Hotel Gonzlay

There was no WiFi in the bedroom and there was no restaurant, albeit advertised as available.

Very friendly staff and facilities were of a high standard.

The view is lovely and staff very welcoming.

We stayed on the top floor and our room was super cozy. The decor was like your bedroom at home and not a commercial hotel. There was cozy lighting that created a mood. I spoke to the owner who said they are working on another upgrade for rooms. The breakfast was really good with lots of options. No elevator but if you can do steps, the view of the river is lovely. Parking is available as well. You could walk into Traben-Trarbach about 1km and it was 20 minutes drive to Bernkastel-Kues.

Very kind staff trying to help us in every matter. The room was very nice as well. We enjoyed the magnificent view of mosel with vineyards. Breakfast was also very nice!
