部屋は広く仕事用にも十分使えるデスクがあります。ベッド脇には複数のUSBが使えるようにデバイスが置いていて、気を使ってくれています。コンセントも十分にあります。時々短時間の停電はありましたが困ることはありませんでした。朝食は6:00からと早めのスタートなので助かりました。卵料理やヌードルは調理してくれます。ジムは狭く、機器は豊富とは言えません。上半身裸で利用する人もいて、衛生面も気になりました。パーキングは狭くて、駐車できないこともありました。仕事できていますので、その観点でホテルを見ると、部屋は十分「オフィス」として寝室として使えます。スタッフも謙虚な方が多く、良いと思いました。

What a gorgeous oasis in a great district of Phnom Pehn. From arrival and all through our 5 day stay staff throughout the facility were amazing. Always helpful, friendly and professional. The three pools, rooftop dining/bar and in-house spa are perfect for a relaxing escape. The deluxe garden room was amazing including dehumidifier and nice private tree fringed balcony.

Excellent stay in a stunning hotel. The room was perfect with a large comfortable bed clean stylish bathroom and nice balcony, the room also smelt great. The hotel itself is wonderful with a beautiful swimming pool which is set against an array of green plants and trees. 금번 출장시 요금이 저렴하게 나와 잘 이용했습니다. 주변에 식당들과 마트도 있어 위치가 좋습니다. 다만 객실에 모기가 있었고, 욕실에서는 작은 바퀴벌레도 있었습니다. 샤워실 배수가 잘 안되는 부분도 아쉬웠습니다. 조식이나 수영장 등은 매우 좋습니다.

Hotellets personale er alle super søde og hjælpsomme - stor ros til dem! Hotellet er flot indrettet med masser af grønne planter og flotte værelser. Jeg havde værelse 518, og det eneste minus var, at der var en del støj sidst på aftenen, og igen om morgenen. Jeg mistænker det var fordi baren/restauranten var lige ovenpå. Jeg ville dog gerne komme igen på hotellet, da alt andet er rigtig godt, og så ville jeg bare bede om et andet værelse.

We have stayed here many times and loved it. However this time there were several things that made us VERY DISAPPOINTE!Somethings would have been understandable if we had been told, but they did not say anything at check in! There was construction that made breakfast very crowded and felt like you had to rush (a note in our room about the construction said from November 4-10, it is now December 30!), and was loud during the day. There was a NYE party, which was fine, but we were not even allowed to go to the roof to see the balloon drop or fireworks unless we paid $40 per person! As a paying guest this was frustrating. Then, because of the party room service was shut down, so my son could not get the dinner. Again, had we been informed this would have been ok. But we were told when we tried to order. Then, I asked if the spa was open normal hours the front desk said yes. When I went just a little bit later, they said, “sorry, we are closing early for NYE, you can not come.” So frustrating! In addition, when I checked in, I was under the understanding I had a room for three, because when I booked it said it was a 3 person room, and expected to pay extra for only one child (my husband, myself & two kids were staying). But upon check in I had to pay for both children. I did and they said they would bring an extra bed. At 9 pm when we returned to our room, no bed. I called twice and finally it arrived at 10pm. Finally, the AC was very weak and we were all hot at night.

It is a newer hotel so very modern. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast buffet on rooftop and bars and restaurants. They do need some improvement like television/ satellite channels. There is literally nothing to watch and strange instructions to watch the internet. Also need USB outlets- none at all.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The hotel was clean and the staffs were amazing! We met the manager Damien on our first night there and told him we were going golfing and we’re celebrating our honeymoon. He arranged the ride for us to the golf course since it was difficult to get there. If it weren’t for him, we definitely been losses and overpaid for the ride. The food at the restaurant for the buffet and a le cart needs to offer more options especially with authentic Cambodian dishes. They had a lot of seafood options but their other restaurant had limited options to choice from. Other than this our stay was lovely and we would stay again

This USED to be our favorite because the pool is beautiful and had an amazing breakfast. However this time we came snd they made us pay extra $20 for my son, before I never did and then at breakfast they said it was $15 per person for breakfast!!!!!! In Cambodia!!!! RIDICULOUS!!! If it was not so expensive maybe, but the room was already very expensive!!! We will NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!

this was perhaps the best property i've stayed in, in cambodia. it was centrally located - having a tuk tuk/grab take me anywhere was very short such as aeon mall, legends cinema, all the restaurants, and eden plaza. bassac street with the night clubs and bars were close too. the room was great - everything you'd expect from a 4 star hotel i had here. i used almost every thing on site - from the pool, to the spa (best 90 min massage ive had), to the cafe downstairs to the gym. i will gladly stay here again and put all my family here

We enjoyed our stay so much. The hotel was clean and the staffs were amazing!
