Four Points by Sheraton Balikpapan

All good except being woken at 4am by the loud noise from the mosque every morning! Need to install double glazed windows on that side of the hotel.

In general every went smooth during our stay at Four Point Stay. All the staff very helpful.

Wonderful Stay! I had a fantastic experience during my recent stay at this hotel. The rooms were impressively spacious and impeccably clean, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, which added to the overall comfort. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, and professional—but I want to give a special Thanks to Ghita and Fitria (hope I spelled your names right!) . Their kindness and helpfulness went above and beyond, and they made me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my visit.

Thank you for a great hospitality. All staffs are very friendly and kindly. Poolside room was very quiet (there is mosque on another side, from early morning, adhan’s sound is coming from speakers).
