Overall a great place to stay. The apartment was clean and tidy and within easy access to restaraunts etc.15 minute walk to old town. 2 minor points, there was nobody there to greet us (our confirmation said there would be) and one of the shower heads was broken. However, neither detracted from a great stay. Would definitely stay there again.

4 stars for its generous space at a very convenient location. Lovely parks & all sorts of shops & restaurants along the tram route for local tastes. 10 mins by tram to main tourist area, or you can walk too. #59 then #26 you're almist at its door from the airport. Very easy to find. The owner texts you upon your arrival (not before that) to give room number & door code etc so make sure you've data mobile or using wifi at the airport first. Good for large group travel given the space. It's like a home with old features but it's very clean. The building itself is charming. Very safe to walk around. I used senior prices for public transportation and tourist tickets around which was a bonus. They probably need to change some of the old sheets though I believe that they're clean.

Lett å finne frem. Kontaktløs innsjekk og utsjekk- god kommunikasjon med utleier. Vi sendte melding til utleier om at vi ikke syntes det var tilfredstillende renhold. Opplevde utleier som seriøs og tok tak i vår henvendelse med en gang. Leiligheten ble rengjort grundig. Stor, lys og trivelig leilighet. Fin park i nærområdet og god kollektiv transport. Ett pluss med både vaske- og oppvaskmaskin i leiligheten.

I have traveled many different countries and stayed in many hotels and apartments hotels. This place was lacking and was nothing like the pictures. Needs major upgrades and information for its guest. The room was musty and dirty floor. Bugs flying around.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber lief super ab! Leider war die Wohnung, die wir bekommen haben, sehr dreckig. Die Böden waren nicht gewischt, das Geschirr in der Küche war sehr dreckig, genauso wie der Backofen. Unser Bettbezug war sehr fleckig und die Handtücher waren auch dreckig. Das Wasser ging nicht richtig und hatte immer wieder Aussetzer. Wir waren im großen und Ganzen nicht zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und würden nicht wieder kommen.

So schade, wäre die Unterkunft sauber und gut gepflegt wäre es eine 10/10. Leider schmutziger Boden, schmutzige Toilette, Abdrücke auf vielen Oberflächen, fleckiges Sofa . Pro: geschmackvolle Einrichtung, unkomplizierter Check-in, tolle Lage.

샤워실 ,세면대 물이 매우 친절하게 잘 안빠졌고... 이불 소파 그렇게 깨끗하게 보이지 않았지만 잠은 매우 편안하게 잤고 하지만 좀 낡았구요. 교통 좋은편, 근처슈퍼 있고 근데 샤워실 깔끔하지 않고, 근처에 좋은 공원이 있고, 이불이 덜 청결한거 같다는 생각이 막 들려는 찰라에 편리하게 체크아웃 했습니다.

Apartment had a nice modern bedroom and kitchen. Staff was excellent, we had a few issues but they took care of them right away. Sofa sleepers are very warm and need replacement. Stained and torn, and ear plugs are required as this units bedroom shared a wall with main entrance, door slamming may wake you. Good location, about 25 minute walk to Christmas market, but a nice pleasant walk thru Letna Park. Very safe

Very good location and good amenities, only the fact that the boiler delayed a lot to warm the water bothers me. We were in 4 in the apartment and we needed to control the time in the shower to avoid some to have a cold shower.

Lejligheden ligger på 5. Sal med skråvinduer. Så lejligheden var mørk og vinduerne lå så højt og skrånede så meget, man ikke kunne se ud af dem. Der var meget varmt i lejligheden og aircondition var i stykker, så vi måtte sove med åbne vinduer. Men så var eer virkelig meget larm fra gaden - udrykning og trafikstøj. Ingen vinduer i køkken og opholdsrum, hvilket var som at sidde under jorden i en bunker. Mangelfuld køkken i forhold til service og køkkenredskaber. Vi fandt et par gamle underbukser Beskidte underbukser i en skuffe på et værelse. Elendig beliggenhed i kedeligt beskidt kvarter. Fraråder alle ophold i denne lejlighed. Eneste gode var sengene.

Property was good, kitchen was new and modern bathroom was clean and pleasant, sofa sleepers were worn and matresses need replaced. They were a bit strained. Customer service was great, had a few issues but they fixed them immediately. Great location to all the sites, if your okay with walking. We enjoyed the beauty of Letna park. Definitely need earplugs as bedroom shares wall with main hallway and entrance door slamming. Good price, just need new sofas.

The property was just right for ourselves and our 13 year old grandson. We could however have done with a baking tray for the oven and another oven shelf plus an oven glove or equivalent to take hot things out of the oven.

Absolutely dissatisfied with checking in. I had no access to the room. An owner/manager never shared the access to the property and did not wait for me to check in. I was lucky I met two Americans from Michigan who called the owner/manager of the property and then, after 45 minutes waiting outside on the street at the lock door, I was able to check in at 6 pm. I do not recommend this place.

The host was not responsive to our requests. There was no remote control for the TV and it took 3 days to get one. The pillows were horrible and the bed had a big gap in the middle when two single beds were put together as one king bed

Place is not an hotel room. Its more like an apartment. The design of the apartment is fine. Location is near the Letna Park and it is easy to transport. And close to the city center by walking. Toilet was not perfectly clean. Check in is a little bit different because there is no reception. They will call you and give you the check in details via text. So expect a phone call or text message on the day of check in from a foreign number :)

Nice location of apartment right next to Letna park and very good public transport from Letenske Namesti next by. The apartment had good standard with nice bed and bathroom and necessary amenities in kitchen. The heating did not work, but when I contacted the owner, I got quick help and good service and problem was fixed. A pleasant stay, would recommend for both shorter and longer stays in Prague.

Bei Fragen, würde ie der Herd funktioniert war das Personal sofort zur Stelle. Auch bei anderen kleinen Anliegen könnten die Mitarbeiter sofort Abhilfe schaffen. Overall war die Unterkunft sehr sauber und gemütlich. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Prag kommen wir, gerade auch wegen des erschwinglichen Preises, zu 100% wieder in der Letna Suite unter. Nur zu empfehlen 👍

Bei Fragen, würde ie der Herd funktioniert war das Personal sofort zur Stelle. Auch bei anderen kleinen Anliegen könnten die Mitarbeiter sofort Abhilfe schaffen. Very easy to find. The owner texts you upon your arrival (not before that) to give room number & door code etc so make sure you've data mobile or using wifi at the airport first. Good for large group travel given the space. It's like a home with old features but it's very clean. The building itself is charming. Very safe to walk around. I used senior prices for public transportation and tourist tickets around which was a bonus. They probably need to change some of the old sheets though I believe that they're clean.

4 stars for its generous space at a very convenient location. Lovely parks & all sorts of shops & restaurants along the tram route for local tastes. 10 mins by tram to main tourist area, or you can walk too. #59 then #26 you're almist at its door from the airport. Sehr großzügiges Appartement. Tolle Erreichbarkeit der online Rezeption . Sehr gemütliche Betten und guter Wasserdruck in der Dusche . Sichere und saubere Nachbarschaft mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Sehr schöne Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Café Chleba & maslo ist sehr zu empfehlen. Nettes Personal, tolles Ambiente und hervorragende Qualität!

Amazing value for price. Rooms were spacious and with great amenities. Check in was very easy and I was even allowed early, which I appreciated. Easy to get to from the airport and public transport to city centre was right around the corner. Very close to grocery stores, restuarants, post office and a lovely park as well.

Het was weer fantastisch. Ik vind de locatie top want dicht bij het centrum maar toch ver genoeg om fatsoenlijk de stad in en uit te gaan (met de auto). Het gebouw is werkelijk fantastisch met mooie details. Het appartement is praktisch ingericht en de 2 badkamers met 2pubers is echt een feest. We waren hier al eerder geweest en gaan zeker weer terug!

Helt ok lägenhet. Lite sliten på vissa ställen. Rätt bra läge. Men incheckningen var märklig. Uppmanas att ringa när man kommer fram för att få kod. Personen i andra änden är ute och gör annat (verkade vara på fest när vi kom). Svarar sen inte på andra frågor.

The rental apartment was very old. The floor was worn, the bathroom sink was clogged, the dishwasher was not emptied, the safe box did not work and there was no toilet roll holder in the bathroom. We tried to write to them on WhatsApp, the only thing they replied to was check-in information. There were stains on the sheets and curtains. It is also worse to be told that there are stairs before you can take the elevator because we had to struggle with our luggage up the stairs. I don't understand why it is rated 4 stars! We have tried staying in a 4-star hotel in Prague and there is nothing to compare. We are glad we were only there for one night.
