Everything went great, my only comment would be that they don’t have a pool or Jacuzzi. Fresno in the summer can be super hot, wished they at least had a pool to lounge and cool off at.

The hotel is on stilts. There is parking on the ground level and two elevators up the "first floor". Only one will get u there unless u have a room key. One elevator is used for all hotel guests. It is very very slow. Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was ok.

It was a nice place. Parking is under the building. Close to old town with restaurants and shops. Very nice staff.

Good value for Clovis. Gym equipment works, breakfast is good, water pressure great in shower. Bathtub was backed up though and the HVAC system has a creaky sound throughout the night. Iver stayed here before and would stay again.

The underbuilding parking was great; keeping your car out of the sun in Clovis in the summer is definitely a plus.

Clovis is hot in summer. Hotel is elevated and use ground for parking. i find it a great idea to keep cars in shade. they also have EV chargepoint chargers.

This is our usual pick for old town . Only downside no pool when 100+ outside . Also there is an employee that starts about 10 at night n leaves at 7am and has the noisiest car . It’s like an alarm clock every morning.

Great place to stay very clean very organized 24 hour Fitness Center made good use of that a laundry room is there also plenty of extra towels and including pillows and blankets and they even gave us a late check out did not give us a hard time at all definitely one place I would recommend.

Out of the 5 hotels we stayed at, this had the most comfortable bed. Very clean, great complimentary breakfast, and appreciated having charge point EV chargers to charge our Tesla as we slept.

The staff was nice, but elevators were broke so we had to climb quite a few flights of stairs, then our room smelled like vomit. We werent huge fans.

Very nice hotel and great breakfast! Elevator outside in parking garage is very convenient! Only downside is the floors in the room need major deep cleaning. I let my baby crawl on the floor and with in mins her knees and legs were all black and dirty from the floor.

Very clean rooms and all over the property. Our family had three rooms booked. Everyone is very happy with the stay. Quick check in and check out. Staff very friendly and respectful.

Clean hotel

Due to the amazing ratings this hotel had we decided to book a 2 night stay here. Upon arrival the room seemed great. When i went to take a shower that evening the shower was dirty and had hair all over the floor. The top sheet of the bed smelled horribly so we slept with only the thin sheet. it was also incredibly noisy with the maids talking loudly in the hallway, kids running down the hall and a dog barking in the room across from us. the staff were very nice despite the cleanliness and noise levels

Very clean hotel. Workers were sweet to my family and I. Breakfast was great (including the open hours, considering it was a weekend trip). Checkout was the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. Lots of channels on the TV. This hotel made me feel luxurious. I can’t wait to visit the family again. Definitely returning to this hotel for those trips, hoping the prices remain about the same.

We were shocked at the filthy floor. Our feet and white socks were very soiled. The room was all vinyl flooring which clearly needed to be mopped! We paid extra fees $50 for our dogs so they can do whatever is needed to clean properly. I would have expected the level of cleanliness in our room.

Room was Dirty. Top sheet was stained and looked like body fluids. Shower door handles filthy. Rug dirty to the point of wear shoes all the time. Night stands and desk had not been cleaned and had sticky soda and other material on everything. Hated touching remotes, etc.

Staff was great, room was clean! However, the walls are extremely thin. You will hear your neighbors! Whether they are watching TV, listening to music. Recommendation; I wouldn’t stay there again.

Bed was comfy. Parking was simple and the desk agent was very helpful. Room was clean and heater worked well.

The facility is very new and modern. The room space is quite nice. I would definitely recommend to friends and families!

Slipped coming out of the shower tub. Hit my ribs on the toilet bowl.

I stayed in room 203 and the only complaint is that the shower is too slippery. There is 3 non-slip stickers on the floor & one of them is 1/2 coming off. But I had to hold the hand rail because the shower stall floor was very slick & I had to catch myself from falling twice. Matter of time before someone else does.

We usually stay at this location…but unfortunately the internet wasn’t connecting to my laptop,the only channel available was cnn and the fridge wasn’t working . Also the free breakfast wasn’t that great the hash brown wasn’t fully cooked.I don’t think I’ll stay here again.

The great service at the registration counter. These two ladies really work to make you feel you're welcome The room we had is great, clean, with all the amenities expected. We'll be more inclined to book at La Quinta when we travel

Check in is very matter of fact. Not personable or friendly. No bottle of water at check in. Shower very small and water collected on bathroom floor. When i mentioned concerns they were indifferent. I wont be back.

Overall a good place to stay. Only disappointment was we had to go get towels on a regular basis bc the maid serve did not exist. Over a 7 night stayer room was made up once.

I’ve stayed at this hotel at least 2x a year for several years now (business trips). It has always been amazing with great customer service. This time it was HORRIBLE!!! The customer service was the worst part of it all! I had requested not to be disturbed so I missed my fresh towels and wash cloths. I went to front desk to get it, I was told if I was to use it on my face I couldn’t have one. That I would have to use an old rag that they would give me. I explained I had make up wipes to take off my make up, but I also like to wash my face with a fresh washcloth at the end. I also need a washcloth for my body. I was given an old ripped up, torn up, rag like you would use to check the oil in your car!!!!!! I was told we were not allowed to use the washcloths on our faces. They could not get them clean. That bothered me as I’m able to get mine clean at home. Do they not bleach their towels? That’s very concerning! At another point my friends and I were sitting in the lobby visiting. My elderly friend had one of the pillows behind her back for support. She had taken it from another chair that was not being used. They started counting the pillows and became very concerned that one was missing and accused us. When we explained we took it so she could have back support. they felt a bit embarrassed I think, but then we were told make sure we put it back. Again, this was all done in the lobby!!! At check-in they were curt! No smile or eye contact. The AC leaked water ALL OVER FLOOR!!

Not good area

The hotel inside was updated and clean. The area where the hotel is wasn’t the best but close to the shopping centers and restaurants.

A good hotel near some local food spots (Old Town Waffle and 559 Taqueria). A close distance to Fresno State's Save Mart Center and the freeway as well. The room was spacious and parking was great. Breakfast could've been better! Friendly staff. Easy check-in and easy check-out! Definitely would stay at La Quinta again... Overall a great stay!

The location was great. It was close to the airport as well as restaurants and local shopping. It was only an hour drive to Yosemite and an hour and a half to Sequoia. The free breakfast was great. It was very clean and well maintained.

It was a nice place. Parking is under the building. Close to old town with restaurants and shops. Very nice staff.

Really enjoyed staying here. quiet, plenty of places to eat in the area. Highly recommend.

Hotel is nice and in a safe area. Check in was easy. Room was clean. Would definitely stay again. No complaints. We stood one night for a concert at the safe mart center was a short 8min drive to the venue.

Great location, nice part of town. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Parking was easy and lots of food options nearby. The breakfast included with the room was also very good.

Overall, the hotel was clean staff was efficient was located within the old town area. Had a number of restaurant choices with you easy walking distance or short drive.

Everything was great! Beds were comfy...great nights sleep! Breakfast had a wonderful selection!

Hotel is very clean. Stayed here before in the past however, this stay the bed was not nearly as comfortable as it has been in the past. Bed was lumpy firm on one side sagging with no support on the other. My back is awfully sore. The registration was great. Everybody was very friendly. Unfortunately, they did not get their communication clear with the staff and we were told breakfast was until 10 AM but it closed at 9 AM on Friday, the day after Thanksgiving. And all this is a very nice hotel and worth your money.
