Kedem Hotel - Adults Only

Not your relaxing oasis as advertised, we arrived for a spa weekend just to find our room was overlooking the very loud pool with music playing from 8am to 19pm - not allowing resting during the day. Our massage was moved and split without letting us know, the spa was loud with the team yelling there, people on the phone or playing loud videos, resulting in the most non relaxing experience. The pool had most it covered by shades resulting in people fighting for the 3 pieces of sunny pool they left. The food was not good, especially for this price level, the dinning room was outdated and even the rice had a weird taste. Breakfast was very limited as welll This hotel is advertised as a relaxing place with forest views and infinity pool but has none of those. Nothing was handled properly by the staff of the hotel as all of them are very young and inexperienced, after the spa saga were we coudnlt get our treatments we already paid for we got and a very unpleasant experience we got a mojito as a compensation. The room was good and shower too but that’s it, not worth the money or the drive there.

Overall the hotel is ok, but our room was dirty (hair on bed, sugar on table etc.), shower smells from standing water

Great stay at Kedem Hotel! Beautiful rooms, nice pool (although small), nice area, nice hiking options from the hotel, tasty breakfast, great staff, very accommodating and helpful (I wanted to have a few surprises in the room for my husband’s birthday and they helped with everything, they also helped with restaurant recommendations in the area), good massage. The view includes not only nature but also some buildings and a farm and some tractors, and the music from the pool and the animal noises do permeate the room window (facing the pool).

The hotel was wonderful, with a beutiful pool and rooms. The area is a little on its own. Im sure you can do great hikes but i didnt notice any orginized walking tours that would have been nice.
