Nice hotel with large and clean rooms. Staff was excellent. The only downside was the breakfast. It was mediocre and not prepared on time.

Staff member was very nice and helpful. Room was clean. I was surprised that there was no coffee maker or microwave in room. I really appreciated that the air conditioner was very quiet. Most hotel rooms that I've stayed in have been loud.

Was Not happy with some of the staff that work at the counter when you walk in. I let them know. They need to polish up on dress code and behavior issues. The one guy there was his first day. He was nice. The guy her him Halloween person seemed to be confused a little bit and the guy in the evening didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in. I smiled at him and he looked up and looked right back to play on his cell phone. The girls that’s worked there were very nice. The staff at the front desks the issue.

This hotel has a great staff. They are eager to please, polite and helpful. The general areas are clean and neat and our room was nice. But I have 3 complaints. 1. The caulking in the handicap shower had mold around the base. 2. The electric room darkening blind wouldn't go down because it was wired in reverse. Up was down and down was up. After I figured it out no big deal. Just poor maintenance. 3. The beds are OK but the mattress has very little support and lays on what feels like a piece of plywood. However, when you lay down you can sleep comfortably. If you're looking for a good deal on a hotel this is decent. I can live with some problems if the place is clean and the people are friendly and helpful. I will probably stay there again.
