An extraordinarily good sleeping room but beyond that don't expect much. The location is very quiet and beyond that double pane windows and a very heavy room door that feels like closing a bank vault. Very good air conditioner and good water pressure in shower. Negatives are it's about a 10 minute walk to the town or a $5 euro Uber ride. I very highly recommend using Uber. They come in 2 minutes and cost $5. Don't use any "location cab" which is the guys that wait in a place and use their own unregulated meters and its almost extortion charged me $40 for what Uber charged $5. So always ask first the approximate price before you get in. I also slightly felt nickelled and dimes by hotel. Check in time is 3. I came at 1 and room was ready but they still charged me a $10 euro fee. Breakfast room was very small. I didn't see the food. The neighbourhood is unremarkable. Not bad just nothing of interest. 2 grocery stores right in and next to the building. The "front desk" is not 24 hours. I think like 6 am to 10pm.Curtains are not full black out but still OK. Basically if you want a good sleep at a cheaper price this is your place.

Rooms are very small, with a tight outside balcony. The 2 twin beds were comfortable, and overall cleanliness was very good. (However there was a step up to the bathroom that nearly killed us several times.) Also, no elevator and it's on the second floor, in case that's a concern for you. Breakfast was generous and tasty and overall the staff were very responsive to our needs, and even voluntarily packed us a breakfast for our early morning departure. It's a nice place and we recommend it, but don't expect "luxury" in the old-fashioned sense of the word.

The area is not the most pretty. It is not unsafe, but there are many trash containers that smell really bad, and the entrance to the hotel is in the middle of a passage way that is barely signaled. The rooms are in the first floor, but you can only reach them through stairs. No elevator available. We didn't mind this, but it should be clearly indicated when booking the rooms. The rooms are very nice, good space, and a balcony/terrace very useful to sit in the night. Very friendly staff. Breakfast with limited options (e.g., no scrambled eggs?)

Bon hôtel agréable, confortable avec personnel accueillant, petit déjeuner buffet varié et de qualité. À 4 minutes de marche du terminus de la ligne de bus 37 qui dessert l'aéroport et à une petite quinzaine de minutes de la vieille ville. I highly recommend staying at Skaline Luxury. The staff were exceptional from the time we arrived to our checkout. The breakfasts were just what we were looking for & they accommodated my daughter's GF diet. The staff where always available to assist & help, which I truly appreciated. The rooms & whole building was spotless.

Hotel was very clean, easy to find and the staff were wonderful, polite and very helpful. Located not that far from the town would definitely stay again. Very good for families. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of selections and could also get stuff cooked by the chef who was very friendly as well.

The staff was very thoughtful and helpful and also very friendly! Angela and Ivana will take their time to help you find what you are looking for and to give you great advices! The breakfast was amazing with a lot of varieties. The room was great with a very modern design and it was very clean. The hotel is very close to the old city and going there by walk from the hotel was very easy.

They say you should never judge a book by its cover and that is certainly the case here. From the look of the place from outside I thought that I had made a terrible mistake but it turned out to be one of our best stays in Croatia and in general! The rooms are clean and comfortable with soft comfortable beds,fluffy pillows and cozy comforters. They provide cozy bathrobes and the softest bathtowels I have yet to experience here in Croatia and the Balkans in general. Bathroom is wonderful… modern with fantastic counterspace and a dream shower with great water pressure! There is also an in room fridge , a lounging chair, excellent Wi-Fi and although the breakfast room is small it serves up a delicious buffet breakfast which is included! To make the experience a complete dream, the staff is friendly, attentive and incredibly accommodating! Don’t judge a book by its cover… this was indeed a luxury accommodation!

Even before our arrival, the communication and assistance from Skaline were excellent. The team helped facilitate the needs of our group without hesitation. Due to a delayed flight, we arrived later than expected, but clear instructions were provided, allowing us to access the building with ease. The rooms were beautifully decorated, each with its own unique design, and the bathrooms were spotless. A number of thoughtful amenities were provided for the duration of our stay. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep, and the robes were a lovely touch. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, prepared daily by a friendly and accommodating chef who was always happy to help. The reception staff were an absolute delight, attentive, helpful with any requests, and even arranging a lovely birthday surprise for one of our guests. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. Great location with a local supermarket next door, and leas than 10mins walk to the main area, harbour, palace, restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend Skaline and would happily stay here again.

Whilst our stay was short it was a perfect base in Split. The service was very friendly and they were responsive in queries ahead of our stay. The room was modern, clean, and had the required amenities. Breakfast was plentiful and great to see an effort towards being a sustainable stay.

The hotel staff could not be more helpful the breakfast is always good and plentiful (continental) the room was cleaned and new towels every day. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the old town in a more residential area but you can find nice little bars for a quick drink on the stroll back and much cheaper.

Rooms are very small, with a tight outside balcony. The 2 twin beds were comfortable, and overall cleanliness was very good. (However there was a step up to the bathroom that nearly killed us several times.) Also, no elevator and it's on the second floor, in case that's a concern for you. Breakfast was generous and tasty and overall the staff were very responsive to our needs, and even voluntarily packed us a breakfast for our early morning departure. It's a nice place and we recommend it, but don't expect "luxury" in the old-fashioned sense of the word.

I highly recommend staying at Skaline Luxury. The staff were exceptional from the time we arrived to our checkout. The breakfasts were just what we were looking for & they accommodated my daughter's GF diet. The staff where always available to assist & help, which I truly appreciated. Hotel was very clean, easy to find and the staff were wonderful, polite and very helpful. Located not that far from the town would definitely stay again. Very good for families. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of selections and could also get stuff cooked by the chef who was very friendly as well.

All the staff were super nice and helpful. Marino, went above and beyond to help me settle in the city and the apartment. Vedrana was very nice too. The days that I had earlier excursions, they prepared my breakfast to go. Chef in the kitchen was lovely and made scrambled eggs for me. Rooms were modern and clean, with everything you needed.

The staff was very thoughtful and helpful and also very friendly! Angela and Ivana will take their time to help you find what you are looking for and to give you great advices! The breakfast was amazing with a lot of varieties. The room was great with a very modern design and it was very clean. The hotel is very close to the old city and going there by walk from the hotel was very easy.

They say you should never judge a book by its cover and that is certainly the case here. From the look of the place from outside I thought that I had made a terrible mistake but it turned out to be one of our best stays in Croatia and in general! The rooms are clean and comfortable with soft comfortable beds,fluffy pillows and cozy comforters. They provide cozy bathrobes and the softest bathtowels I have yet to experience here in Croatia and the Balkans in general. Bathroom is wonderful… modern with fantastic counterspace and a dream shower with great water pressure! There is also an in room fridge , a lounging chair, excellent Wi-Fi and although the breakfast room is small it serves up a delicious buffet breakfast which is included! To make the experience a complete dream, the staff is friendly, attentive and incredibly accommodating! Don’t judge a book by its cover… this was indeed a luxury accommodation!

The hotel staff could not be more helpful the breakfast is always good and plentiful (continental) the room was cleaned and new towels every day. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the old town in a more residential area but you can find nice little bars for a quick drink on the stroll back and much cheaper.

Very good choice of food on breakfast buffet, but we were slightly disappointed it was all cold, except for eggs which could be cooked however one wanted them. The area is not the most pretty. It is not unsafe, but there are many trash containers that smell really bad, and the entrance to the hotel is in the middle of a passage way that is barely signaled. An extraordinarily good sleeping room but beyond that don't expect much. The location is very quiet and beyond that double pane windows and a very heavy room door that feels like closing a bank vault. Very good air conditioner and good water pressure in shower. Negatives are it's about a 10 minute walk to the town or a $5 euro Uber ride. I very highly recommend using Uber. They come in 2 minutes and cost $5. Don't use any "location cab" which is the guys that wait in a place and use their own unregulated meters and its almost extortion charged me $40 for what Uber charged $5. So always ask first the approximate price before you get in. I also slightly felt nickelled and dimes by hotel. Check in time is 3. I came at 1 and room was ready but they still charged me a $10 euro fee. Breakfast room was very small. I didn't see the food. The neighbourhood is unremarkable. Not bad just nothing of interest. 2 grocery stores right in and next to the building. The "front desk" is not 24 hours. I think like 6 am to 10pm.Curtains are not full black out but still OK. Basically if you want a good sleep at a cheaper price this is your place.

The rooms were beautifully decorated, each with its own unique design, and the bathrooms were spotless. A number of thoughtful amenities were provided for the duration of our stay. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep, and the robes were a lovely touch. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, prepared daily by a friendly and accommodating chef who was always happy to help. The reception staff were an absolute delight, attentive, helpful with any requests, and even arranging a lovely birthday surprise for one of our guests. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. Great location with a local supermarket next door, and leas than 10mins walk to the main area, harbour, palace, restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend Skaline and would happily stay here again.

Rooms are very small, with a tight outside balcony. The 2 twin beds were comfortable, and overall cleanliness was very good. (However there was a step up to the bathroom that nearly killed us several times.) Also, no elevator and it's on the second floor, in case that's a concern for you. Breakfast was generous and tasty and overall the staff were very responsive to our needs, and even voluntarily packed us a breakfast for our early morning departure. It's a nice place and we recommend it, but don't expect "luxury" in the old-fashioned sense of the word.

Skaline staff was so welcoming and helpful. They were so kind. The front desk, breakfast and cleaning staff were always friendly. Front desk staff was knowledgeable about the area and willing to help however they can. The sweet note they left was kind and the chocolates were a nice special treat. The breakfast was plentiful...(fruits...cold cuts....eggs made to order...cheese....cereal....fresh juices) and the croissants were warm and delicious. They were kind to let me make sandwiches for my early tour dates when I could not go to breakfast. The place is about 15 min walk to old town. The bathroom was modern and clean. Beds were comfortable. It was a nice home away from home. Thank you for such a wonderful time in Split. We made many happy memories.

Location / 15 mins lovely walk to the port - less if you want to be in the heart of Split. Just simply the kindest receptionist you will ever meet ready to help with local information- just sad I didn’t note her name, but you know who you are. Bedroom so clean , air con. Bath robes, clean towels, shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast- everything you could want inc scrambled eggs. FABULOUS! 10 out of 10 from me!!
