The location is great and the staff is very friendly. The gym however is subpar (few hand weights and machines not working). We were disappointed that there was only one person who could make the drinks at the poolside bar and because he was not working for two days it meant we couldn’t have a smoothie. The breakfast in the morning was plentiful but definitely interesting as we have never seen spaghetti offered for breakfast.

Excellent. friendly and attentive staff. Good choice of options for breakfast. A balcony would have been an excellent addition. Had a hotel business type feel about it rather than a holiday resort. Pool was very clean, on the downside it would have been a plus if you didn’t have to ask the staff to turn the spa on each time you wanted to use it, as it was locked away.

Good location. About a 6 minute walk to Pub Street. It’s around the corner from the Hyatt. Room was spacious with nice swimming pool. Breakfast was decent with lots of Western options.

Nice older hotel, large rooms, character. Keep in mind this is an older place, the lobby and bar at not air conditioned, pool is very small, and rooms not air conditioned when vacant. But this is more eco friendly. Extremely attentive staff make up for this. I had a tour starting 430am so thought I’d miss the free breakfast, but they boxed one up for me. Left an item in my room and within half hour they’d emailed me about it.

The room was roomy , very clean, well maintained, had numerous power outlets, great air-conditioning which was quite quiet. There was a little gym, a lovely seating area around a well presented pool and very nice breakfast room/ restaurant area. The entrance lobby was huge , calm and comfortable. The staff were so, so helpful and friendly, really welcoming and attentive, in fact their interactions elevated our stay.

Very quiet hotel in great location. Could be amazing if they opened the roof top bar and no bar at the pool just a fridge with cans. Not much atmosphere and poor breakfast compared to other hotels. Very clean and lovely friendly staff.

This hotel is an absolute find! Everything is wonderful, from the location, to the pristine cleanliness and wonderful staff. I can’t believe some people can post bad reviews about this place, sorry to say this, but they are all lies. The staff is impeccable and very helpful. If there is only one thing that I’d recommend to the management, is to place glass doors on top of the bathtubs, in order to separate it from the rest of the bathroom, and a douche holder above the lower one.

A very nice 2 night stay. The hotel staff were friendly and spoke good English. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable and a great shower. Breakfast was very nice with a wide variety of choices. The only negative we had was my husband being evicted from the gym treadmill as the people in the room below had complained of the noise.

日本語を話せるスタッフが一人もいなかったですが、ホテルはとても清潔でした。部屋がスイートバルコニーと良い部屋を予約したのに、二回の部屋で、バルコニーからは、隣の兵しか見られないし、二階なので蚊が多く、最悪でした。夜に、近所に犬がワンワン吠えて、うるさくて何度も目を覚まされました。知人は、３階と４階の部屋でとても景色がよいとの事でした。泊まるなら３階以上の部屋がおすすめです。

We stayed for 5-6 days in this hotel and simply loved it. The room was spacious, well lit, and very well soundproofed ! They were super attentive to our needs, helped us with lower pillows for better sleep, have a super efficient laundry service, a decent gym. Would only recommend this place and would stay there again if we had to come back to Siem reap.

The AC in the room was great. A fridge in the room was very helpful. The bathroom is large with a tub and a small shower head but the main shower head was over the floor so it became a wet room. Staff were friendly and the hotel is in a great location.

Quite simply, we absolutely loved this hotel. Brilliantly clean and comfortable, we are struggling to find fault. The location is great with the infamous pub street less than ten minutes walk in one direction, the river and night market not much further and some brilliant Cambodian restaurants on the doorstep venturing the other way. It has to be said, the staff were amazing, from advice and excursion organisation, accommodating a very early arrival, down to fine details like always remembering your name and calling the lift as you walk into the lobby. Thank you so much, Mr Chang, Ms Lisa and the rest of the team.

Fantastic stay with super helpful & delightful staff. A big shout out to Vireak, Chhanan , Chan Neang on the front desk and Socheat, Lyher , Maly, Kim and Srey Touch. Incredibly welcoming , kind and efficient. Super clean , spacious room. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff are the best. Always polite and friendly. Very helpful with any question you might have. Rooms are beautiful, breakfast is great and pool is relaxing and tranquil. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Siem Reap.

Had a very good stay here, location and staff were great. Special mention for Vireak who was great as soon as I walked through the door, seems genuinely happy to be working there and I will come back because of how kind and welcoming the staff were in general.

Clean, safe and nice area. All staffs are very kind. We could stay after checking out at the lobby and the swimming pool area for some time and they allowed us to use the shower facility before leaving. That was a great help for us!

This was the worst experience ever ! So bad that it seemed like a joke !! The hotel is not just old but neglected, from the elevator and the restaurant and the pool area till the rooms. The clean is very poorly, the room was full of ants, and on the top of that they gave us a different room with two small bed so we had to sleep in different beds in our honeymoon. Also, the facilities they offer are not available : the ski bar is out of service, the restaurant works until 3:00pm and the room service is only available until this time. Forget to have a dinner or a snack after you come from a long day in Siem reap ! Even funnier, when we wanted to watch tv to chill out we found out that the control remote was not in the room and we asked for one they said they didn’t have because they were all broken !! Moreover, the staff is not well prepared : we checked out at 3:30 am to catch a taxi to go to Tailandia (we informed the manager from the moment we arrive) and they put someone on the front desk who was sleeping at the moment we came down (also the night shift guardian was sleeping covering his head to not be disturbed)!and who didn’t even know how to use the card terminal. Furthermore we found out that our taxi was waiting for us at our previous hotel and we asked the guy to call the hotel to let them know where we were and he only pretended to call but did nothing, then we said that the hotel phones didn’t work and we almost lost our taxi which was already paid.

Furthermore we found out that our taxi was waiting for us at our previous hotel and we asked the guy to call the hotel to let them know where we were and he only pretended to call but did nothing, then we said that the hotel phones didn’t work and we almost lost our taxi which was already paid.

This is the WORST hotel I ever stayed at.i feel like I got scammed by this hotel.i booked 3 rooms.yes i had extra peoples BUT i was told i just had peoples.i was told i just had to pay $8 a person for breakfast and kids under 13 eat FREEi paid for 2 peoples $16 a day.so total $32 for 2 peoples for 2 days.time for breakfast i found out i had to pay $26 for 2 kids and 2 adults.the peoples i paid for $32 (my 2 babies under 2 years old )arent free.so babies under 2 can’t eat free.you still have to pay for them.employee at night screwed me over and cheated me.the female working in the restaurant in the morning was extremely rude.if I can give this play a negative 0 star I would.PLEASE DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE PEOPLES.

Everything was fantaastic during our short 3-night, 4-day stay there. In particular, the staff members were very courteous, humble, kind, gentle, pleasant, receptive, responsive, and geneous. They would always greet us with folded hands and a smile. They made us feel welcomed all the time. If they embodied the Cambodian culture, then we are very impressed with that culture. I would not even care to mention the little issues we might have encountered occasionally because they were taken care of post-haste. We would highly recommend this place to anybody (whether you ae a solo traveller or travelling with family).

The AC in the room was great. A fridge in the room was very helpful. The bathroom is large with a tub and a small shower head but the main shower head was over the floor so it became a wet room. Staff were friendly and the hotel is in a great location.

Good location. About a 6 minute walk to Pub Street. It’s around the corner from the Hyatt. Room was spacious with nice swimming pool. Breakfast was decent with lots of Western options.

The hotel and staff were amazing, especially Chan Vann. Chan works at the front desk and made my experience at the hotel excellent. He is great at connecting with the guests, and has genuine kindness and care for them. He goes out of his way to make people comfortable, and find ways to make their day better. Rare kind of human. The rest of the staff were very kind and always welcoming. Recommend! The free breakfast is also really good.

Very quiet hotel in great location. Could be amazing if they opened the roof top bar and no bar at the pool just a fridge with cans. Not much atmosphere and poor breakfast compared to other hotels. Very clean and lovely friendly staff.

We had a family suite with a connecting room. The rooms were clean and spacious. Unfortunately we were woken up by the smell of cigarette smoke as people in surrounding rooms were smoking on their balconies and, due to the location of the air conditioning units, the smoke was pulling straight into our room. The smell was overwhelming. We complained to reception. And, despite smoking not be in allowed on balconies, the issue persisted so we checked out early. Such a shame that the hotel is unable to manage guest behaviour.,

This was our first time in Cambodia and it was absolutely made by the wonderful staff here. From the driver who picked us up at the airport, to the restaurant staff, reception staff, Mr Phak’s tuk-tuk and the chef. Thank you so much for being so helpful, kind and accommodating. I have 4 severe anaphylactic allergies and the hotel were brilliant. They gave me a meal selection form each day so they could ensure everything was safe in advance. I’m so grateful, thank you.

We had an amazing time staying here. As soon as we arrived the staff were so helpful. From the front desk, to the restaurant, the pool and the cleaning staff, everyone always had a smile on their face and were so welcoming. What was surprising was how empty the hotel was, considering how lovely it was. We really couldn’t fault anything about our stay here. We maybe saw 3 other people at the hotel whilst we were there over 5 days, which is very sad considering how nice everything was. The rooms were very clean, as was the restaurant and pool. It was all very beautiful furnished and decorated and should be a lot busier for how good it was. I think this is down to low tourism in Cambodia as we noticed there were very little tourists throughout the city. We would definitely come back here again and would recommend to anyone visiting Cambodia.
