Kayangan Villa Ubud

I expected a lot in this hotel because i book with the VIP access benefits. The staff didnt honor any benefits from VIP access even if I am the only guest in the resort. I was pretty disappointed coz I thought this hotel is exceptional coz it is part of the VIP access benefit. It states in my booking that upgrade is included upon availability but when I came they offered me the most boring room. I paid for the upgrade even if it states that it is one of the benefits as a gold member which is pretty disappointing as this is a key benefit for VIP access members.

Amazing little hotel with gorgeous views and great service. We had our own private pool and a beautiful little villa. The food was amazing. It's a little out of the way but it was very, very peaceful and quiet.

The place was surrounded by tranquil and rustic rice fields. Our room was by the shared pool overlooking the rice fields and greenery in the distance. Villages were nearby. It was so peaceful and relaxing. A complete break from the mad world 😎 There were a few reasonable restaurants nearby. You could actually walk on the side of the road without being run over, unlike other parts of Bali. The room Was comfy- no problems. Only blemish was that the bathroom sink did not drain well.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön in den Reisterassen in der Nähe eines kleinen Dorfes. Es ist etwas abgeschieden, aber es wird ein Transfer nach Ubud angeboten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr, sehr schön. Das Personal ist megafreundlich

Great location to stay away from bustling city life. Super economical for the value and price. Loved our resort pet friends (cats and dogs) Though there were so many bugs and mosquitoes. Definitely bring bug spray!
