Condo was clean and well appointed. We had great weather, so the screened porch was wonderful. Had to go in a couple of times due to someone smoking upstairs but not the condo's fault. Was disappointed how expensive the daily fee for use of the Club facilities. Again, not the condo's fault but does make it less of a "resort".

This property is a great place to stay, especially if you are participating in a tennis tournament at The Peninsula. We stayed there last September and it was dirty, the carpet was stained, and the check in process was difficult. A new host has taken over since then and everything was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. Great area, comfortable beds, spacious condo, lovely golf course view. Easy 5 mile drive to restaurants and beautiful beach. Few comments though: Patio furniture not at all comfortable, bedroom windows did not open, insufficient towels, sparse kitchen ware. $40.00 per person per day for use of tennis/pickleball courts and very average pool.
