A true B&B complete with a WONDERFUL breakfast. The full bathroom in the room, not down the hall, was very clean. Quite comfortable as there is an individual thermostat in each room. Beautifully renovated Victorian-era home. The hosts were super friendly and very accommodating.

A gorgeous Victorian house that has been beautifully restored. The staircase is a work of art. Our room was very large and well appointed and the en-suite bath was spotless, with every toiletry you could want stocked. The bed was a cloud and we slept like stones. The hosts were engaged and warm and welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. They clearly enjoy people. The breakfast supplied was gourmet quality and may require a nap afterward. It does front a busy street so there was some traffic noise, but nothing a pair of ear plugs won't conquer. By 10pm it was dead quiet. If you find yourself in the area and are looking for a great place for a night or two, this home should be at the top of your list. We are thrilled with our experience.

AMAZING B&B experience!!! Don’t think twice about booking here. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was the best! Awesome comfy bed, super soft bedding and towels, truffles on the bedside table, and many other extras I’ve not seen elsewhere. The tub was AWESOME! Lights, jets, warming jets, etc. Everything was super clean and inviting. Pete and Keri are awesome hosts- warm and kind, very detail-oriented. The breakfast was top-notch and not to be missed. Yummy local coffees, fresh fruit, belgium waffles, fluffy eggs, bacon… it was a hit. We will definitely be back!

The House is lovely- Edwardian, with high ceilings, and wonderful parquet floors. It’s two blocks away from the river and downtown. The bedroom was comfortable; the bathroom was huge and luxurious. The couple who own the house and run the B&B are extremely good at what they do - friendly, charming, and super-efficient. It was an elegant and enjoyable experience.

The Katherine Holle house is absolutely beautiful. I love how there is so much of the original home lovingly restored. The room was extremely comfortable and I had the best night’s sleep ever. It is within easy walking distance to downtown and restaurants.

The rooms were right on the road and we listened to loud motorcycles and trucks the entire time. The room and bed was not very comfortable. The owners were nice and friendly and cooked a very nice breakfast.

Breakfast of the gods! Wonderful stay in a quiet little town. But plenty to do as we biked, kayaked, and listened to some great live music. Would definitely recommend, only drawback was siren noise from the nearby fire department.

Keri and Pete are amazing host! we were gretted when we arrived almost like we were family and not just guests. given a breif tour, they provided a list of their favorite restaurants and things to do. Breakfast was delicious! room was perfect. Bed extremely comfortable. Our children got us the extra package, #4,. Keri put it together beautifully and Pete picked the perfect wine. Would love to go again in the future.

Very nice. Easy to find. Couple running the B and B were very personable and accommodating . We had an appointment that would make us arrive late and they were very nice to allow us early check in. Bed was a little soft to my taste but overall a great stay. Breakfast was very good. Friend puppy Maggie. I would recommend this B and B to others.

What a gem! Couldn't have asked for better hosts. This was a highlight of a last minute trip. The owner's Keri and Pete made sure we had everything we could need and then some. Can't wait to repeat our stay in the future!

Due to a leaky window, we were upgraded to the Honeymoon Suite & it was fabulous! The room was exquisite! Our hosts were incredible! They go above & beyond to make sure their guests don't just feel like guests, but like family! The breakfasts were phenomenal! We will definitely stay again!

We truly enjoyed our one night stay. The owners were super friendly and accommodating. when AC was not working they moved us to a different room which was way more of a room then then we ever expected. We would for sure plan to stay again when we go to visit our grandson in Lake Mills.

This was a wonderful discovery. The property is well designed and well located. The hosts were very friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful and make sure my stay was pleasant. All around it almost reminded me of a nice Korean guest house. The Sunday Belgian Waffle spread is absolutely worth taking the trip. If you like a well situated B&B, that is friendly, centrally located in Watertown, and full of charm, look no further.

Our stay at The Katherine Holle House was exactly what we needed for an overnight stay. It was about 5 minutes from the venue where we were performing. There was some outside remodeling going on that in no way hindered our stay. The owners are downright lovely people and the breakfast was delicious. The decor takes you back to when times were simple and people were neighborly. The location puts you in close proximity to major highways and interstates and seemed to be quiet when we were there. Restaurants in the area are limited but also have an atmosphere of “the good old days” when people were neighborly. All in all I would definitely recommend The Katherine Holle House if you are passing through Watertown WI.

A true B&B complete with a WONDERFUL breakfast. The full bathroom in the room, not down the hall, was very clean. Quite comfortable as there is an individual thermostat in each room. Beautifully renovated Victorian-era home. The hosts were super friendly and very accommodating.

This was a wonderful discovery. The property is well designed and well located. The hosts were very friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful and make sure my stay was pleasant. All around it almost reminded me of a nice Korean guest house. The Sunday Belgian Waffle spread is absolutely worth taking the trip. If you like a well situated B&B, that is friendly, centrally located in Watertown, and full of charm, look no further.

Breakfast of the gods! Wonderful stay in a quiet little town. But plenty to do as we biked, kayaked, and listened to some great live music. Would definitely recommend, only drawback was siren noise from the nearby fire department.

Keri and Pete are amazing host! we were gretted when we arrived almost like we were family and not just guests. given a breif tour, they provided a list of their favorite restaurants and things to do. Breakfast was delicious! room was perfect. Bed extremely comfortable. Our children got us the extra package, #4,. Keri put it together beautifully and Pete picked the perfect wine. Would love to go again in the future.

I was in town for a wedding reception and was happy to find this great B&B in Watertown instead of settling for a drab hotel room. I stayed in the Travel Suite for two nights. The room and the rest of the establishment was very clean. I really liked that the rooms all have their own private attached baths - which is often not the case in a B&B. Breakfast was top notch - Pete and Keri served a different, delicious breakfast each morning. They were also very helpful explaining the local sites and shops. It was a pleasure staying at their establishment and I can highly recommend it. It's a beautiful Victorian with a lot of character. Oh, and their dog Maggie is extra friendly!
