also, we’ve been spoiled by great breakfast everywhere we’ve stayed traveling around Asia. The breakfast at Chicland was a big let down. By our last day we opted to walk across the way to pay for breakfast. We ate at the rooftop bar and again, the food, although very beautifully presented, was mediocre. I hate to leave a negative review but hope that it will help travelers make a more informed decision.

In general the hotel was great, good location, great sea views, roof top bar and swimming pool and friendly and helpful staff. Where it failed badly was breakfast which was chaotic. We arrived an hour before breakfast was due to end and many items had already run out (pastries, fruit etc) and were never replaced. The coffee was the worse I had ever had. So definitely stay here but go elsewhere for breakfast.

Staying at this hotel feels like staying in an stylish European hotel..Room was awesome, service too. But couple of things ruined the overall experience : - Breakfast is seriously lacking. Nothing luxurious about it. Had much better breakfasts at hostels. Given the price they charge I would expect a much better breakfast. - There is a super weird daily wake up recorded sound blasting the speakers at 5.30 AM for 30 minutes outside the building. We asked about it and seems it is a government thing.... still super weird being woken up by a recorded music every morning at 5.30 AM

주변 숙소들을 비교해보았을 때는, 전반적으로 시설 관리도 잘 되어 있고 직원분들도 입구서부터 친절하게 대응해주셔서 좋았습니다. 조식도 좋았고, 객실도 괜찮았지만, 침구류는 아닌거 같고 제가 보기엔 메트리스에서 콤콤한 냄새가 나서 불쾌했던 기억이 있네요.

주변 숙소들을 비교해보았을 때는, 전반적으로 시설 관리도 잘 되어 있고 직원분들도 입구서부터 친절하게 대응해주셔서 좋았습니다. 조식도 좋았고, 객실도 괜찮았지만, 침구류는 아닌거 같고 제가 보기엔 메트리스에서 콤콤한 냄새가 나서 불쾌했던 기억이 있네요.

3泊しました。とにかく、スタッフの対応が良かったです。レイトチェックインなので、事前にメールをすると快く対応してくれました。朝食も美味しくて、とにかく満足した3日間でした。

It was just ok. Didn’t live up to the hype. If you want your insta shots from the rooftop pool then yes, choose here. If you want to feel welcomed and like you are a valued customer, skip it. Arrived about midday. Couldn’t get an early check in, which was fine, happy to wait to usual check in. I was told I can check in at 3pm. Later when we returned for our room key, I noticed that guests were being welcomed with cool towels and tea. We have been welcomed at all other hotels with this traditional Vietnamese greeting. Not at chicland. Also later found out check in is actually 2pm. We are obviously foreign and straight away I felt so unwelcome because of these two discrepancies. The rooms are ok. Big bed and sleeping space. The bed is two beds pushed together though, so there’s a crack down the middle. Bathroom is aesthetically pleasing but not practical for a family. No space to get undressed or redressed. It’s a shower cubical and a toilet cubical in an otherwise open area visible to all others staying in the room. There was a piece / section of the previous guests fake eyelash left on the bench in the bathroom. We had to check out very early, too early to make it to the buffet breakfast. No offer to get something to take away. Staff in general came across as cold, borderline rude and like we were just a total nuisance to them, despite the fact that we never asked them for a single bit of assistance. The luggage porters were the only staff who seemed happy to be there.
