An absolutely fantastic hotel, the reception was great, nice explanation about the hotel's facilities, the room was top class with its own jacuzzi on the balcony, breakfast top class, sky bar (Over the moon) was top class, everything was just top class

Fint hotell, men ingen fasiliteter ved stranden. Hadde lyst til å se solnedgangen fra rooftop bar. Fikk ikke lov uten å ha forhåndsbooket en svinedyr bar-pakke på forhånd. Tullete.

Pas de problème pour la chambre (bonne literie, housekeeping très rapide) . Le petit déjeuner est bien même si quelques Chinois sont bruyants et impolis. Prix du bar et restaurant de l’hôtel cher (nous n’y sommes donc pas aller). La piscine (beau design) est un peu petite ce qui peut être gênant au milieu d’autres enfants qui jouent. Proche plage mais éloigné du centre de Jomtien (pas de navette).

ホテル全体もお部屋も綺麗でリゾート感がありとても素敵でした。 ふたつのプールとヴィラ、海も見えるお部屋で眺めも良かったです。 ホテルの周りはそこまでお店は多くないですが、ホテル内のカフェやレストランも素敵で美味しかったです。 マッサージ屋さんやセブンイレブン、小さめのスーパーが徒歩10分弱のところにあり便利でした。 滞在中プールがメンテナンスの日が多く、予定と合わずに入れなくて残念でしたがいつかまた伺ってリベンジしたいです。 ホテルのプライベートビーチも貸し出しの大きなクッションやタオル、パラソルがありとても心地よく過ごせました。 接客やサービスも丁寧で価格以上に感じられとても満足でした。

Super großes Zimmer, sehr sauber, mega Auswahl beim Frühstück. Netter Pool mit lustiger Reifenrutsche, auch wenn das Wasser sehr kalt ist. Süd Jomtien, mit dem Auto ca 30 minuten nach Pattaya. Direkt am Hotel an der Straße Einkaufsmöglichkeit für Getränke. Wenig Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe für Thailändische Verhältnisse (sehr Russland Lastig alle Restaurants in der Nähe) Restaurant im Hotel der Qualität entsprechend teurer wie ausserhalb aber trotzdem ok.

We enjoy our time at this resort. Few details to share, the breakfast is great, the beds are soft the pillow are too high that cause me neck pain. The pool is in front of the dinner hall. Kind of awkward. There is another pool but is plain with no music or other entertainment The hotel is greatly connected to the beach. Although we feel it was not enough son beds for the quantity of the guests. This hotel is famous for its rooftop but guess what it is not free for everyone goes there and enjoy the sun set. It has a minimum spend requirement and a reservation to be pre maid. After 7 it is open to the public but we went to check and you are not totally welcomed if you are just chilling out. So in the end the hotel Ofers not much for what you have already paid for. For us was classified as a standard hotel and not meet the fame of a top notch one

staff were in general quite friendly, breakfast food selection was moderate, no omelette which is quite surprising. the room was a bit aged... bath room sliding door was a bit stuck and bath water plug was leaking water, and the floor was a bit sticky. think the previous guest might have spilled some fizzy drinks... more importantly the walls were a bit thin, you could hear noises from other rooms and people coughing Pool was a bit small and the corners had a bit of slippery mould which could cause an accident Last of all, frontdesk could have more proactively shared that they have golf cart to send you to places

Nice room. Hotel has good services and roof rop bar & beach bar. A bit far away of everything but that is only minus.

Det mesta var bra, städningen kunde förbättras. Vi fick be om toalettpapper två gånger på fyra dagar. Bordet i vårt rum var kladdigt när vi flyttade in. I övrigt var det rent och fräscht och alla var otroligt vänliga och service minded Fint läge vid stansen. Ganska långt till Pattaya och shopping. Takbaren var fantastiskt fin och annorlunda!

Clean room good staff and eco friendly

部屋はプール付きのスイートルームに泊まったため、非常に眺めもよくて広い部屋で快適でした。 が、トイレの匂いや、ホテル内に小バエなどの虫がけっこう多くいて清潔感というところで気になりました。 また、アクセスがパタヤの中心からは離れていてラン島などの観光に出掛けるときは少し不便さがありました。早朝のバンコクへの移動はGrabのタクシーがつかまらないなどもありました。 ただ、全体的にはリゾート感を味わったり静かに過ごす分には非常によかったです。 プールもスライダーがあったりと良かったです。

Stayed in the poolside cabana. Room was as described with access to plunge pool and swimming pool. Property was clean and multiple options for dining on the premises. Included breakfast was wonderful. Staff were really helpful and knew I had a gluten allergy and made attempts to accommodate my restrictions on their own.

Tolles Urlauberhotel. Das Hotel war perfekt für meine Zwecke, insbesondere wegen der Nähe zu den Golfplätzen. Das Frühstück ist für europäische Gäste etwas einseitig, besonders wenn man länger bleibt. Für asiatische Geschmäcker wird jedoch eine sehr üppige Auswahl geboten. Die Qualität des Essens ist hervorragend, und es wird ständig nachgelegt. Besonders angenehm ist, dass man entweder klimatisiert frühstücken oder den Morgen an der frischen Luft genießen kann. Es gibt eine große Vielfalt, sodass jeder etwas Passendes findet. Abends ist das Restaurant auf dem Dach ein absolutes Highlight, allerdings nur mit Reservierung für den Außenbereich. Das Restaurant Moon sowie die Bar sind ebenfalls exzellent – die Speisen sind köstlich. Für die Qualität, insbesondere bei Sushi, finde ich die Preise jedoch vollkommen gerechtfertigt. Wer nach Abwechslung sucht, kann sich am Strand (nur etwa 300 Meter entfernt) noch kulinarisch austoben, und die Preise sind dort ebenfalls gut. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet. Wer ein Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken bekommt, wird mit einer tollen Aussicht belohnt. Leider gibt es ein Problem mit den Türen, die gerne zugeschlagen werden und schlecht schallgedämmt sind. Auch in den vorherigen Bewertungen wurde angemerkt, dass das Hotel viele russische Urlauber beherbergt. Was ich jedoch vermisst habe, ist die thailändische Freundlichkeit und der Wiedererkennungswert der Gäste, insbesondere beim Frühstück oder im Moon Restauntaufenthalt.

We booked Oceanfront pool villa for $450 per night which promised views of ocean and privacy. It was not villa, jist a singke room buildings attached to each other. Ocean was 150 meters away and obstructed view by lagoon and overgrown marsh/tree

From check-in to check-out, it was a pleasurable stay. The staff are full of smiles and very courteous. Amenities are exceptional and plenty to do for adults and kids alike. Food selection and quality very good. Look forward to visiting again.

It is very recently built. Condition was good But location is far from any tourist spot Also receptionist was horrible at service and rude. I've have never seen this rude receptionist at 5 stars resort

The hospitality is great and staffs are really nice. Got a free upgrade from the hotel. Breakfast are really good as well.

Das sehr teure Zimmer mit toller Aussicht wurde extra für ein professionelles Fotoshooting gebucht, d.h. es waren zusätzlich hohe Kosten für Fotograf, Visagistin, Accessoires entstanden und natürlich wurde entsprechend Zeitvorlauf benötigt. Dass die Bitte nach einem früheren Check-In nicht erfüllt werden konnte ist kein Problem; wenn man aber zu dem ohnehin späten, bestätigten Check-In Termin (15 Uhr) gesagt bekommt, man könne erst 1-3 Stunden später (!!) einchecken ist absolut inakzeptabel. Es wurde dann 16 Uhr und das Fotoshooting konnte noch durchgeführt werden, aber natürlich entstand so unnötiger Zeitdruck und es musste improvisiert werden. Daher kann ich für diesen Aufenthalt leider nur zwei Sterne vergeben. Schade, erst recht für ein eigentlich so exclusives Hotel.

Very nice property, staff was friendly and very helpful! I would definitely stay again! I’m also from the USA and this made my first trip out of the country wonderful.

I stayed at 5 other hotels during my time in Pattaya and this was by far the best! From the staff to the room & also the breakfast options, the stay was phenomenal and will be back!

Location is further away from center of Pattaya, but it's quite and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Grab was our daily transportation going outside of hotel.

Great place for families, especially those with small children. The location was great with beach close by and easy access to transportation to Pattaya. The breakfasts were sensational and the highlight of my trip.

The place is away from the city has direct access to the beach and is nice and cozy - the service can improve other than that very nice family friendly place

Good value, nice & comfortable room , a bit fa out of town centre

Easy Parking, 15minutes drive to walking street, but there are resturant which serves really good thai food, massage and 7-11 in 5min walk, very convenient. Room is clean and tidy, polite and patient staff, pool and beach is really good, many dishes in breakfast buffet.

Great place for families, especially those with small children. The location was great with beach close by and easy access to transportation to Pattaya. The breakfasts were sensational and the highlight of my trip.

It was a great stay for our family. A good breakfast and nice beach side. I would stay here again if I revist Pattaya.

I honestly wanted to love it, but it was just ok. What we liked: We loved the beach restaurant. Thought the food was good there. Good vibe too. The Over the Moon rooftop looked awesome. Really well done. Food in the Oyster restaurant was pretty good. Service was VERY nice. Everyone was smiling and friendly. The Bad: To start with, the walls on the way to the rooms are a mess. Big pieces of paint missing on a black wall is pretty easy to see and easier to fix. Tons of them everywhere. Not sure why this was allowed to happen We rented a room with a "pool" and then a private villa with pool access also . Not sure what to say here. The pools come up to your knees. Maybe just above your knees but I have never seen a pool so shallow before. You definitely can't swim in them. You can wade around but that is it. Disappointing considering I booked here just for that reason. Lastly, the room service food was very off. I guess it is the Western food they struggled with but we spent $60 on a floating breakfast for two that was almost iun-eatable and I ordered a dish with potatoes one night and the potatoes were almost raw. I am not a complainer, but just being honest. I give this a 3 star experience.
