I stayed 2 nights in the Caftan hotel and I really enjoyed my stay. Its location is excellent. Close to everything. The Terrance is breathtaking. The ambiance at dinner time is so lovely! Very clean, staff is very nice - special nod to Ayşe who helped me sort out ola few activities bookings! Only one thing I wish was different is the lighting in the bathroom, it is not enough in my opinion.

I didn't like the facilities and even less the fact that they took the air conditioning service out of operation, claiming the hotel's "winter policy", even though autumn has barely started and the low temperatures are far from arriving here... I asked them twice to reconsider and they told me to use a fan; result: I literally lost 3 nights of sleep - very little empathy from this hotel towards its guests

This was a great hotel. The roof was gorgeous and great for photos with the balloons in the morning. The staff and service really stood out! They were so friendly and helpful at every point. Would highly recommend!

Good one night stay in a perfect location. Breakfast was great and view from terrace is beautiful. Only issue was room was on the warm side. The AC was situated underneath window with no ability to control temperature.

It was so hard choosing a hotel since there were sooo many options, but I’m so glad we chose Caftan Caves for our stay. We booked the honeymoon suite, which included a private balcony. The suite was spacious and clean, and the entire design of the hotel is so unique. They also have an excellent view of the hot air balloons in the morning, which made the experience even more magical. Their restaurant is beautifully lit at night and has views of the iconic scenery, making every meal feel special. They also have such a great restaurant! Hamza, Turgun, and the entire team made the stay truly memorable. The cave rooms were cozy and unique, offering an authentic Cappadocia stay. What truly stood out was the warm hospitality from the staff, they were so kind and accommodating throughout my visit. Turgun was especially kind and helped us arrange both the shuttle and our hot air balloon trip. We were worried about missing our flight the next morning if we did the balloon tour, but he took care of everything, and since we were going to miss breakfast, he even arranged for sandwiches to take with us.A special thank you as well to Zeynep, who prepared the most amazing breakfast, it was always fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. It was the perfect way to start each day while enjoying the incredible views. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and unforgettable experience! Most people come to Cappadocia for a few days so it’s crucial to get your hotel right!

The property is location in a very walkable area. You can see balloons in the morning from the terrace. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was on the terrace early morning - the only complaint was that it was very hot in August to eat at the terrace. However, the breakfast was good. The only complaint is that the ceiling kept on shedding dirt.

Herşey çok güzel ama mağara odalar malesef iyi değil bu otel için değil tüm mağara oteller aynı koku ve rutubet çözümü yok çalışanların elinden de birşey gelmiyor ama otel harika konumu kahvaltısı bir daha gelirsem mağara odası olmayan otelde kalacam ama çok basık havasi var

El personal muy atento, hablan inglés y un poco español. El desayuno tipo buffet muy bueno. Las recamaras por el precio esta bien, lo unico malo es que las camas rechinan, el baño un poco descuidado, en general bien para 2 dias.

It was so hard choosing a hotel since there were sooo many options, but I’m so glad we chose Caftan Caves for our stay. We booked the honeymoon suite, which included a private balcony. The suite was spacious and clean, and the entire design of the hotel is so unique. They also have an excellent view of the hot air balloons in the morning, which made the experience even more magical. Their restaurant is beautifully lit at night and has views of the iconic scenery, making every meal feel special. They also have such a great restaurant! Hamza, Turgun, and the entire team made the stay truly memorable. The cave rooms were cozy and unique, offering an authentic Cappadocia stay. What truly stood out was the warm hospitality from the staff, they were so kind and accommodating throughout my visit. Turgun was especially kind and helped us arrange both the shuttle and our hot air balloon trip. We were worried about missing our flight the next morning if we did the balloon tour, but he took care of everything, and since we were going to miss breakfast, he even arranged for sandwiches to take with us.A special thank you as well to Zeynep, who prepared the most amazing breakfast, it was always fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. It was the perfect way to start each day while enjoying the incredible views. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and unforgettable experience! Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable and the service was great. Turgun and his team were very helpful. The location was also great as it is near the shops and restaurants, you don’t need to walk the steep slope of Goreme. Glad we chose Caftan cave.

Really enjoyed this cave hotel. Breakfast was on the rooftop and if one wakes up early enough, can watch the balloons at sunrise. More beautiful than any pics. Beds were comfy and rain Shower was wonderful.

I didn't like the facilities and even less the fact that they took the air conditioning service out of operation, claiming the hotel's "winter policy", even though autumn has barely started and the low temperatures are far from arriving here... I asked them twice to reconsider and they told me to use a fan; result: I literally lost 3 nights of sleep - very little empathy from this hotel towards its guests

The staff at Caftan Cave Suites were really great. Turgun welcomed us and gave us a lot of information from things to see in Goreme and also in the Capadoccia region in general since we were travelling with a toddler. Zeynep, Ayshe and Barkay were always lovely to see in the morning during breakfast and were so lovely. Halil and Hamza we would see in the evenings and they would interact with our son so well. Overall a great place to stay with amazing views of the hot air balloons in the morning from the terrace and breakfast was a great spread. Would come back here again!

I stayed 2 nights in the Caftan hotel and I really enjoyed my stay. Its location is excellent. Close to everything. The Terrance is breathtaking. The ambiance at dinner time is so lovely! Very clean, staff is very nice - special nod to Ayşe who helped me sort out ola few activities bookings! Only one thing I wish was different is the lighting in the bathroom, it is not enough in my opinion.

The breakfast was on the terrace early morning - the only complaint was that it was very hot in August to eat at the terrace. However, the breakfast was good. The only complaint is that the ceiling kept on shedding dirt.

This Hotel was perfect for our five night stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the upstairs deck was nothing short of spectacular. So beautiful. The staff was great and the to on-site dogs were a lot of fun. Definitely recommended.

My 3rd trip to Capadoccia. This was the nicest hotel I've been to. Great location, Amazing view and staff is very helpful. Rooms very nice and clean. No complaints. Highly recommend to anyone.

O hotel possui uma localização fantástica em Goreme, com os restaurantes, mercados e lojas a menos de 1 quarteirao. Os quartos são muito confortáveis, a recepção foi maravilhosa, sendo muito simpáticos e atenciosos.O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com muita variedade, o terraço onde é servido é muito aconchegante, tendo uma vista linda . Recomendo muito a estadia e sem dúvidas me hospedaria novamente neste hotel

Absolutely amazing stay. There are so many lodging choices in this area it can be overwhelming but we really felt we made the right choice. We stayed in a room with a private balcony which I highly recommend. Room was very clean, breakfast was excellent and having tea at night on the rooftop terraces is especially magical. 10/10 for us!
