Fue una gran decepción. El hotel muy caro por lo que es, no servía el elevador y subimos dos veces hasta el cuarto piso, porque en la habitación que nos dieron no servía el WC. No es posible que tengan tan descuidado el hotel a esos precios para los huéspedes y ademas que digan en el front desk que como “hice la reserva por hotels.com ellos no podían hacer nada por mi”. La habitación descuidada, edificio sin elevador y personal de mala actitud.

The only downfall was that the elevator was broken, we came on our honeymoon with luggage galore and a 3 year old. Probably goes without saying how inconvenient the room assignment was... The guy at the front desk was nonchalant about my husband asking for a late check out due to the good size inconvenience and our request was essentially blown off because he wouldn't be there in the morning. The breakfast was good, location good. The elevator issue really changed our perception of the visit. Will come back only if elevator works i now know to call in advance.

The biggest problem with this location is there is absolutely no soundproofing. You will hear every door open and close, you will hear conversations in the next room, you will hear the elephants above you. The breakfast is good, the location is perfect for what and when I need.

There was some trash/wrappers on our hallway (3rd floor) The room was A+, very clean, well maintained, no signs of wear, zero mold, The bed was easily one of the best Ive ever experienced! Couch was comfortable and side table was terrific bonus. However- NO ELEVATORS was unacceptable. Staff said theyre out for “the rest of the month!” We booked the room Oct 9, arriving Oct 10. Surely the hotel knew on Oct 9. There should be a warning to guests online that they will need to drag their luggage up to 2/3 floor. We arrived to ck in at 4pm and ONLY 3rd floor rooms left! Im disabled. It was the busiest weekend in Flagstaff due to sports tournaments and leaf peepers/ Fall break.
