wonderful staff, rooms were clean and comfortable and quiet. Location is unmatched, and this hotel is MUCH MUCH better than Sultanhan hotel ( staff, location, amenities, cleanliness)--- Their rates are reasonable for a BETTER hotel than any of the other nearby self-styled " upscale hotels-- including Sultanhan and HagyaSofia mansions )

Very nice hotel, perfectly located within an easy walking distance of all the main sites in the old city. The staff was extremely helpful, particularly Ihan who helped arrange a private tour guide and made helpful restaurant recommendations.

During my stay at the Vogue Hotel Supreme, I requested at check-out that the hotel call a trusted taxi, indicated by them, with a charge for the taximeter. Upon arriving at my destination, the driver charged the card for a much higher amount than that registered on the taximeter and left the place immediately, without any possibility of clarification at the moment. I contacted the hotel as soon as I realized what happened, since the service was mediated by them. However, I didn't get any feedback, explanation or any kind of support. The total lack of positioning in the face of a serious problem involving a service indicated by the hotel itself was extremely disappointing. When a hotel proposes to indicate or mediate external services, a minimum of responsibility and support to the guest is expected in situations like this. Unfortunately, this didn't happen. I leave this report as an alert to future guests.

Clean, spacious family room. They put 3 single bed for our kids, along with king bed which worked out perfectly for our family. Modern, clean bathroom, nice daily breakfast and good luggage pickup and drop service. Location was nearby to blue mosque, hagia sofia, grand bazaar. Staff was super courteous.
