The place overall was just OK. It could’ve been better. When we checked in either the person didn’t like her job I was having a bad dayor she just didn’t like us- either way she wasn’t the most welcoming. We got to our room and the AC was broken. She immediately told us there were no rooms to switch to, because they were all sold out,but somehow within 10 minutes another person told us they would switch us

Outdoor pool was very cold and had a very strong chlorine smell to it. This is my second time to stay in this hotel. Both times, I’ve found the hotel staff behind the counter to be extremely rude. Almost like they didn’t want me to stay there.
