There was a smell to the interiors hallways. We paid premium price for a Sat night due to concert at Winstar for an average hotel, but woke up to ants all through our room and bathroom. Spoke to the person on shift and Manager won't be told till Monday. Didn't even stay for a shower. Drove home and had to spend our Sunday cleaning out all our clothes and belongings and having my car cleaned.

The only positive was the young man at the desk that checked us in. Otherwise we were very disappointed in the staff and facilities. Our room door was broken and would not lock. I told the lady at the front desk when checking out and she said that she knew it and that they only have 1 maintenance person and 400+ rooms so he can only do so much. At breakfast they were out of gravy, butter, forks, and other items.. When my wife asked for forks the breakfast attendant told her to be patient because she could only do one thing at a time and when I asked for butter she told me she was waiting on the truck.

Can't speak to the free breakfast or amenities; however, the room as clean, the bed was comfortable, and the refrigerator was cold; although, the pillows were flat. My only real complaint is that the hallway was hot and humid! I was a hot Texas weekend and the poor AC in the room did just enough to keep the room slightly cool.
