Enjoyed our stay here with two toddlers and our cat. Loved that it was pet friendly. Was a quiet hotel in my opinion, we stayed for a week and had no issues. Staff was very friendly and the whole hotel was very clean. Our toddler threw up in the lobby and the guy at the desk was SO nice about it and made us feel less embarrassed, and sent people to clean it for us. Breakfast options were pretty good, we mostly had eggs every day and yogurt. Pool was semi warm which was nice also. Only complaint is that Netflix is the ONLY streaming app available on the TVs on the rooms. No option to sign in to any other main streaming services like Amazon and Hulu and Disney. So limited things to watch and I wish they would add the apps on there. We will be bringing a Roku or Fire stick next time to plug in. Enjoyed our stay overall, Will definitely be back!

We had a great stay. The rooms were clean and there was good options at breakfast. The guy who checked us in was extremely friendly and very helpful. Hotel overall was up to date and clean. Would be nice to visit in the summer with the outdoor spaces. Only con was the bottom of the pool looked like it needed to be re-painted or re-surfaced, looked dirty but didn't feel like it was dirty or slimmy so more of a cosmetic thing.

Enjoyed our 8 nights! The staff is amazing and does a great job of making everyone feel welcome. There is a picnic area with 2 gas grills and several tables and an outdoor social area with comfy chairs/benches and a gas fire pit. The property is bright & clean with modern decor. Breakfast offered many choices and having a kitchen made our stay feel more like home. Special thanks to Anwar, you're the best!

The front desk service was superb. Easy check and out. Full breakfast in the morning if you want. Our room was clean. We enjoyed our visit. The only downfall was the pool was cooler than we anticpated.

Everything about the place was great, with the minor exception of uncovered parking. We woke up yesterday to a sheet of ice which makes it unsafe to get to our cars. Of course.Not the fault of the management that covered parking and sees that it would be a given and a place like wisconsin

The stay was good. However, we had switched to this hotel so my wife (recovering from surgery) could use the great pool at the hotel. Then we found out before arriving on Saturday that the pool would be closed until Monday... Then after we arrived, we found the pool was going to be close through Wednesday, the last day of our stay... So, this was very disappointing and fustrating. Also, on the phone before our trip, we were told the hotel would look into securing day passes to the YMCA for her, but they never called back or mentioned it when we checked in.. We just gave up.

I paid a 50 dollar incidental fee and never received it back. I reported the first day that the black out shades was broken and the fridge kept making noises. The desk clerk stated, “ well we’re not batting a 1,000!” I was charged six dollars to get a tooth paste and tooth brush Weekend breakfast was unsat. Eggs were bad. No fruit and 3-2 and 3-3 same breakfast spread Very bad cleaning down stairs.

We were in town for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. At first the stay started off great. I was able to check in fast annd easy and front desk woman was great. Got into the room and it had a lot of nice amenities. I’m not a very picky person, but I noticed right away the bed wasn’t made very good. Untucked edges and not neat and tidy at all. We found several short brown hairs on the pillows. I began to wonder if the pillow cases were clean. The refrigerator had a lot of crumbs on the edge and under it. But the worst was the next morning. Check out was 11am. At 10:50am, we received a knock on our door, it was housekeeping. I said “oh check out is at 11, correct?” And she was very rude in her “yes” scoffing response with her cart parked outside our room door. As I closed the door she was just waiting outside our room. I then went downstairs to put stuff in my car, while My 15 yr old daughter was still in the room grabbing all her stuff. This woman then OPENED the door to our room on my daughter!!! No knocking just came right in! This was still before 11am!! This is completely unacceptable! The front desk staff was phenomenal but the cleaning crew will make me never stay at this hotel again!

Housekeeping came once during our 5 day stay and only brought towels and emptied the trash. They didn’t make the beads, change the sheets or clean at all, during our entire stay, but took our tip left on the bed. We had to go to the front desk for towels if we needed any. The free breakfast was mediocre, with fake eggs that’s tasted strange, no meat or fruit. Just mainly bread products and oatmeal. We ended up going out to breakfast, which defeated one of the main reasons we chose the property. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

A nice newer property. Friendly front desk staff. Pretty good breakfast, away from the downtown mess, larger rooms offer a good amount of space, and are in good repair. Kitchenette was handy for making small meals. Dishwasher was a super nice add on. Overall pretty clean. However it seems housekeeping could step it up a bit or maybe just need more help. Room overall was clean but hide a bed mattress cover full of hair and a brown goopy spot, kitchen had a larger goo spot below fridge and debris in fridge and drawers. Stayed 3 nights. Relatively thin walls and floors which was surprising for newer facility. Housekeeping 2nd day only but missed refilling TP, garbage can liner and empty shampoo. Breakfast dishes need to be checked post wash better. Lots of left over food debris on plates, bowls and silverware all 3 days. Parking is a bit shy and could use more spaces especially on south side. Staff even restacked dirty stuff we set aside. Everything we discussed with staff was addressed without further issue. Even a hand written apology note with some treats in room. Would likely try again but didn't quite match the higher reviews in our experience.

The room was very spacious. The bathroom and the kitchen area were very clean. The drinking glasses were not all that clean but that could be the fault of the dishwasher. Mine at home can be hard on glassware. Also, I understand that the ppl cleaning these rooms do not have the time ( it's a fact of life) to do a white glove inspection on items that come out of the dishwasher let alone re-clean them. I was very happy with it all.

Hotel is nice and very spacious rooms. Nice breakfast. However the staff was not enforcing quiet hours. Kids were running up and down the halls screaming until just before midnight. Really unfortunate as the stay was good otherwise.

Everything about our stay was good, room was spacious, comfortable, clean, away from city noise. However you can still hear the other guests in their rooms, if they are loud enough, other than that it was very quiet. Our room was at the top floor, but I think it was located near the heating system and it ocasionally made loud cracking noises on the wall for about 30 seconds. Apart from that it was a very good experience.

We had a very nice suite. The room was VERY large, more than we needed, but wonderful. The bathroom had two doors into it, one from the main room and one directly from the bedroom. The bedroom one was a sliding bar door type. Nice to have an extra door, but it was very loud when it rolled. The bathroom had a nice bathroom mirror, the kind with the lights built into the side. Also nice, but not nearly bright enough. The smoke detector in the bedroom was the kind that flashed a bright white light every so often, I like the 'old school' kind that just have a constant red light. Breakfast had a nice selection to build a sandwich, but was not warm.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (came to help when other guests were being VERY loud) and the breakfast was really good (breakfast sandwiches, waffles with lots of toppings, grab and go options, hot and cold choices). I didn't use the pool but it was well used during my stay. Location is close to lots of places to eat and shop (Fox River Mall) and many DoorDash options. Walls are a little thin, shower floor is a little slippery, and A/C and Heating unit made a little sound when turning off but otherwise the room was clean, comfortable, with nice modern amenities (Netflix on the TV, comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen area). Still a newer building (5 years old) Would stay again!

Hotel is nice and very spacious rooms. Nice breakfast. However the staff was not enforcing quiet hours. Kids were running up and down the halls screaming until just before midnight. Really unfortunate as the stay was good otherwise.

We were in town for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. At first the stay started off great. I was able to check in fast annd easy and front desk woman was great. Got into the room and it had a lot of nice amenities. I’m not a very picky person, but I noticed right away the bed wasn’t made very good. Untucked edges and not neat and tidy at all. We found several short brown hairs on the pillows. I began to wonder if the pillow cases were clean. The refrigerator had a lot of crumbs on the edge and under it. But the worst was the next morning. Check out was 11am. At 10:50am, we received a knock on our door, it was housekeeping. I said “oh check out is at 11, correct?” And she was very rude in her “yes” scoffing response with her cart parked outside our room door. As I closed the door she was just waiting outside our room. I then went downstairs to put stuff in my car, while My 15 yr old daughter was still in the room grabbing all her stuff. This woman then OPENED the door to our room on my daughter!!! No knocking just came right in! This was still before 11am!! This is completely unacceptable! The front desk staff was phenomenal but the cleaning crew will make me never stay at this hotel again!

They did not have the room I booked. All of thelights were out in the parking lot. You couldnt see a thing. Very dissatisfied about not getti g the proper room. Rather rude desk clerk in the morning. I wouldnot recommend or stay there again.

The staff was very nice. When I first got there my room was not ready but the front desk worker got my room ready for me and I really appreciate that because of the hotel being full. The staff was amazing and I will return for another stay in the future

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (came to help when other guests were being VERY loud) and the breakfast was really good (breakfast sandwiches, waffles with lots of toppings, grab and go options, hot and cold choices). I didn't use the pool but it was well used during my stay. Location is close to lots of places to eat and shop (Fox River Mall) and many DoorDash options. Walls are a little thin, shower floor is a little slippery, and A/C and Heating unit made a little sound when turning off but otherwise the room was clean, comfortable, with nice modern amenities (Netflix on the TV, comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen area). Still a newer building (5 years old) Would stay again!

We stayed here during a "shopping spree" for our 10 year olds granddaughter. The staff was amazing. They checked in with Carsyn regarding her stay and gave her real VIP treatment. She was so excited and it was a perfect ending to our annual school shopping excursion. We will stay again.

This was first time staying at Home2Suites and if it wasn't for front desk guy checking us in, we would of left. Felt that lady doing breakfast on Friday AM, was very rude & just acted like she didn't want to be there.

Nothing really jumped out as being amazing. The room was ok the amenities were fine. It's kinda in a weird spot with nothing really developed around it. It was close enough to the fox river mall but not in a comfortable walking distance. The breakfast was decent but the same things everyday. Over all it was very average.

We booked a room for a 1 night stay. The hotel is 3 minutes from the Appleton International Airport. I thought it might be noisy in being that close to the airport but it wasn't. The room was very nice and was clean and roomy. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast is so so. It's not a big buffet but there is fresh coffee and the regular hotel buffet food items. I would stay here again if neede.

I like the room layout that allows me to have a separate space to work in the room plus there are many charge outlets that you can use many electrical devices at the same time. The area is safe and convenient for eating and shopping.

I paid a 50 dollar incidental fee and never received it back. I reported the first day that the black out shades was broken and the fridge kept making noises. The desk clerk stated, “ well we’re not batting a 1,000!” I was charged six dollars to get a tooth paste and tooth brush Weekend breakfast was unsat. Eggs were bad. No fruit and 3-2 and 3-3 same breakfast spread Very bad cleaning down stairs.

Housekeeping came once during our 5 day stay and only brought towels and emptied the trash. They didn’t make the beads, change the sheets or clean at all, during our entire stay, but took our tip left on the bed. We had to go to the front desk for towels if we needed any. The free breakfast was mediocre, with fake eggs that’s tasted strange, no meat or fruit. Just mainly bread products and oatmeal. We ended up going out to breakfast, which defeated one of the main reasons we chose the property. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Overall, this was a great stay! Very clean, friendly service and beautiful room. In the morning, however the breakfast was not well stocked. There was a long line and everything was out. When they brought food out, it would be like 2 muffins at a time. So everyone was waiting for the waffle maker and there was a long wait. The staff was very friendly and other than that, everything was great!

First off the staff was over the top amazing. The front desk people were very nice and polite. The hotel was nice just not great. Asked them to clean our room, and they didn’t. Asked them for fresh towels, and they didn’t. Told them the soap was out in the shower, wasn’t fixed by the time we got back. Air conditioner sounds like it was full of water. Home 2 Suites is one of our favorite places to stay hoping this was just an off weekend for them and not a change across the board.

No need for a long review. Stayed 2 nights. Staff, breakfast, room cleanliness, location all A+. The room was a bit expensive because we were in town during a busy booked up weekend, didn't use the pool or gym - so no comment needed. Would stay every time if possible
