Clean room. Nice property very well maintained. Love staying in Las Vegas and NOT having to walk through a casino! Would stay again!

Due to an issue with our original room, the hotel gave our room away and then described our replacement as an “upgrade” to a high-floor suite. In reality, we were placed on the 3rd floor of a 5-floor hotel and lost our two queen beds. Instead, we were given one king bed and a pull-out couch. If the hotel had contacted us prior to arrival, I would have booked elsewhere. My son is 6’4” and cannot sleep on a pull-out couch, which is where I am currently writing this review from. I am nearly 50 and have a cervical spine injury (C3/C4), yet I am now the one sleeping on the pull-out. At check-in, the front desk attempted to justify the change by pointing out that the room has a “kitchen,” which consists only of a mini-fridge and microwave. We are staying one night and did not need a kitchen—we needed two beds. The most frustrating part of this experience is the lack of advance notice. This change was made without our consent, leaving us with no opportunity to make alternate arrangements. We were also informed the change was made due to us booking through hotel.com, a third party. My recommendation is to call ahead (day of) at this hotel to ensure you have the correct room.
