Tru by Hilton Denver Airport Tower Road

Little less of a TRU experience. *Out of body wash in shower *Some power outlets not working (breaker issue is what we were told) *Pancake Machine not working for breakfast *Sink faucet off centered / rotated *$15 parking is just a money grab. Noticed a few cars saved the $15 by parking on street 10 feet from the parking lot.

Room was clean, breakfast was good!

Showers need to be deep cleaned.

We waited for over 50 minutes for the airport shuttle. The front desk person couldn’t care less. I will never stay at this hotel again and let all my friends know not to stay here either.

They advertise electric vehicle charging on their website which is why I specifically booked my stay. When I arrived all of the charging stations had cords that had been cut by the property. When asking to cancel my reservation the front desk informed me I had to go through hotels.com which I proceeded to do. I specifically requested that my reservation only be cancelled if I could have a refund. When hotels.com contacted the property they informed the agent they were cancelling my booking but before confirming refund hung up on the agent and proceeded to hang up on them several more times. When another agent tried contacting them, they would not answer. I was left without a reservation or a refund. Very unimpressed with the customer service as well as false advertising of amenities. Will not be staying with Hilton again.
