Hotel Indigo - Chester by IHG

Quarto bem estruturado, com minibar, com bastante espaço e cama muito confortável. Equipe atenciosa e eficiente. Café da manhã com muitas opções.

Did not buy breakfast. Too expensive.

Best nights sleep i have had in a hotel in years. Room was clean and modern with everything needed. Down point was breakfast, ran out of most items, food was hard.

The Bar. Needs extra, more trained staff, especially when restaurant is open. The service was really slow and tables were not cleared in a timely manner. However, the staff were very pleasant and courteous even though they could have worked a bit faster. The bar phone rang out without being answered. A senior member of staff tried to get to it but was annoyed it wasn't answered. Maybe put her in charge of bar staff training! Overall it did not stop our enjoyment and will return.

Beautiful boutique style hotel, stunning rooms with super comfy beds, amazing steak meal with super helpful friendly staff working, we will definitely be back!
