We had a marvellous time at this hotel! It was stunning, clean, and served excellent food and drinks. The service was perfect, we felt like celebrities! The staff were very attentive, and we would like to particularly thank Trang who ensured we had everything we required to make our stay special and complete. The spa was of a high standard, the treatments were very good and the staff really went out of their way to make sure we were relaxed. The location is perfect for exploring the area.

Second time staying at this lovely, central hotel in the Old Quarter. Great location and close to restaurants, bars and shops. The room was very clean, spacious with great amenities. Breakfast is a buffet selection of local and European with several egg dish options to order. The Skybar is a great place to hang out at night with a wonderful view across the lake.

Fantastic 5 day stay.Beautiful clean facilities and great staff.Breakfast was well above average.Roof top bar is quite famous and easy to see why.Great place to watch sunset and enjoy a drink.Rooms are very tasteful and up market.Recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff really knows how to take care of their guests. From the time you arrive they receive you like VIP’s to the day you leave they cater to your every need. The amenities were great, the spa offered good packages, very clean and nicely set up. Cool rooftop bar. But the one thing I enjoyed the most was the amazing breakfast. I got so spoiled, it ruined my experience at the hotels I stayed after.

We had a quick one-night stay at La Sinfonia. We could not fault the location - it is well positioned in Old Quarter and on a side street off the main road, so the traffic is less. We faced the lake and didn’t notice any road noise. We had stayed at a different hotel in Hanoi earlier in our trip. This hotel was better positioned but had smaller rooms. We also weren’t a fan of the bath/shower but asides from that, we thought it was a great hotel! Although there is no pool, the rooftop bar is spectacular. The buffet breakfast was also great!

Great location in the center of Hanoi, walking distance to all the attractions. There was of plenty of food options close by and the hotel restaurant and rooftop bar also high quality. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Would stay again

Great location. Staff was incredible. Comfortable room. I was on the front of the building which proved slightly noisy with weekend lake events going on but slept wonderfully in the comfortable bed even so. The tub/shower requires high stepping into which could be challenging for those with mobility issues. Also my colleagues had rooms without windows- it didn’t bother them per se but personally I welcomed the lovely balcony!

The staff in the hotel was fantastic they went out of their way to make sure you had the best time in Hanoi. The room facilities were good, traffic noise didn’t come in which was a bonus. The only small con that the walls are thin and you can hear the people in the rooms next to you but luckily this wasn’t a major issue as we had neighbours who went to bed about the same time as us.

A very comfortable hotel with great service. The rooms are snug but well appointed with all amenities. If you are looking for a very quiet stay opt for an internal facing rooms as those with balconies have a fantastic view, and give you a great atmosphere of the lake and old town, however can be noisy late into the night and early morning. We dined in the restaurant which was great food and service. Overall we had a great experience at the La Sinfonia del Ray.

Great location. Nice property. Design very stylish and cool but a little dark if that’s not your taste. Basement rooms are spacious and good enough. Staff is amazing. Friendly, professional and attentive. The people are top notch! Klaus and Ms Trang are of greatest assistance and taking thorough care for us

Staff is amazing and goes above and beyond. We needed assistance with rebooking flights due to the Middle East airports being closed and everyone was very helpful. We only stayed one night but would recommend. Location is great.

The staff at La Sinfonia made our stay exepional! They can’t do enough for you and always with a smile .. felt they were very approachable. They helped us organise and as I was in my own before my daughter joined me I felt safe and looked after. Breakfast amazing! I would come straight back here in a heart beat their customer service is spot on. Thankyou to Lucy, Henry and Rose for making my stay in Hanoi so special!

Top notch service at all times from staff here. Very attentive at all times. The location is great and very walkable. The breakfast had a ton of delicious options. The rooftop bar is great for drinks at sunset. The spa is very clean and peaceful. Will stay here again when we return to Hanoi.

I cannot thank the staff at this hotel enough. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. After leaving my passport on my flight, the front desk staff jumped into action and they were on the phone to Vietjet within minutes trying to locate my passport for me. Within an hour they came to the room to tell me my passport was being delivered. Later that evening, they delivered it to my room. The rooms themselves were clean and well appointed although one of the rooms was smaller and the bathroom lacked a full door or proper lighting. We shared this feedback upon leaving the hotel and the staff was gracious and apologetic. I've not seen a hotel staff be so committed to ensuring their guests are taken care of. The food at the breakfast was excellent as was the room service. They even allowed us to order after the 9:45 pm cutoff. The location is great for walking around the Old Quarter and the lake, you can't beat it. It does get loud and busy and at times there is a market in front that limits traffic but the staff has that handled as well. The bellman helped get us a car to the airport and walked the 2 blocks with all of our luggage to see us off. Again, they really go above and beyond at this hotel.

I cannot thank the staff at this hotel enough. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. After leaving my passport on my flight, the front desk staff jumped into action and they were on the phone to Vietjet within minutes trying to locate my passport for me. Within an hour they came to the room to tell me my passport was being delivered. Later that evening, they delivered it to my room. The rooms themselves were clean and well appointed although one of the rooms was smaller and the bathroom lacked a full door or proper lighting. We shared this feedback upon leaving the hotel and the staff was gracious and apologetic. I've not seen a hotel staff be so committed to ensuring their guests are taken care of. The food at the breakfast was excellent as was the room service. They even allowed us to order after the 9:45 pm cutoff. The location is great for walking around the Old Quarter and the lake, you can't beat it. We booked this hotel for our wedding anniversary and regretted it so much, because we had the worst night there. Our room had a window facing a super busy avenue with never ending honking, and then someone decided to sing karaoke right under the window until 3am on maximum volume (with a huge speaker). Then, at 7am, dancing started in a part in front of the window, again, it was so loud, we couldn't even be in the room. This is the noisiest place we've ever been to. We tried to change the room, but they told us that they have none available. In the morning, they apologised about the noise and offered us a free transfer or a small partial refund in exchange for not publishing a review online - of course we refused. This practice is so horrible and dishonest! That explains the high rating of this hotel - so artificial! If we knew about the noise, we would have never booked this hotel. The most disappointing experience ever.

This is a beautiful hotel. Jenny welcomed us with lots of information about the hotel and the area surrounding it. Sinfonía del Remus have the friendliest and best trained staff you'll come across. We had an early start and they organised an excellent take away breakfast for our journey.

The staff really knows how to take care of their guests. From the time you arrive they receive you like VIP’s to the day you leave they cater to your every need. The amenities were great, the spa offered good packages, very clean and nicely set up. Cool rooftop bar. But the one thing I enjoyed the most was the amazing breakfast. I got so spoiled, it ruined my experience at the hotels I stayed after.

This is a great hotel with the perfect combination of location and quality. It is located at the edge of the old quarter so its near enough but a nice escape from the busyness old quarter. Staff here go above and beyond to help you with suggestions on things to do in the country and also with any special food or dietary requirements. Special mention for Nam who was very helpful. Boutique hotel atmosphere that really goes above and beyond with friendly, personalized service. Trang, in particular, was very helpful with navigation around the city, our first time there. Wonderful location in the old quarter, right near the lake, which means it’s part of the pedestrian-only area on the weekend but also just a block away from cars if you need them. Breakfast buffet was exceptional and missed when we got back home. Everything was just really top-notch. Would definitely recommend!

Our room had very bad water pressure. It was small and the cleaner didnt make the bed. Overall not worth the price. There Are better hotel with swimming pools, which can be nice in Hanoi hot summer.

We stay here for a week and had a wonderful stay at La Sinfonia del Rey Hotel in Hanoi. The location couldn’t be more central — just steps away from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and within easy walking distance of the Old Quarter’s main attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. I would happily stay here again.
