Excellent stay! This hotel has it all, nice comfortable rooms, scrumptious breakfast ev charging and a nice restaurant right on site. The one thing that I liked the most was the shower. Water was always HOT and the water pressure was high in a large shower area.

The service and friendliness of the staff was great. The reason I’m giving 2 stars for this visit is because 11 cars were broken into overnight while staying at the hotel. I wish that I could say that this was a random situation, but we learned that this same thing happened two months ago two consecutive nights in a row. Staff was very willing to help us clean up our rental car, but anyone with a family should consider staying in a hotel with better security.

This location has a decent gym for a hotel. Cable machine with limited attachments. They have dumbells up to 75 pounds. I have stayed here twice. The first room was good. The second room was nice but shower door would not stay closed and i had to push the door to shut and latch.

This hotel has an excellent breakfast area. An indoor pool was great to be able to use in the late March weather, though a little cooler water temp. than I prefer. Very pleasant and helpful staff!

Great stay. The hotel staff is exceptional. The free breakfast is wonderful. A couple of things need to be repaired at the hotel. One of the elevators doesn't work which meant long lines on the weekend with the staff and guests all sharing an elevator. The ice machine on our floor was broken which meant riding the elevator to get ice. The hotel is on a busy road and adjacent to a trauma hospital so during the night expect car engines and sirens.

We stayed one night and the room was very nice! The room was very nice, very updated and new looking. We were able to log onto the Hilton App and choose what room we wanted before we arrived, which we really enjoyed. Breakfast was very good. We also ate at the pizza/sandwich restaurant that is in the hotel and the food was very good. We did not get into the pool, but it was very nice, and it was quiet while we were there. The staff was friendly and helpful. I gave a 4 on cleanliness, only because I found several hairs in the bathroom. I realize it is hard to get every single nook and cranny, so I might be too critical? But hair is my cryptonite, so it bothered me. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay, and we would definitely recommend!!!!

Where people are getting these 5 stars from I am confused. This place was just not good. -Heavy smoke smell in the front and lobby when we arrived at night -Poop and pubic hair on toilet (manager did NOTHING about this when we alerted her) -Soap canister coming off wall -Part of the shower head fell off when I turned on the shower -Air con very loud and temp inconsistent -Damp/humid and sticky room due to crappy air con -Unfriendly and unhelpful staff

If I could give them six stars, I would. Everything about this day was amazing from the front desk to the living area. The bathroom, the rooms were big and spacious clean. I normally wear my house shoes, no matter what hotel I go to. I wasn’t a MUST to put them on with this stay and I love that. However I still wore them. Amazing stay!

Bedbugs on the 6th floor. I woke up with bedbugs biting my arms and have pictures of all the whelps and bedbugs crawling on the pillows. They did give me a different room and comped 1 night but tried to say it wasn’t bedbugs and should have comped the whole weekend not to mention my clothing and suitcase having to be thrown away or completely gone through and heat treated plus the hassle of all the itchy bites. I expected more from a Hampton in in terms of fixing the situation. Completely disappointed with the outcome

The hotel seemed nice and the staff was great. Our issue was we had a room with bed bugs😩 it was not covered however one is too many for me. I know things happen but the room we stayed in had issues with the toilet and then the bedbug issues. The staff were great and we ended up checking out and received a refund.

Staff were awesome; they truly make the hotel what it is. Had an issue with noise in an adjoining room (lady couldn't talk without screeching) and the hotel handled it well. After that it was smooth sailing. Great shuttle to downtown a few times a day. In a nice mid-point area to get around. Would definitely stay here again!

The problem was the AC. I had it doen on 66 and it was hot all night, until about 7 am, it got cold.

So let me start by saying that this hotel itself is very nice. It’s clean, large room and bathroom, nice shower, comfortable bed,etc. ……but we were facing the road which was constant vehicle noise. There must be emergency services close because there was unending sirens and horns from emergency vehicles during our stay. Insulation and windows served as no noise barrier from the street below. Not saying I wouldn’t stay here again, but it’d be in a room facing the rear. Ate at the adjoining restaurant which was very good. Breakfast was also really tasty.

It's really easy to get to downtown Nashville from this location. The view from the room was nice and the parking was easy. Room had one of the quietest A/C units I've ever encountered in any hotel room!!

I had 3 different rooms, small group. My stay was 9 days. My first room, a King, on the second floor was awesome as far as comfort, cleanliness, only one issue, the bathroom barn door was almost impossible to move, needs fixed, I let the front desk know. The second room, a double queen on the 7th floor, comfortable enough, but the ac was apparently broken, very noisy, but when I told the front desk they gave us another room. The second double queen on the 6th floor, was fine, but the beds were awful, very lumpy, definitely ready for replacement. It also had an ac issue, very, very humid in the room, everything felt damp. I did not inform the front desk. Stay was generally comfortable and just what we needed. One night the power went out almost all night, no ac so got a bit stuffy, and a high pitched alarm beeped all night so we did not get much sleep that night. No word from the front desk at all as to what happened, and it appears it was ONLY the hotel, not the surrounding area that was out.

This would have been an excellent experience were it not for the fact that the TV in our room did not work. On reporting this fact, we were invited to pick up a new remote at the desk. We did. The TV still did not work. On the positive side, we appreciated having a fine brewpub as part of the hotel complex.

Staff was not helpful in directing us to restaurants or even to areas where food was available. The in house restaurant was no our style of food. I was in town for a funeral and was not interested in traveling to the downtown area which apparently was close. Although the staff advised of the shuttle, it was 102 degrees that day and we did not want to go out and depend on that mode. No maps

When I arrived they did not have a room for me because they didn’t have a key to my room. When I finally got a room, the keys didn’t work. Other guests had the same issue. Someone from the hotel had to let us into our rooms. When another guest tried to call Corporate there was no answer. Very disappointed

Amazing staff! Good recommendations! Very clean and comfortable!

We checked in on Monday and out on Thursday. We were told that the room would be serviced every other day. So that meant Wednesday. That was ok. On Wednesday we had made arrangements to meet up with family at 10am. Since housekeeping was in the hallway when we returned from breakfast we put up the 'still in the room' we took it down when we left at 9:20. We again passed a housekeeping cart in the hallway. I used their text service to advise them that we were now out of the room, and got what appeared to be a standard reply. When we returned to the room at 6pm the room had not been serviced. Trash was not emptied and the coffee station not replenished, which were the 2 biggest needs, along with bed not made, no new towels etc. At check out I informed them of the issue. Along with the fact that the coffee station was almost empty of cups when we arrived and that the last coffee filter (from previous tenant) was still in the coffee maker. I was told that mgmt would check into it and contact me later in the day. Got no response. I texted the following day to go over the issue again. The response was that since I had the 'in the room' sign up (which was from 8 to 9:20am) the room was not serviced. When you try to tell someone that there was a problem that they may want to check into and you are then told that it was your fault, not theirs, it really rubs you the wrong way. The lady at check out could not have nicer. The hand off to the next level, not so much.

We checked in later in the evening, and unfortunately had a real difficult time understanding the receptionist. Her heavy accent made it almost impossible to understand what she was asking for. Later, I went down to ask for a couple of bottles of water and the eye roll and huff as she handed to me were not appreciated

Would not change a thing. Rockin Dough restaurant and every aspect of the hotel exceeded expectations. Spacious, clean, newly renovated, outstanding staff, comfortable bedding, quiet, great window coverings and decor, special requests happily accommodated. Easily the best Hampton Inn I’ve ever visited. THANKS, team!

The service and friendliness of the staff was great. The reason I’m giving 2 stars for this visit is because 11 cars were broken into overnight while staying at the hotel. I wish that I could say that this was a random situation, but we learned that this same thing happened two months ago two consecutive nights in a row. Staff was very willing to help us clean up our rental car, but anyone with a family should consider staying in a hotel with better security.

This is a great hotel! We loved the area it’s in. The best part was the complimentary shuttle that dropped us off close to Broadway downtown. Our driver William was awesome and very organized. The breakfast was delicious with great choices hot and cold. We would definitely recommend this hotel. It is about 20 min from downtown. Parking is great. They also have Tesla superchargers in the parking lot.

Stayed here when I was in town for a concert and loved this hotel. The bathroom was huge; room was very clean and in excellent condition; great breakfast, too. A little off the beaten path but an easy drive to downtown or East Nashville. Will definitely consider this hotel for future Nashville trips

So let me start by saying that this hotel itself is very nice. It’s clean, large room and bathroom, nice shower, comfortable bed,etc. ……but we were facing the road which was constant vehicle noise. There must be emergency services close because there was unending sirens and horns from emergency vehicles during our stay. Insulation and windows served as no noise barrier from the street below. Not saying I wouldn’t stay here again, but it’d be in a room facing the rear. Ate at the adjoining restaurant which was very good. Breakfast was also really tasty.

It's really easy to get to downtown Nashville from this location. The view from the room was nice and the parking was easy. Room had one of the quietest A/C units I've ever encountered in any hotel room!!

just in for an overnight to see a friend’s band. this Hampton Inn & Suites is a clean, easily accessible location. the staff is always very friendly. it’s close to East Nashville, where i visit; and also near the Opry Mills and downtown areas.

Ver accessible off the freeway. Not far from town with access to all freeways. Ample parking and grounds are kept up nicely. Staff is incredible and accommodations were very nice.

Excellent stay! This hotel has it all, nice comfortable rooms, scrumptious breakfast ev charging and a nice restaurant right on site. The one thing that I liked the most was the shower. Water was always HOT and the water pressure was high in a large shower area.

Amazing hotel. My son and I drove to Nashville from Ft. Myers, Fl. The hotel was amazing and had very nice large rooms that were very clean and comfortable. The staff is fabulous. The attached restaurant has excellent pizza and craft beer. The breakfast was great!! Perfect for a stay in Nashville with a free shuttle downtown Fri, Sat, Sun. We will be back!!!

Staff was very accommodating and accessible. The rooms were clean and stocked with plenty of towels and wash rags. Only dislike was the breakfast options. VERY limited with very little options to choose from.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when we decided to extend our stay by an extra night. The restaurant right next door was so convenient and saved us from having to go out or order late. The kids loved the pool, and the hotel was extremely clean and looked newer. Breakfast was also very good. Overall, a great experience. We would definitely stay again!
