Very nice, affordable hotel with upscale amenities. Pool was chilly and breakfast was okay but everything else was excellent! And fire alarms work great - which we found out when someone burned popcorn at 1 in the morning...Lol

This was a great stay! Wonderful and kind staff and clean rooms within walking distance of several restaurants. The only issue was that one elevator was down, so we took the stairs a lot. We were able-bodied, so it was not a big issue, but call before booking if you need the elevators.

Everything was clean and in great condition. The pool was a few degrees cooler than our family would have liked but other than that no issues. Breakfast spread had lots of great options. I checked out the gym but did not use. I noticed a Peleton bike which is a nice touch.

Room was spacious, clean and beds were comfortable! Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Knly complaints were their oven went out so we had to eat out for breakfast and the pool was closed which was the only reason we booked this hotel.

The room was very clean, the area was quiet and really enjoyed being able to have my dog in the room with me. Parking is tight if you have a big vehicle was the only thing I noticed as a flaw. Will definitely be back.

Nice looking hotel from the outside. Close to restaurants. The room was decent but not great. The beds were terrible. They were very bouncy and sunk in the middle. Like the mattress was "V" shaped. Both beds were like that. And the sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable as well. Also the bathroom door was a pocket door that could not be locked. Weird. Bathroom needed some better cleaning too. The pool was very small, very crowded, and very cold. The breakfast was pretty good as far as hotel breakfast goes. Not sure if I would stay here again.

When we arrived about 5:00 p.m. no member of the staff at the desk. I had to go looking in the back room for someone. Eventually they came to the front and checked us in, but acted like we were interrupting them. Very rude. Also, our room had a strange odor which we could not identify. The next morning the staff said that animals are allowed in all rooms. Beware!!

This is a clean and quite place, everything is spotless and smell great. Most likely the property is new (as of 02/2023). I do see they have a motto at the entrance that states satisfaction guaranteed if not the night is on us" or something like that. I haven\'t seen such a confident statement by any in recent times. Breakfast was good with decent options. Checkout is at noon and the rooms are spacious at around 350sqft, furniture and interior, amenities are all clean and new as well. Hardly anything negative about the hotel. Outside there are plenty eating options, just walking distance, chickfila, culvers, panera, KFC, McD etc.. to name few.

Really liked that they refreshed towels daily but after a week they still hadn’t changed the linens. It took two days of asking to get the sheets changed on day 9 of our stay. I also wish they had wiped down surfaces in the room a few times.

This place is in a nice safe place. The area is nice and clean, there is a lot of walkable food options. Great location, the coffee bar is very nice, staff was very nice too, and the room was very nice, clean, with fresh towels and pillow options. Overall I give this place 8.5 stars

This was an excellent hotel. The staff was very nice, the breakfast was really good for being a hotel, and the rooms were very nice. The only thing i didnt like is above the sink in the kitchen section there was a little light that stayed on and you cant turn it off. That was annoying to us because we like it dark when we sleep other then that is was a grwat stay. That little light will not stop us from staying there again, this will be our new spot.

Home2 Suites was a nice hotel. However our room was "upgraded" from a 2 queen bed room to a 1 king room with a fold out couch in each. Therefore, my teenage son and daughter needed to share a bed. Also, the fragrances in the room and hotel were horrible. Too strong Lysol cleaning. Yet, bathroom soaps were all natural. I wish their cleaning products were as all natural as their toiletries. Front desk was often unattended, requested that no housekeeping be done, yet housekeeping cleaned our room anyway.

This is by far my favorite hotel that I've ever stayed at! It was clean, quiet, and easy to find. There are plenty of food options within walking distance, although most you will have to drive to due to how the streets are set up. The staff was highly professional and extremely kind. Our room was massive, clean, and my six-year-old son loved it as much as I did. Even the carts to take your luggage from your car to your room were better than what they have at most hotels! I wish that we could have stayed at this hotel longer than just one night, but it was just a place to stay while we continued driving to our destination (South Carolina). I highly recommend this hotel!

The hot breakfast is good. Typical stuff but presented well with a lot of options. Good price to sleep 3-4 well and nice to have the kitchenette to use to cut down on meal costs. Lots of room to spread out.

Very nice. rooms are big, beds are nice, bathroom is perfect. We only stayed over night but it would be great for a longer stay, refrigerator and microwave in the room. Breakfast was better than today's average. The only problem we had was breakfast closes at 9 and even if you are sitting right there IT IS CLOSED with out warning. I will be back

It looked and smelled clean. Location was good Cracker Barrel, Panera, Culver’s and Waffle House are in walking distance.Pillows were subpar and when we asked for another pillow, no luck. Front desk was unmanned when we tried to check out at 6:30 am. Breakfast is primarily premade breakfast sandwiches.

Had to change rooms 3×1st room. The shower drip was not clean. The second room when I pulled back the sheet and the bed there was blood on the mattress. The third room was OK this property is not new. Stuff looked like it was falling apart. The breakfast was horrible. The staff was very polite very helpful. Very nice and tried to accommodate me to make up for the mishaps.

The outside was very nice. The check in clerk was wonderful. A housekeeper kept parking in a handicap spot and front desk did nothing. Housekeeping kept yelling and laughing at 9:00 a.m. roughly during cleaning rooms and woke us all up. The pool had a big glob of hair floating in it and there wasn't a net to get it out, so we didn't even use it. Our room was nice, aside from the shower constantly dripping, the faucet in the kitchen was about to fall off (we didn't use it) and the toilet moved everytime we used it. I let whoever texted asking about my stay know about issues. I had a DND on my door, and it absolutely didn't matter! Someone came banging on my door to repair issues with the room, but I told them to come back. Someone tried getting in my room at night. Not sure who it was. Last night there, I was kept awake by someone outside playing music loud and singing loudly. When I approached front desk, they just laughed at me. I always stay at Home2 when on vacation, but I might start staying somewhere else. Almost $1,000 for 4 days 4 nights, just wasn't worth it this vacation.
