Americana Modern Hotel

Always a joy to stay at the Americana Modern. This was our 4th stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are modern and tasteful. Area around hotel has a lot to do.

Very clean, amazingly comfortable beds, specially staff members Mateo & Heather! It was Redding rodeo weekend, slammed downtown, and it was the perfect location. Will definitely be our go-to hotel next time. Thank you to the staff and hotel stay! Amazing! 5 stars!!!

Cute hotel, just like its name it’s a piece of Americana. The renovations were done very well, and it was extremely comfortable. Right in the heart of downtown.

Parking is tight and contained. It felt safe. I'm glad I had my jeep compass and not my truck though since I came in very late, I might not have found parking. Luckily my jeep is small and I found myself a corner. The room was clean, Staff friendly and the free water and snacks in the front office was great. There are several nice places to eat near by.

Great location near businesses downtown. Room looked brand new.
