The host was communicative and check-in was easy. The home was clean. While the location was convenient to the Frost Bank Center, the home itself didn't quite meet our expectations in terms of comfort or quietness. It served its purpose for a brief stay, but it may not be the best fit for those looking to spend a lot of time indoors.

It was a comforting stay, didn't get to really use the whole house, but as long as it was comfortable it's good enough

The property has some security issues which are easy to fix. It seems that a window of the house was force and the door of the guest house was force too. I report the issue to expedia and the owner. i stayed in tne place with my 2yr old kid. Expedia was awful at the chat help. Do not even try it. No empathy, did not care I have a two year old with me even when I stated the security issue (issue that is important for any perdon that states there no matter the age). Worst service ever. First night I could barely sleep just thinking of the worst.

dirty & cheap. bed was awful... pubic hair (sink to the floor) (we refused to sleep in it). Cabinet over toilet was literally falling off the wall... Landing and stairs to kitchen area had no railing (required by building code) half of the light bulbs were non functioning... 3 lights over the bath room sink (one missing.one bright white.one yellow). front and back door have broken trim and clearly been broken into ...really bad neighborhood. window treatments bent... no privacy... stains running down refrigerator door. inside refrigerator oddly immaculate
